Same crapforbrains people, using multiple phone numbers to solicit their scamming of credit card information. They also use: 305-304-9999, 727-287-1778, 701-661-1003, 971-220-1966, 727-674-9999, 321-304-9999, and 727-674-9999. Same morons; ignoring the National and Texas DO NOT CALL lists.

Just filed a complaint with the FTC, for all the good it does. This call lists "Lower Interest" on the caller ID. I usually don't pick up these calls, but I grabbed it to see if it is still the same scam that's been going on for a couple of years now. It is. "Rachel", from card member services....there is no problem with your credit card, etc....... These people are truly idiots, but I suppose there are people out there who will bite. Sorry "Rachel". Go away now.

Another one of the calls where they are offering to reduce the interest rate on my credits cards. I've gotten 4 in the last couple of weeks. All different numbers and caller ID information but the same recorded message. Guess it's time to send another FTC complaint. Since it's the same message I probably should just write a comment and save it. That way all I have to do is fill in the fake caller ID information and duplicate the comment.

This is an automated calling system that keeps calling trying to sell some type of credit card consolidation. If you press the prompt and try and talk to a real person, they hang up on you as soon as they here you do not have over $3000 on credit card debt that you want to consolidate. They call several times a week. Every time they call, I file a complaint with the FTC.

They call and leave a recorded message that says while there's nothing wrong with my credit card it's critical I call them regarding lowering my interest rate on my card. They don't say which card.
