Everyone needs to report these people to the agencies below to stop this fraud how many innocent people give out their bank information. They keep changing their phone number. I keep reporting them. They need to be stopped. The (FTC) Federal Trade Commission has already responded with a letter saying they reviewed my information and added it to their National Fraud Database and gave me a reference number and a letter stating I will be contacted as the investigation continues.

It works for me they stop calling until the phone number changes then after I report them it stops again. If enough people report them with can have it stopped permanently and have them prosecuted.

I got two phone calls from this same number today. One at 6:15pm central time and another one at 8:55pm. They hung up. I wrote down the number from the caller ID and tripple checked it to make sure I wrote the number down correctly and I did. I called it right back at exactly 8:55pm. I got a recording messege that said... "This number is not in use. Thank you for calling. Goodbye." I was so confused. I called the number back about 3 times and got the same messege. I was like... "What do you mean it's no longer in use...The number just called my house!!!"

Okay, I think I have this answer to end this once and for all!!! I called the police department in Wichita Falls, TX 940-761-7792) and filed a report explaining what was going on. I asked the deputy if more people complained and filed a report, would it get them to speed the investigation up and she told me that it would. So, if you want these people to stop calling, file a report against them. I told the deputy I was willing to testify if need be.

I reported these jerks to everyone I could think of yesterday and then sent them a nice fax in the afternoon (them and the washington 253 #)letting them know exactly how many agencies had been contacted. They continued to call until 9pm last night, and I couldn't help myself, I called the number back again, only this time 940-234-6697 has a message stating that it is no longer in use. That's just fine and dandy, but they still managed to call me this morning @9:44 am using the same #. It now seems apparent that they are spoofing the caller ID & pretty much impossible to track. At least that's what I've read on the internet so far. I can't believe that there are actual companies out there that offer this service to falsify caller id read-out and go so far as to allow you to disguise your voice if you want too!!

I too believe these are the same scammers using the Seattle number a month or so ago. They have called us 9 times since Nov. 7th. We now have a whistle and are just blasting them everytime they call. It says Wichita Falls, or unknown for the name. I just don't know why they can keep doing this!

I just spent time filing complaints and calling various law enforcment agancies including the FBI, TX Attorney General's Office, the FTC, the Do Not Call people and Suzanne's National Medical Services (FAKE NAME) telephone provider. HOPEFULLY this will help stop these theives! If everyone would do this it could help. I just know they are finding some elderly people who are falling for this scam since they continue to call. If they weren't getting results I don't believe they'd still be calling. How disgusting and how sad! Please, there's power in numbers....everyone file and call with the information provided by Joan! Thanks Joan!

Some woman with an accent talked about a package, and to sum it all up- she tried to get my personal info. Be careful and don't give them any info please. She always tries to intimidate so tell her to piss off. I tipped the fbi about them. hopefully something will be done. You can go to FBI.gov and tip them. Maybe if enough people submit, they will look into this scam. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS A FEDERAL CRIME. I am sick and tired of these mysterious phone calls with total silence and unknown numbers. I am very tempted to just buy their information for only 14.95 and go down there myself and murder the cunts.

The number 940-234-6697 called me twice AGAIN today (by noon). I think the first call was a "test" to see if I'd answer. When I answered no one said anything so I eventually hung up. About an hour and a half later they called again. It was a woman with an accent who identified herself as Suzanne from National Medical Services. She told me that a rep had called me last week about the medical plan I had signed up for. I said I did NOT sign up for ANY medical plan and she immediately hung up. I called their telephone service provider, NTS Communications Network Control Center and reported them AGAIN. The man said they would be investigating it. So, I just wanted to let everyone know they are boldly STILL at it and I intend to continue to call and report them everytime to every place I can.

3rd post...I called their telephone service provider (NTS Communications Network Control Center
Office: 800-658-2101, Hours: 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week) and reported them as a fraud. They said they were creating a fraud ticket and will start investigating it. They also told me that they outsource this number to a long-distance provider: Global Communications. But they would not give me their number. Hope this helps. Make sure you report this to everyone you can and maybe someone will step in and stop these people!

This company called me and stated that I registered for a Prescription drug plan and that I needed to confirm or deny the plan. I advised this was fraud and that they do not have a registration for me as I did not register and do not need a prescription drug plan. They stated that if I didn't hold for a recorded line to get a receipt number to call customer service with to cancel the plan, they would debit my bank account for $174. I advised that if this was the company calling to establish my status they could cancel as I was under no obligation as I did not register for any prescription plan that I did not need. Names they gave, Mia Charles and Michelle Johnson (Supervisor). The Supervisor was obnoxious and rude and hung-up after I calling me a liar about being on the DNCL. The number that showed up on my caller ID was 940-234-6697. I called it back and left word that this is fraud and expect this situation to be resolved. I also tried the 866-969-2574 customer service line only to receive the message that customer service hours are M-F 8A to 5P. I filed a a complaint with the FTC today. Calling my bank now!

This is my second post. Already this morning they have called me. After seeing this website last night, I knew what to say to them. I answered the phone and told them "stop f***ing calling me and I've reported to you to the BBB, FTC, Governor of Texas and my local police department." I also left them a message stating I wanted to verify their account information and I left them one last night to stop calling me. I'm so SICK of them calling!!!!

These people called my boyfriend's phone. He argued with them and then they asked to verify account info. He kept yelling I need to cancel whatever, I didn't sign up for anything. They finally put him through to some recording. I immediately called the bank and closed our account. I thought he had mistakenly signed up for something online (its happened before) but he'll be glad to know he's off the hook for now!

They just called AGAIN! That is three times today! However, this time the number came up as 000-000-0000. I guess they thought that would be clever since I called the 940 number back and left a message. Thanks, Joan, for places to report these morons. I'm going to do that right now! This HAS to STOP!

This number called around 6:00pm eastern time, didn't leave a message. I am so sick of this scamming crap I can't see straight. I called the number back several times to get nothing but a recording to leave a message or a fax. They want to play, lets play. I think everyone should start doing what I am. I sat here for an hour calling the number back over and over leaving as long a message as the machine would take. If more people gave them a taste of their own medicine, they won't have time to call, they'd be doing nothing but erasing messages all day :).

These people have called me yester and today (2 different numbers) saying they were with National Medical Services and the package I ordered had already been shipped. I told them I ordered nothing. She said I would need to have a cancellation number to stop a charge to my account. She wanted to "verify" my bank name, etc. I told her I would not give that info and she said ok .. I will just charge your accout of $ 376.00. This needs to stop! What about the elderly that get taken into this scam?

I have been called numerous times by these people. They have an accent that sounds rather Nigerian or close to it. The woman calling said that I had signed up for the National Medical Services. I told her I had NOT signed up for anything and continued to argue with every statement she made. She finally hung up on me. She just called me again 5 minutes ago and again hung up on me when I wouldn't bite. I called the number back and had the option to either leave a message or a FAX. I left a message after the beep telling them to NOT call here EVER again and that if they did I would report them to every scorce I could find. This is a SCAM and I am absolutely furious!

I told her i had not done so and she again said "lady i am not gong to tell you again you will have to verify the info or we will charge your account because we have the recording. Then she ask for my bank and account number...i refused to give it and told her i was going to call my bank and she said suit yourself lady but we are still going to charge your account when they here your recording.I called my bank and they said they could do nothing & suggested i close my account! This woman called me and told me that she was calling to cerify my accoutn info. for medical healthcare that I signed up for. I asked her when I signed up and who I signed up with. She said all she knew was that they had my account info. This was the same voice who called me about $4,000 in grant money. I changed my account info after coming to this website and finding out about the scam and I think thats why they called me, because they couldnt get any money from the old account. I told her I knew who she was and she had been reported by several people and I never applied for healthcare. Why would I do that when I get insurance from my job? She was very rude and she said "Well we have your checking account information and the money will be drafted from your account anyway." I told her go ahead, the jokes on you because that account does not exist anymore. Then she hung up on me.
