They are calling to get DL, social security, and your checking information. All in which I feel is a scam because they do not identify themselves. How did they get your number, that is the first question you should ask. Be Afraid. Monitore your banking and credit identity.
I have gotten these calls a bunch of times, but when they called at 10 p.m. tonight, I decided it was time to bitch. Apparently I'm not the only one!
Jennifer Boeye Aug 20th, 2008
I have been receiving calls from these people for a couple months but never answer...It is most annoying. I get them once or twice every couple days...I am on the do not call list also. So how do we get them to stop?
I got 100 phone calls yesterday from F S Lending ( 1-877-807-4711
), nothing worked to stop it,
30+ calls today alone leaving the same message over and over again. Called my phone service and there is nothing they can do. Tried to remove my number and no success. I am filing a claim with my local court and suing them for harrassment. I recommend everyone else do the same thing and get them where it hurts. The info I have is FS Lending calling from 877-807-4711
60+ calls today and counting
I am calling my attorney generals office monday morning
Who called offering cash advance loan
Deloris Cusick Aug 06th, 2008
I have been receiving these calls for weeks now, and I have even played along to their game, giving false bank routing number and account numbers. They continue to howd me, and after doing some research on them, I find they are connected to Regency Marketing, LLC in Delray Beach, Florida. They operate using names as follows: OneHourCash.com, NeedACashAdvance.com, HolidayCashQuick.com, PayDayLending.com, 1-hrCashAdvance.com, YourBalanceCheck.com........when I called their office the woman who answered, told me she did not know anything about cash advances. I asked to speak to the owner or president of the company and sat on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. A website showed by a Michelle Layn was their operations manager, so I called back and did the automated directory thing. I didn't get Michelle, but got another man, who said he didn't know any Michelle, and when I asked his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked him about these business and he had every excuse not to say anything about these. I asked him point blank if they were crooks! I finally became frustrated with the whole scenario and hung up. I wonder how many unsuspecting people are giving out their correct information, only to be taken advantage of? I asked that they remove my name and telephone number from their database, and call continue. At this point I am going to contact the Palm Beach, Florida Sheriff's Office or the State's Attorney's office for investigating into this company.

i was wondering how i find out how much my loan is for
brinkmeier Jun 12th, 2008
The reason www.TollFreeForwarding.com did not provide a phone number to THOMAS (firstname.lastname@example.org) is because he is a West African Fraudster. He is logging in from a Ghana IP address with a Ghana phone number and about 15 different stolen credit cards.
We do not serve fraudsters - ever.
TollFreeForward Jun 01st, 2008
the call i got is from 866-575-6740

Typical slime caller left 2 minutes message on voice mail for $50k line of credit - called back and type my number into their do not call list -
Rob of NYC Apr 11th, 2008
Same recorded message, but from 877-606-3783
. Pressed one to be removed 4/6 and got another call today (4/10). No way to get a live person when calling them back.
This is the third time I've asked them to remove my number from the DNC list. Douche bags. I've been approved for a CAR LOAN even though I have no credit! THAT'S AMAZING! Get a real job or go hang yourselves. I like the latter better.
This number has called me numerous times, trying to get checking account info, social security and birthdate.
Forget the "Do Not Call" list! They want your bank routing number AND your bank account number!!! That's flat out identity theft!!!!!
Had a partial voice mail left. Apparently I have been pre-approved for up to $1500 cash advance which they can deposit directly into my bank account! Wow! AND, I have been approved for an auto loan, too! Oh My Gosh! Can you believe it.
Given this fantastic opportunity, I just HAD to call. The friendly automated voice said I had reached the Cash Advance Processing Line and congratulated me. I feel so fortunate. Then, the voice said if I didn't want to receive any more calls, I should press "1". Well, great (and honest *cough cough* as the offers are, I decided to press "1". Another voice came on the line to remind me if I continued, I would miss out on these great offers. Darn, a dilema. To miss out on these Fab-U-Loser offers??? What to do what to do.....
So, I am now filing a complaint and yes, I am on the DNC list(I even renewed).
taped message offering cash advances and car loans. Tape on call-back and quick disconnect.
some credit activation company called FS Lending..you can't tell them to stop cause it's a recording..I have reported them 10 times in a week to the DNC registry
This is INSANE! I received a call @ 12:05 a.m. asking for my bank account info ~ yeah ~ right! How do people get away with tis! As a mother w/4 children this woke me up and everone else in my family! We all basically jumped up because of such a late phone call thinking it was something wrong w/family!!!!!!!!!!! Now, I cannot sleep and I am pissed! I recenly had my personal info basically STOLEN from an employee @ a local hospital in SC, so this type of call for the first time EVER, after living here over 18 years...PISSES me OFF! Be sure to get a credit watch placed o your credit and come up with special codes with your banks and loan officers immediately if you have given out or had your PERSONAL & PRIVATE info. VIOLATED like my family has ....again, ....IMMEDAITELY!
They called on my cell phone after I had registered all of my related phone numbers on the do not call list. How did they get the number anyway? I'm so agravated! Where else can we report them?
Administrators of the Do Not Call list will get rich with what they collect from this violator. As said above "The tape says something about being pre-approved for a cash advance. They will need that cash to pay the penalties for violating the real, official, State and Federal Do Not Call lists." No kidding. Turn them in.
The number on my caller ID said "800 Service" then the actual number of 877-606-3783. I didn't answer. They left a message about the $1500 cash advance and preapproval for an auto loan. I am also on the National Do Not Call List. Obviously they don't adhere to this. I will report.
Called the first time a month ago. They did leave a message, during which it said to press 9 to have our number removed from there list. we id that but hung up to soon. When they called this time I listened after pressing 9, & learn that you have to confirm removal by pressing 1.
This automated tape plays in violation of the Do Not Call list, and all we have ever been told about it. We were already on the Do Not Call list and do not respond to a message left on our answering machine that we could be placed on THEIR Do Not Call list by entering 9.
The tape says something about being pre-approved for a cash advance.
They will need that cash to pay the penalties for violating the real, official, State and Federal Do Not Call lists.
Telephone User Mar 21st, 2008
This call repeatedly comes in on my cell phone and I have no idea how these people got my cell number. I finally recognized the number after the millionth call. I pressed 1 each time to remove my number from their list and they still call. Report these scammers please!!!!
Hey Bob, you are so full of crap. That URL will take you to 403 Forbidden. Go to their web site and you'll find no address and no phone number. Only an idiot would apply for anything there. These are crooks, plain and simple.
I am on the do not call list yet I received an unsolicited call from this company.
Lee allaben Mar 20th, 2008
i have received calls from this number about 5 times. i am on the no call list.
amy R. Fisher Mar 20th, 2008
Got a call from this number today - same message as everyone else. Will report them now that I've read comments here. Thanks for the info!
Prerecorded telemarketing offer "you have been selected to receive a cash advance of up to $1500, which can be deposited directly into your bank account within the next 48 hours. We have also preapproved you to receive an auto loan, which can be used in our network of over 1000 local and nationwide auto dealerships. All you have to do to process your cash advance and/or auto loan is press '1' now, and I will transfer you to our processing department. So if you would like some cash in your pocket or would like to be driving a brand new car, please press '1' now. Or simply call us back at 8-7-7-6-0-6-3-7-8-3"
I'm on the no call list as well. Will report to agencies cited below. Schmucks. I'm not a violent guy, but I'd love to run into these guys in an alley. A) breaking the law. B) taking advantage of the hopeful.
If you do a search on yourbalancecheck.com you will see this number is them, they are a scan company that will promise you a 1500 loan, they are looking to get your banking information, you will never get a live person only there automated system which will require you to enter your SS number and banking info.
I never answer this number, but they called today.
Bob, the link you posted didn't work for me.
I have also registered my phones for the do not call list, but I am still getting a lot of unsolicited calls. This number was shown but id says unknown. I get a lot of those and also with no number showing. It was an automated message saying we can get a car loan or a cash loan. I lose track of all the numbers I report. I even filed with the FCC and I got a form to fill out because they said I didn't give them enough info. Well it is all the same info I sent online, so I'm not sure what else I can do. I am going to go ahead and report this number and go to the site you suggest.
Called on my cell phone. Only rang a couple of times. No message. Comments below say it is a lending scam group. I don't answer any calls at home or cell that I don't recognize.
Bennett, Deloney & Noyes. A bogus collection firm that trys to pass itself off as a "Law Firm." These guys are evidently unaware that it's illegal to pose as lawyers. If you investigate this outfit (loaded with pond scum), you will see that they are tied to and part of a few rip-off late night infomercials about "getting rich with tax leins, or making millions in real estate" or some such bulls**t. These people will try and suck any dollars they can from you whether it's for a debt that more times than not is so out of the statute of limitations it's pathetic or to rip you off with one of their infomercial products. They use bullying, intimidation and whatever other fear tactics they can. These fools are con artists. Do yourself a favor and IGNORE them!
These people call and leave a message but I do not know who they are. I have someone interpret the calls for me. I am on the DNC list ut wish they would stop calling. I will report this number to the DNC AGAIN!! grrrr....
Please do mot call,not interested.
This is a "fly-by-night" scam artist company. BEWARE! JUST HANG UP AND REPORT!
Paul Marino Mar 14th, 2008
Recorded system said it is FSS Lending, apparently out to give anyone and everyone 'free' credit! I am on the do-not-call list and will report this to the FTC, as you all hopefully have too. Meanwhile, I decided to play with their system a bit... I responded to their first question "Do you have a bank account?" with "no", and still I could go on from there! Amazing how someone with zero money could possibly still qualify at this ultra-shady place!
Just don't answer. Don't listen to anyone below with a url either. It's all about proving response; if you hit a number or go to a website, they will know that they can get somebody's attention at that number. Don't answer, don't go to any urls below.
They said I was pre-approved for all these things like cash advance and auto loan.
These guys leave messages on my cell. I answered one of their calls and told them to stop calling me and leaving messages. If they continue calling me I'll will try verbal abuse. :)
Yep, they call several times daily. I don't use my phone. Have it for other family members. I am deaf. So they can call and leave as many messages they want. We don't answer unknown, blocked or tollfree calls. Only calls from numbers we know.
I'll have to have my interpreter retrieve the 6 or so messages they have left in the past few days. Harrassment - might have to file a lawsuit....
called at 8pm - trying to sell me something. Reported Do Not Call violation.
I'm on the do not call list and received this call.
CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND THEY WILL OFFER YOU A $1500 PAYDAY ADVANCE AND AUTO LOANS CALLING IT AN EMERGENCY ACTIVATION HOTLINE. THEN BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER IT WILL OFFER TO PERMANENTLY BE DELETED FROM THEIR CALLING LIST BY PRESSING ONE OR CONTINUE BY PRESSING TWO. SEE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU!
I wish for these people to stop calling me.
Darrell Kirby Jan 28th, 2008
GET AUTOMATED MESSAGE. THEY CALL NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE DAY AND EVEN IN THE EVENING. I'M SICK OF IT AND THINK WHOEVER'S INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS.....NOW! I'M ON THE NAT'L DO NOT CALL LIST AND THE MASS. DO NOT CALL LIST, I HAVE AN UNLISTED NUMBER AND AM STILL PESTERED BY THESE IDIOTS. IF I EVER FIND OUT WHO'S DOING IT, I'M SUING THEM BIG TIME! THEY ALSO USE THE NUMBER 888-743-3451
. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WE LIVE IN AMERICA AND HAVE TO TOLERATE THIS.
i called the number back and it goes to cash advance
HI JUST CAME ACCROSS THIS SITE, PLEASE I NEED AN ONLINE US NUMBER, I TRIED WWW.TOLLFREEFORWARDING.COM BUT AFTER PAYMENT THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE NUMBER, I NEED A GOOD SITE WHERE I CAN REGISTER FOR A US NUMBER. EMAIL; email@example.com

Carol Hunger Dec 21st, 2007
I report each and every instance to the Do Not Call Registry. Additionally, I filed an on-line report with the Massachusetts Attorney General, and received a letter in the mail directing me to report it to the Federal Trade Commission, Northeast Region, 1 Bowling Green, Suite 318, New York City, NY, 10004 (Telephone: 877-382-4357
). My caller ID has started to show no telephone number and read UNKNOWN CALLER, and now begins with a recording saying "Your credit has been extended". However, I suspect it's still the 877-606-3783 people.
Someone pull the plug on these low-lifes....its obviously a scam when they offer to remove you from their call list by pressing a number which only results in the message continuing. I have gotten at least 12 calls at my workplace in the last 3 days (leaving the same voicemail everytime) and I believe it was because I returned a call to that number (or possibly a slightly different 800 number) because I thought I had missed a business related call at my desk. Good luck with the harrasments for a little while. In closing, i will say this: "What comes around, goes around"; and i'm sure they got it coming real hard.
ps. i'll find you, BOB
Robert Hartle Dec 07th, 2007
These annoying freaks have called me 10 in the past 2 weeks. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY so any calls they make to me are illegal, yet they still calling. Adding my name to their do not call list will only result in more calls. Again - calling me is illegal and they've called 10 times.
Long recorded message about applying for "Platinum Credit" and you can press ( to be removed from the list or press 1 to get your guaranteed $10,000 credit line.
This number even when you press 9 to have them not call you, they call you again in a month. You never will be able to speak with anyone. Even when you call the number back and you press 1 to have them not call you again they still call you in a month. This is very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is an automated recording to sell cash advances ($1,500) and auto loans. We are on the DO Not Call Registry, and I did re-register. They keep calling and called again today. I keep reporting them to the Registry. This is telemarketing and in blantant disregard of the Registry. They are probably desparate to lend money because of the predatory lending that is falling through.
I just received a call from this number. This is the 3rd call from this number. BOB lied about adding his name to their DO NOT CALL LIST. That just confirms your number is valid. BOB probably works for that company. Thye change their 800 number every few weeks so by the time the REAL Do Not Call list contacts them, they've changed to anotehr phone number. This is a just a SCAM
Sorry, the period got attached to the link; you can find Bob's other message here. (Also the message number one!) http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-606-3783
Hey Bob, I can't help but wonder if you're the same Boib who posted here: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-606-3783. Did you register a domain and then post a message in this forum the very next day that the calls have stopped?
Every time (877)606-3783 calls (sometimes three times a day) I file a complaint at donotcall.gov. They continue to call. Let's bug the Registrant, Domains by Proxy. File your complaint here. http://www.securepaynet.net/gdshop/spamreport ... =domainsbyproxy
I wrote: This isn't so much spam, but they are over the limit when it comes to calling me. http://www.877-606-3783.com/ should know I'm on the do not call list, but the call and call and call. Sometimes three times a day. Google "(877) 606-3783" and you will find many other people with a similar story. Please take down their domain. Thanks

This Number called me and I found this site www.877-606-3783.com and just followed the instructions to add my phone # to their Do Not Call (DNC) list, and haven't been called since, Can't believe they did something right!
