Get called sometimes by this number. I once answered the phone and of course it was a middle eastern speaking guy wanting to give me a survey. I told him to add me to the no call list and he replied saying he did not know what I was talking about. I don't think the do not call list stops foreign calls which 90% come from India and a few other middle eastern countries.

Get calls from this number daily never any message just hang ups. Any company that is not trying to scam you is going to leave you a message and not harass you three times daily day after day.

Called and asked for my wife. I asked who calling and he gave his name. Asked who he represented and he said ACS inc. I asked what that was and he insisted on speaking to my wife. So I asked her if she knew anything about ACS inc. Of course she didn't. So I told the guy sorry.. have to block this number. If now have the number auto call forwarded to a fake charity scam number.

Telemarketers using the good name of police benefit or other benefit to get your money. Give locally where you know what it's going for. These scams are hurting older folks that are too trusting. Government appears to be slow to react to shutting down scams.

Caller asked for my wife. When I said she was not here and could I take a message, caller said no...that he would call back. I tried to continue conversation to find out the purpose of the call and was hung up on. This is the last straw. I get 90% of my needed calls thru my cell phone. I'm disconnecting my land line. Almost all of the calls I receive from it are people wanting money, and they never stop calling...usually at the worst possible moment. I've asked them nicely to remove my name from their list and they generally just hang up on me, but the calls never stop and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. Well, I'm not paying for their advertisement forum any longer

LEEP, AKA Law Enforcement Education Program. Worthwhile organization but with so many tollfree unsolicited calls, its hard to know what's legit any more!!!
