They call me every day. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day with the number 866-878-5796, 716-651-0141, or 000-000-0000. They leave messages on my home and cell numbers. They leave me messages with the same info as listed in the comments below. I have never answered and when I do I've told them to send me the info in writing. They threaten to send a process server - I just say "whatever" and hang up. Still no mail or process server on my doorstep.

Woah, I just got a call today, they said they were the law offices, and a payday loan that i had gotten in 2000 was unsatisfied, and the creditor asked to persue court action, but they advised them not to so they said i have until friday to come up with the money. Heres the information they provided me, I told them I wont give any bank account information, so they gave me a mailing address for a money order.

Here is the info!!

Uni State Credit Agency
po box 317
Lancaster, New York
14221

Funny how they said they were an attorney firm, and there is a credit agency that is the address, no less a bogus credit agency.

Heres the number that the lady on the phone gave me.

866-878-5796 extension 329

Hope it helps, bogus bogus, dont give these people any info!!

Just becouse they say they are a firm, dont sweat it, they are up to something.

reverse search the numbers they call from, they are landline phones, a lawyer wouldnt have it that way.

Got a call from this number today too. Have been getting calls for a month from the alleged offices of Attorney Vincent Cignarelli, from any number of phone numbers, who I have found a plethora of fraud information about online.

The caller claimed to be "John Wesson" and left a callback number of 866-878-5796 x326. When I asked what the call was in regards to he stated "we have a file here in the office that directly concerns him", and when I asked if he would like to leave any additional information he said "not at this time."

This is all after I made the idiot mistake, about a year ago, of getting a "payday loan" - the payday loan company then fraudulently began deducting unagreed upon amounts from my bank account, forcing me to close it. I then started getting calls at my job about how the FBI was allegedly going to come arrest me, and so on and so on. Eventually the receptionist at work caught on and just started hanging up on them.

It seems likely to me the whole thing is tied together and I have no fear of being sued by this Cignareli idiot.
