if you not get anwer dont call agin leave a message tone afer bee 1 thank you sprit cell phone kim
This is crap!! Definitely a loser way to do business. Answered the phone and there was background noise, but no person or recording. Call back and get a recording trying to entice you into purchasing new products.

They called two days in a row, at different times in the day. After doing a Google search of the number it appeared that it was Sprint/Nextel (my provider) calling to find out if I wanted to add an additional line to my phone. I called the number back and it was indeed a recording from Sprint/Nextel asking if I wanted to add an additional line. All I had to do was press a number on the keypad to tell the "no". From what I understand that will stop the phone calls.
called on cell phone.
First two times on seprate days did not leave message.
Third time, I answered and no response so I hung up.
I do have sprint.
I get calls from this number about once a week. No one ever leaves a message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.
This number telephone's this business daily - silence - hang-up - many times throughtout the day. I hate to have to answer hang-up calls all day long.
What the hell is this number? I have received it many times and tried to call back. nobody answered.
call on my cell phone, when I answered , silence, I hung up
i called this number back after receiving dead air on other end of line when it called me. it is sprint calling trying to sell you another line of service and inform you of promotions. call the number back and listen to message then press option 6 if you are not interested. this should stop the calls from them, i hope. i hate telemarketers so much they need to get a real job.
i hate sprint Feb 20th, 2008
claim to call from Sprint
I have Virgin Mobile and that # called me.
I've had this number show up on my home phone many times but this is the first time on my cell phone. If you have a cell phone it would be in your best interest to call the NO CALL number and put your cell phone on the no call list.
John Jones Feb 16th, 2008
When I answered it disconnected. Had a call yesterday too, same number. Was Sprint trying to get me to change my husband's Nextel plan. The best is....they are calling my TMobile phone......go figure!
This def sounded like a scam to me. Claimed to be calling from Sprint, but didnt have any of my plan information. She first claimed that her system was down, then changed to saying that she had limited access only, and then changed back to claiming her system was down. She wanted to upgrade my plan, but didn't know what plan I had...wanted to upgrade my phone, but offered my lower phones. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. I'd be careful about giving them any information at all.
It is from a company selling service for Sprints.
I've been called by this number twise and missed the call twise. I called the number back and it was a recorded message from sprint thanking me for calling back and how they wanted to inform me of new promotions to add a line. People at Sprint are nut jobs
STOP THIS!! GET A LIFE.
ENOUGH ALREADY Feb 06th, 2008
I think it's a way for them to get around the telemarketing laws.
Left no message. It may be Sprint as that's my carrier - irritating because I just got a junk call from them on Jan 28 from 866-463-3021
and opted out from future calls. I hate this company, and their terrible website too that tries to force you onto automatic payment.
I get multiple calls from this number. Checked other "who called" websites and it is either Sprint, or an independent company hired by Sprint to get you to sign up for more features. It seems nothing can be done to stop the calls.
I have been on the do not call list for 5 years....they just ignore it and call anyway.
I have received several calls, one form 866-463-3021, and one from 818-986-6001
, both was trying to give me a third cell phone at no charge. This has happened to me before, but it was for two new cell phones, like a dummy I took the offer, which almost cost me over $700 dollars. I was able to get Sprint to take away the charges and let me keep the phones. I did send an E-mail to Sprint about this, don't know if it will help, but like some others I will not keep Sprint if they can't get this stopped.

The phone calls are very annoying. No message is ever left. Has anyone tried calling Sprint? Do you think that would help or just be a waste of time?
This number called me at 9 AM thursday morning. They did not leave a message.
It seems that I murdered Peter Bozic.

I just received this call for the second time in a week. I called it, listened to message asking whether I wanted to add a line to my Sprint contract, and then selected the option to "never" get calls for new features in the future. To say the least, I was p|ssed. I just called them and had me removed from their tele-marketing list (cell calls and text messages). I then sent the following email to Sprint's Customer Service (details of my displeasure and the result of the call): "I have been with Sprint for several years and have always questioned why. Your plans are expensive and your third-party marketing groups (866-463-3021) are obnoxious at best. I just called Sprint's Customer Service to have my name removed from all marketing lists via call and text message on my cell phone. As I was ending my call, I immediately received 4 text messages confirming my decision to "opt-out"! They were from the following 'numbers': 325433, 767463, 468767, 4347. This is ridiculous! I asked to be removed from your lists and you respond with 4 unwanted text messages?! I've had to put up with a lot from your company because my husband and my in-laws are on your plan but I have never been pleased with the service or the expense - I can't wait until my contract is up so I can go to another carrier. My husband and I can easily go with a company who respects their customers rather than harassing them. I regret waiting this long to make that decision."
Annoyed in GA Jan 23rd, 2008
I thought it was INS so I didn't pick it up at all. Um Mmm
I had to save it since they just might call me back(Sprint) and sell me some promotional line
how can we stop these call, or block them. can we tell some knucklehead at sprint to stop, anyone anyone at all. their has to be some reading these things from sprint getting a laugh. if anyone has any ideas feel free to email me Djtimme@hotmail.com
Left no message but called me 3 times today alone.
My cell number is on the do not call registery
which you can call at 1-888-382-1222
cell phone but apparantly it doesn't work too well.
I have been considering changing cell phone providers
this will be icing on the cake if it is indeed Sprint!
too many calls, no messages or other identifying info. Frankly don't want to waste my time and money on a crappy company that tries to cheat its customers by stealing their minutes with useless telemarketing. I too am listed on the Do Not Call Registry. Lets join together and sue the little rat bastards!!!
RECV'D CALL...DIDN'T ANSW...CALLER DIDN'T LEAVE MSG...CK'D INTERNET...DIDN'T RETURN CALL!
Our records show that telephone numbers My 3 phone llines: were not on Sprint Nextel
After several nice messages to Sprint, "I am writing on behalf of Sprint Nextel Corporation in response to your concerns. Sprint Nextel appreciates the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
In your inquiry you stated that you have received unwanted solicitation calls from telephone number (866) 463-3021. You further stated that your telephone number is registered with the National Do-Not-Call list
Federal law permits such calls because our records show that you are a Sprint Nextel customer. The applicable rule excludes from the definition of
They didn't leave a message.
I answered. It was Sprint asking me if I wanted to upgrade my wireless plan.
got two phone calls. didn't leave message. called and it claimed to be line from Sprint. sprint needs to stop this number from calling cell phones.
I called the number back from a land line, it is Sprint. The message says they are calling to inform me of special promotions and to ask if I would like to add a new line to my account. It gives the option of .not interested in any promotion at this time.
Hopefully they will stop calling now.
has called every day for 2 weeks-what an annoyance
Hung up when I answered, better not have used a minute!!
Received call from Sprint. No message left and when I called them they offered to SELL me stuff..... NO T Y!!!!
this number called my cell for the third time in the last two weeks, left no message any of the calls. appears to be a sprint number. why is sprint calling me? wtf? i pay my bill every month, piss off.
They have called every day for a week. I answered twice. They stated it was free call and they wanted to change my phone package. I stated I was not interested. They kept calling back. The did try to get information from me. I hung up.
Sprint calling their own customers. Telemarketing at its lowest!!!!
Sprint Calling to add a line and I could get a free phone! Duh, I can do that anytime. I hung up after they didn't know anything about me besides my name.
I keep getting calls from this 866 number and others... all sprint... LEAVE ME ALONE
This was a call from someone representing SPRINT service upgrades. They asked what my current bill was ($115) and offered me service instead for $69. The service sounded exactly like the service I have now. When I started asking them about extra taxes and service charges for data and txt plans they said all of that would be included on my new bill. SCAM! The lady said she that it was OK to trust her because the phone call was being recorded and that they can't lie on the phone. SCAM! DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS!
you guys are assholes. Fuck off. You hear me?. You created the fake pages so people could report the scam. Nice, Really nice. This one, an the Chase one. I applaud your efforts. I wonder whats going to happen when these numbers are in the 1,000s. If that happens you guys will be the ones going to jail for spying on fucking citizens. I got my eyes on you, a whole bunch of them. You don't know who I know. Good evening NSA, I hope you have a warrant. How about I go off the grid so your out of work?. Do you really want that?. Your boring little lives would mean nothing then, huh. I hope you have insurance, cause this is the USA. An there is a 2nd amendment, and there is freedom of speech. This is that Enemy of the State shit that they were talking about in movies years ago.
your nightmare Dec 16th, 2007
got A call from this number a few times
12/15 12:48 pm
12/14 10:57 am
12/6 4:50 pm
I called the number back around 4:40 pm, my ID said I was calling Sprint, got a "we are closed" message. What compamy is open on saturdays but not 'til 5? A barber shop?
called me a few times. I usually don't answer. When I do then nobody is there.
I called Sprint service 888-211-4727
after seeing this number a couple times and finding it here - *2 - say "operator" - I told the rep about it and she happily took me off the direct phone marketing list. If I get more calls you can bet I will post here.
I received a call yesterday, Dec. 12. I was busy and didn't answer my phone. No voicemail just a missed call. I hope this isn't the beginning of numerous call.
CALLED HUNG UP AFTER i INTRODUCED MYSELF
Sprint 3rd party sales group.
It happend to me on 12/07/07 at 2:32pm et duration 2.:48 min they sound hispanic. Is this sprint? maybe or maybe not.do not call back and press any # you do not know if this is sprint. it can be other thing. you can save the # and use a specific ringtone so when they call you, knows how is calling so you do not boder to anwser. other good thing to do is : tell them that they have a wrong # that will make them crazy if the buy this inf . from other company.
2nd call this week they keep asking for everyone but me. I just tell them wrong number.
I have been getting hit up alot with unknown phone calls today. This time I answered and no one was there. I called the number back and it was Sprint. They want me to add a line on to my account. I let them know I do not want to be bothered by them with this campaign or any others.
I have been getting calls from this number for months. I tried calling the number back and it was a pre-recorded message from Sprint. I contact Sprint and they refused to do anything about it until I had given them my user name and password for my account. This is ridiculous. I am fed up with this company and their stupid harassing phone calls. If I wanted the extra services they are trying to get me to buy, I would contact Sprint personally.
You have to wait three seconds before the person actually responds to your "hello". They've called several times and I actually spoke to them twice. Supposedly it's Sprint but I have a feeling that it's just a telemarketing company for Sprint. They were offering a free phone upgrade if I changed my plan. However, they didn't have the correct info for my existing plan (which I've had for a year now). They thought I was paying close to $100/month for my phone, it's really only $35. If it were really a Sprint person, wouldn't they have accurate records? When I said I only paid $35, they said "Oh, well we can't help you then."
I received a call from this number on 11/28/07 at 5:40 PM. When I said "hello", no one responded.
I got calls twice this week. I answered the first time, no one would talk.
Called an didn't leave a message.
Call came in on my cell and when I answered the lady (foreign) said that she was calling from "my cell phone company" but didn't ID it as Sprint. Said that I was eligible for a new phone and some other things. I told her that I was happy with my phone and hung up.
Sounded like a scam to me.
Just promotional information from Sprint/Nextel nothing to worry about.
SPRINT ASKING IF I WANTED TO ADD A PHONE TO MY NEXTEL PLAN.
All i get is a message telling me I have a message in a voicemail box. They call at all hours of the day and night, and it goes in spurts. Sometimes they call for 4-5 days straight, then not call for 4-5 days.
There was a message left on my voice mail, and all there was, was a bunch of background noises, people chatting, laughing, and going on about nothing. There was no one talking directly in the phone to leave a message for me!
Did not answer the phone but called back machine said it was sprint.
I also have a Sprint cell phone.
This number has been calling me on a daily basis. When I answer, nobody is there. I called back (It's Sprint) and pressed 6 to opt out.
this number is Sprint... offering me an additional line of service----if I need more service, I will call them myself
bernadette Nov 15th, 2007
as other comments said...it's Sprint....didn't answer.
Received 3 calls from this number; the last one on November 8 @ 7:26 pm. A relative answered my cell phone. The caller asked for me by name but I was not there. The caller , who did not identify himself, then asked the relative what I was paying for the cell phone service. The relative then hung up the phone.
I have never picked up the phone and they have called twice. Who is the person??
This came in on my cell. I called them back - a recording said it was Sprint (my cell carrier). Oh well, that's fine. My contract is up in less than a week, and I'm switching to my husband's cell plan with Cingular anyway.
This number has called my cell 3 times today. didn't leave a message. I answered the last phone call and they hung up!
fort lauderdale Nov 09th, 2007
Never answer it but they call 2-3 times a day! I've contacted a lawyer and am considering pursuing a suit, as there is a strong case against them. More research needs to be done to make sure it is infact sprint though. Most likely will result in a collective suit.
11-05-07 Had a missed call from 866-463-3021 at 1:43 p.m. They did not leave a message.
Recv'd call, but no answer on pick up. I called the number back and a pre-recorded promo from Sprint/Nextel came on thanking me and advising me of some 'great new promotional offers'. I hung up. The 'DO NOT CALL' list is beginning to erode! This is a scam to get around it. If effect, since they were silent, I called THEM to be annoyed by the sales pitch.
Someone claiming to be a sprint rep, offering their upgraded service... not sure if they were actually associated with sprint though.
Sprint rep trying to sell me additional lines.
Just got a call from this number for the first time and see that I wasn't the only person hit with this caller. No message left but as a Sprint customer, it does concern me.
Why do they keep calling me? I think this is a scam!
This is jackass SPRINT trying to telemarket extra cell phone services. I told them AGES ago we don't want to be on their list. I talked to a supervisor and reamed em until I got 100 free min for my inconvience. They'd call at all hours and HANG UP on us most of the time. You really can't get much dumber than these douchenozzles!
LtDarkstar Oct 23rd, 2007
I answered, no one there. I called number back. Sprint pomotional call for adding an additional line.
I missed a call from this number. No message left. What did they call for?
i just got the call from 866-463-3021 on wed oct 10, 2007 and then they called again on wed oct 17. there was no answer when i picked it up so i decided to google the number and this site poped up. then i read that this number has been called to a lot of people
says they're from sprint, and offering a time-limited free phone, but doesn't know when the time ends. I don't believe they are from sprint.
Called an didn't leave a message. Called the previous day to sell me broadband service. Told them I did not want any changes to my account. Probably trying to add services to extend my contract.
I picked up the phone and pressed the button to take the call. Immediately my phone turned itself off. I had to remove the battery and reinsert it in order to make the phone work again. I have to remove the battery regularly, but this is the 1st time it happened at the same time as an incoming call.
I got at least 3 calls from 866-463-3021 within a month.
In one of the calls, a woman spoke and told me to hold on for a minute and there were lot of background people laughing and joking around. This went on for a couple of minutes before I hung up.
This is exactly the same scenario described in SRI's comment on 10/3/2007
It sounds like this is a new Sprint Marketing of ripping off our airtime by using their third party to make these nonsense calls.
called several times and didn't leave message, then yesterday, they called and left a pre-recorded message, but didn't say who they were just that they were trying to reach us and we could call back at a certain #. Not the same as this one and I didn't write it down.
The Caller CLAIMS to be from Sprint, but IS NOT. It is a telemarketing firm. I called Sprint rep who stated it was a scam
I got a call from this number today on my cell saying they were a sprint rep. needing my name and number. WHAT SPRINT REP. CAN'T LOOK UP YOU NAME FROM THE NUMBER THEY JUST CALLED YOU AT!!! My alarm went off so I hung up and reported them!!
Sprint trying to get me to add a second line. Instead they are going to make me cancel the one line I have
