Before answering, I screened the id and the name read Jara Jorge #7182050445, upon answering, I heard an echo and/or reverb in the background, once the caller began his dialog stating his name was James, an IT employed with Windows. He went on to say they had detected numerous of malware and viruses within my computer, which at the time my computer wasn't powered on. I then asked for his name once again, he said,
I: James, what?
Him: James John.
I: So you have two first names?
Him: yes sir, can you turn on your computer so that we can fix the problem.
I: Where are your head quartered James?
I: What city?
(CLICK) he hung up!

Has called many times. I've only answered once. He has a very strong accent, said he was from windows security, and that I have "a very long time ago, reported an error, and someone is using my information and maybe pictures." He told me to log on to my computer and he would help me fix it. I asked him if he had a number I could call him back at and he said no. I said I was uncomfortable with this and hung up. He still continues to call.
Several calls last few days but always hangs up when answering machine responds.
I've gotten calls from this number for the last few days. 2-3 a day. Its always the same guy on the line and he claims to be from Windows 8 security team. Says my computer has been downloading all kinds of malicious SW and bla bla bla.
I did not answer because I suspected fraud.
