I received three times per day from this robots
Receivables Performance Management, LLC
20816 44th Ave W
Lynnwood, WA 98036
434-533-9028--RPM, (Receivables Performance Management), also on telephone number--571-261-0021
At some point, probably around the 30th hang-up-call, they will leave a message,Call Debbie, at
a toll free number she will leave. Had 33 calls from them in 14 day's on the 571-261-0021
Now, today, 04/07/2009, they are starting to use the 434-533-9028 number. I am sure they have plenty
more numbers. A Collection Agency for Sprint/Nextel, among others. Main office in Haymarket, Va.
I have been receiving endless, unrelenting telephone calls from RPM Receivables in or near Haymarket, Va for about six months now. They call on the average of 8 times a day, sometimes as many as 11, and frequently after 8:30pm in the evening. Usually they ring 3 times and hang up. If I try to answer they hang up. When I have been able to get a voice on the other end I tell them I know who and where they are and ask what do they want with me. The answering party refuses to give me any information for the reason of the harrassment. I have reported them and their telephone number to FTC yet the calls go on unabated. They are not connected to any debt of mine that I know of. These people are outside the law and I intend to do everything I can to prefer charges against them for violation of the Federal Consumer debt collections act - sections 805 and 806. All of the complaints I see on this web page are covered in that portion of the Consumer debt collections act which can be found by browsing Google for it. Raymond Woolfe / Troy, VA 22974

Called and let the phone ring 3 times and hung up. I'm on the do not call list but still get calls.
I called them back on a Saturday and finally talked with somebody named "Jason." He said they were looking for someone with last name "Peppers." He SAID he removed my number and that "his computer program" would not call this number any more. I told him that if they want to call someone, then A PERSON should be trying to reach that person and not "his computer program!" This has been going on for weeks!! My mother, who is 83 years old, lives with me. (Her last name is Peppers, but not the Peppers that "Jason" wanted to speak with!) Mom said that number has been calling three times per day for about three weeks!!!!! If only a person had dialed, my Mom could have explained that the person they want is unknown to us!!!
they call several times a day, never leave a message. i have no sprint or nextel accts. and never have.
i've started picking up and hanging up immediately but they still keep calling.
They called a few times this past weekend. They just called 10 minutes ago. I answered, they put me on hold. Promised I was next in line and then put me back on hold. Recording came back on the line less than a minute later asking to leave my name, phone # and a message. Here's my message, "Stop calling my home you f'in idiots".
They call past 7 pm for an hour every 15 minutes. I'm trying to put my kids to bed and these jerks keep calling. Anyone have an address I'll go there and shove their phones up their asses. Try calling me from there!!
Only 1 or 2 rings then hangs up before I answer. Just for harassment I guess.
he keeps calling for my wife and he will not tell me a thing. i will blow his ass off if i could see him.

This is a rude collection agency who do not know the law or choose to ignore it. We have filed for bankruptcy due to numerous medical bills and loss of job. We/our attorney have notified all of our creditors, but somehow this collection agency has conveniently forgotten the US Bankruptcy Law. Creditors may no longer contact the debtor after they have filed bankruptcy with the court. This is a very rude and aggressive firm. Be aggressive right back and tell them to stop calling you. Even is you do not file bankruptcy, the law states once you have told them to stop calling you, they must abide by your wishes. Report them to the Attorney General's Office of your state and the BBB in your local area.
They call 3 or more times a day!!!
same happens to me. I specifically told once that the person they are looking is not on this number, still they keep calling. And now they hung up when I pick up call.
RPM is Receivable Performance Management. They have a location out of Bothell WA. They are a debt collection agency, for Sprint/Nextel and probably others. They violate a number of subsections of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, (FDCPA), with regard to harrassment, the text of which can be found on the internet. Familiarize yourselves with it. First and foremost, send a "Cease Communication" letter to - RPM, P.O Box 768, Bothell, WA 98041, and/or to their physical address of (posted by another complainant) 1930 220th St. SE, Suite 101, Bothell, WA 98021 - in accordance with FDCPA section 805, subsection c. Send it certified so you can prove it was delivered.
They called several times daily. They also called 6 times yesterday and hung up each time I answered. This is a business location they are calling.

I am receiving calls from this number probably 10 times a day. Today I decided to answer and the person hung up on me, this happened twice. Then I answer and talk to the person and they ask for a name that is a combination of my maiden name and my husbands last name. I told her that no one by that name lived here and she hung up on me again. If this is Sprint...I don't know why they'd call, I've never had Sprint.
Sounds like fraud - they pretend to be bill collectors for sprint and assk you to pay atleast $50 on a credit card to avoid damaging your credit history. The guy was very inconsistent - claiming my account was over 90 days over due and then reducing it to 60 and finally telling me that my bill was sent to my house in the last 15 days - all incorrect. They have called my house more than 10 times.
this number calls and hangs up after first ring bout every 15 mins very agrivating dont evan have sprint nor ever had wtf!!!!!!
They Called me looking for some dude name Ometrio.....
This problem surfaced when I changed numbers, so I called Sprint, since I have been a good paying customer of theirs for years and asked them to please have their collection agency stop calling me. :)
Don't know why I am getting four or five calls a day from this number. Never had a Sprint/Nextel account. Ridiculous. When I answer, there is no one on the line. I wish I could speak to someone, but given other peoples' experience, I gather we are not dealing with mental giants who are associated with the Haymarket, VA, number. Oh so typical
The number calls and only lets it ring twice, to get people to call it back I am sure. 571-261-0021
After reading all of your comments, I won't call them back. It's probably some scam to tap into our phone lines and make calls and get them charged to our bills and we end up paying for it. All that shows on the caller ID with the number is receivablesperf
calls my house six to seven times a day beging early am well into the evening. every day does not leave message just hangs up
Since July 21 This number has called my phone 31 times. They call 1 to 4 times a day. I f I answer the phone or just let it ring the caller hangs up. The calls start as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 8:15 PM. The calls started earlier then 7/21 that is when I started recording them. My phone company SBC/ATT doesn't seem to be interested in doing anything about this. I have made a police report for Harassing calls.
Keeps calling and hangs up the phone for the last few days
received several calls looking for maria perez, who obviously had my number once upon a time and owes sprint money
not maria perez Jul 24th, 2008
THEY KEEP CALLING,I CALLED, GIRL ANSWERS RMP ( ? ) YOU CALLED ME ! SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND CONTINUES TO CALL EVERY 15mins. IF YOU WANTED TO TALK TO ME, WHY HANG UP! FOOLS !

A bunch of losers who are calling my husband regarding his old sprint bill. My husband disagrees with the amount he owes and they won't listen to him so he refuses to pay.
A gal associated with Sprint called up apologetically and verified info about my wife, all of which was incorrect.
