Here is one way to fight back. Call their 800 number from a land line (not your cell unless you have unlimited minutes!). Turn on your television, preferably to a sleazy shopping network, set your phone on speaker phone in front of the TV and leave it for as long as their computer will allow you to record a message. Repeat as necessary. I have cost them several hours of long distance charges and will continue until I feel better. FYI, for Automotive Warrantee Solutions of Boca Raton FL, the number is 800-376-5644
I have also treated them to several hours of Sunday morning religious programming.

I posted this to another page on this website for didx but I think it's a good option if these people don't stop calling.... I promise I am not a spammer. The option I mention might be different for different phone plans and phone companies so you should check with your phone company about selective call rejection...
I have been getting calls from DIDX 567..... something or other I think is the number. Anyway, I use this "Selective Call Rejection" feature on my phone which is "*60" then it gives directions.
There have been some other numbers recently too so as soon as they call again I will add them to my blocked list.
This feature comes with my phone plan but I don't believe it comes with all phone plans.
It tells the caller that I am not accepting calls at this time and it won't even ring through to me.
I have received about 5 calls from these folks in the last 8 weeks. I have verbally requested that they stop, twice. I have "chosen option 1 to remove your name from our call list..." And still they keep calling. I have notified all of my neighbors, friends and family to let them know that unless you bought the car brand new or there was a warranty agreement already in the purchase deal, then they are scamming you. I also called the local Ford dealership (as I drive a Taurus) to talk to them about this. They were sort of aware that this was going on, but because it is not a validated representation of the Ford company, there is nothing they can do to get it to stop. The warranty they offer is fraudulent at best. I have been listing all the different numbers I see associated with these guys for future reference. Also, I had a pal check into it, the number you see on your phone is actually the final location that the actual calls are routed through. So this is actually pretty sophisticated as far as 'via-the-phone' scams go. By the way they are calling me on my cell, I have o pay or those minutes, and never do I get them back, grrr...Good luck to those who fall for it and kudos to those who don't.-A

They called with the "last call to renew our warranty." I gave them fictitious vehicle information which they matched with their records saying our warranty was about to expire. We've gotten so many calls lately with this scam and pressing two to be removed from their list or even talking to someone to ask to be removed does nothing. I've reported them to the Florida Attorney General's office and to the National Do Not Call Registry.
states is a warranty company, not interested and this is a scam, I have a warranty for the life of my loan. So this is truely a scam company. And I want them to stop calling me. My phone number is unlisted and I dont know how they got my phone number, nor will they tell you who they represent what company so you can find out about them. Scam, Scam Scam
Everyone should fill out form 1088 on the FCC website and report DIDx as well as they seem to be the provider for this service that I'm sure is annoying others as much as it is myself.
Once they called me and I was willing to talk to them - just to play the game! So they asked what is the make and model of my car? I answered 1978 Ugo! They hang up! Guys, but I really need auto warranty! Isn't it why YOU CALLED ME, dumbazz! What to do now? Guess not a problem they call everyday! :)))
The person who called from this number is Anthony, he works for Automotive Warranty Solutions and his extension is 1624. And to contact him you need to call 1-800-376-5688
. They are trying to sell you car warranty. they called me today and I "played" with them, so he gave me this info. He was trying to get my info, but I never give out mine, i usually take theirs and promise to call back. They are annoying parasites! Good luck!
Same story. Constant calls and when I try to stop the calls, they just hang up. AT&T is my local telephone carrier and they will do NOTHING. They say I must file a police report. The next calls I receive, I'll just try to keep the rep on the line as long as possible. "I may be interested. Hold while I get the car info." Then come back and ask if they are still there. If so, "please wasit, I'm going through the files, stay with me. Make it a game. See how long you can keep the rep on the phone. If everyone did that, no more calls :0)
left no message.
if these idiots are calling me about extending my auto warranty, good luck to them.
i sincerely doubt that Ford will allow them to warranty a 15-year-old car whose speedometer has flipped twice, and which is on its 3rd engine.
Who do you report these idiots to?
last chance to obtain warranty on a car with a warranty
they call EVERY DAY NON STOP I REPORTED THEM!
Hang up on these people! Report them to the AG! If you own a Mercedes-Benz...only your dealership will sell you extended warranty.
I keep getting and automated recording, when I chose #1 to speak to someone when I explain to them that I have no idea what this is about, that I believe they have a wrong #, they hang up on me. When I chose #2 to remove me from their list, the line goes dead and then they call back the next day anyway. This has happened over 20 times now (not kidding). It's becoming annoying.
Last chance on extended car warranty. They've called numerous times and I always press 2 to be taken off list, but they still keep calling!
