missed the call but when I trie to call back it took me to an automated opt out service
missed the call, check 541 code (Oregon)
I have the same type of comment as the others listed here. I received a random robot call about lowering my interest rates on top cards I use such as BoA, Chase, Capital One, etc. but when I asked them to provide me with a card number, which they supposedly already had on file, they were WAY off just from the first four numbers! After the third attempt I told the guy it was just a scam and hung up. I hope other folks stay CLEAR AWAY from companies like this who try to scam folks by giving them their credit card information over the phone!
Just got a canned call from this number stating I am "eligible" for reducing my credit card rates. You own credit card company(ies) will tell you this not a robo call. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION - SCAM FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS! BEWARE-TAKE CARE.

Some robot prattling on about credit card interest rates. They called on my cell phone which is of course, illegal. I pressed "1" and a man answered the phone. I told him to remove my number from their list because it is a cell phone, and he quickly disconnected me without saying a word.
So annoying. They called at 6am and woke me up. I didnt answer.
Canned message about lowering my credit card rates. Called my cell number which we don't often give out, & never put it online. Reregistered on National Do Not Call List a few months ago.
Showed up as "SVC Customer" on my caller ID. I'm on the do not call list (and have been for far longer than the 31-day grace period). Filing a complaint.
Missed call, unknown caller
Robo call about Last chance to get my interest rate lowered on credit card. I have not receved any calls from my credit card company.
I did not answer this call being I did not recognize the number. A message was not left. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry. Therefore I will report this number to them also.
Cardmember Services robo call. Please take the time to report them to the FTC Do Not Call list so they can get sued again. Bogus claims, bogus company illegal practices.
Never answered, but I'm on the national "Do Not Call" registry. So when I get a call at a weird time with the ID "Customer SVC" I know it's not a true telemarketer. Real telemarketers are way too polite. If you get a live perosn, and they're rude or hostile, especially after you refuse to give your credit card number, then it's a scam call. Besides, why would you give your credit card number to s stranger that called you? Be smart. Report their number to the authorities, and never talk to the caller.
i didnt know who it was, but my android "nexus 4g" told me it was oregan, and i thought it was my ex. scared the s**t out if me.
Automated message claiming to be my credit card provider, yet never provided the name of my credit card provider, and wanted me to enter my credit card number to procede. This is a SCAM. Do not answer these calls, and if you accidently answer them just hang up. They are absolutely trying to steal your credit card number.
Heather from "Account Services" left a voicemai recording that we are eligible to reduce our credit card interest rate to 6.9%. She said I needed to it in a hurry or the offer was going to "expire shortly." Since it was a recording, it said to press 1 to talk to a rep...or press 2 to discontinue calls from them. Since it was a voicemail msg I was unable to press either option. Nor did they provide a number to all them back. Ironically, I don't have any credit cards. haha
Do not answer these calls. They are very rude and they can get you to go with there credit card services where they try to get you lower rates. May also go the name of Care Net.
Do no answer calls from this number, rude telemarketer! Accused me of being racists for not wanting to give my card number over the phone. Trying to sell some lower interest rate on credit cards.
