Got this call on my Google Voice number, (not in wide circulation.)
Returned the call three times. Calls disconnected after a few rings.
In this age of digi-calling, I believe computers are set up to call massive blocks of numbers.
Repeat calls gage when and if numbers are viable for future sales calling.
Hence, all the hang-ups, when calls are answered.
Expect sales calls around the same time, once they know a number is "good"- answered by a human.
Two rings only. What's the point in that?! Dummies...

Said "Construction" on caller ID. Obvious scammer as this call was received on my work phone and I live nowhere near Washington.
Had a voicemail - partially cut off. Caller ID said Kirkland. They were trying to sell discount medical insurance. Ignore it.

Rang. Answered. No one there.
Have received calls from this number quite a few times over the past 6 months. The vmail does not address me but a male voice pretends like he is talking to coworkers. I believe this is a telemarketer scam-phishing call.
