I've been receiving several phone calls from this number since 11/20/2009. They typically call between 4-6PM EST. I never answer and they never leave a message. If this is for ACLU, I am disheartened and frustrated. I donated money to foster some small change not to be harassed.
I've also received a call from 425-645-9767 among other numbers. The thing is that although we are on the no call list, my understanding from a friend in the know is that if they are calling from a foreign country, which many of them are, they do not have to honor the list.
I gave them my credit card numbers and the 3 digit codes on back to lower my rates. Now all my cards are over the limit! Oh nooooooooo

Started message by not stating any name, and simply asking if I didn't want to lower my interest rate to 9%. Figure it is a scam. They didn't ID themselves, nor call me by my name.
They've called me twice in one day. I did not answer. There was a message but it was just a hang up. I believe this is a scam.
No messgae left. Called number back and got recording stating if I did not want to be included in their promotions press " 1." to be taken off their list. They normally do not do it. It is there way of confirming that the number their auto-dialer called is a working number and worth calling again. I'm reporting them on the National Do Not Call Registry.
Kari Lynn Michel of Red Bank, NJ - This woman is the annoying , collection agent for OVER 50-75 companies. Keeps calling and calling and calling....Now that we have her PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER why don't we return the wonderful annoying callls she has been so kind to give us eh? Remember to *67 before you call. *671-917-3120
No message. Just annoying. Posted to Do Not Call list also.
As ALWAYS people, if you DO NOT recognize who is calling, let them leave a message!!! If it is IMPORTANT they WILL. OTHERWISE we IGNORE it and do not give them the satisfaction of knowing that the # is even LEGIT!!! The calls will stop after awhile...
is this a scam?? yes probably...

Have been getting repeated calls from this company claiming to be my Credit Card Company and telling me that my chance to lower my credit card rates is expiring soon.
Call from (425) 645-9767 found on Caller ID
Cincinnati Joe Jul 20th, 2010
Called my house today but left no message.
Caller ID display shows 'out of area'
Caller left no message. Never does.
RECIEVED A CALL FIRST FROM TELEPHONE NUMBER 425-645-9767 STATING THEY WERE WITH CREDIT SERVICES AND TO PRESS 1 FOR LOWERING MY INTEREST RATE TO 6.9 PERCENT. I ASK WHO THEY WERE AND THE ASIAN GIRL STATED THE HOME OFFICE FOR VISA AND MASTERCHARGE? I TOLD HER I HAD A BAB CONNECTION AND SHE STATED SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK..SHE EVIDENTLY HAD MY TELEPONE NUMBER. THE NUMBER SHE CALLED BACK WAS 850-387-0474
, ASK HER WHAT CARD SHE WAS SPEAKING OF AND SHE STARTING WITH CITI BANK, AND CHASE..THAT BOTHERED ME AND I BECAME SUSPICIOUS, SHE WANTED TO KNOW TO VERIFY MY ZIP AND IF I HAD MORE THAN 3000.00 COMBINED DEBT. RIGHT AWAY TOLD HER SOMEONE WAS AT THE DOOR COULDN'T TALK RIGHT NOW AND AND SHE QUICKLY HUNG UP WITHOUT THE USUAL CORDIAL GOODBYE. CALLED CITI AND GAVE THEM THE NUMBER THEY DID NOT CALL? THE NUMBERS THEY DID NOT RECONIZE? SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS...NOW I AM WORRIED..
I decided to screen the call, but no message was left. I Googled the number and found this site and others with complaints.
Called here twice today. I have call blocking so they can never ring my phone again. Later Credit Services.
Same as everyone else. Just want to note the date and time.
When will this one stop?!! Now the robocall begins with a recording of "Heather" from Account Services, calling re my credit cards. This is my (gasp) final opportunity to lower my interest rate. When connected with a live telemarketer, I asked what part of do not call list she didn't understand.
Tip to all: It's also fun when these clowns call to feign interest and say, "I pay 4%; how far can you lower it?"
I believe the man was Asian and a bully....he called yesterday with a different number 813-355-7202
....I called back just to see and he began scream four letter words to me......now the same guy with a different area code and phone # calls and when I said give it up he began again with the verbal abuse....please be aware......this is not a credited business unless you consider illegal phone use a credited way to make an honest living....please do something about this.
this number keeps calling our fax machine. Nothing shows up for the caller ID. I don't have anything in collections-pay bills on time-so I haven't a clue who they are except from your site postings

I received this call from Credit Services 435-645-9767
with a recording that sounded like it was my bank calling about my credit card security. Then they made the pitch about lowering my interest rate. I hit 1 and told the person answering that I am on the national do-not-call list. He muttered with a heavy foreign accent and hung up.
I reported it to FTC 1-877-382-4357
wanted to give me a better rate because i was a good customer and never told me about the 800.00 that would be charged to my acc. untill it was to late
I have had this number call my home
I hit 1 to speak to an operator and asked why I have been asked to be removed 5 times and yet they still keep calling...he hung on me. Called back and then got the recording to be able to remove my number. We'll see how long that lasts.
I read the unknown on the caller ID, they hung up when the machine answered.
Don't give you card number this is a SCAM!!!!!!!! I confirmed with Visa and Chase.
Credit services (425-645-9767 ) called and a recorded voice said to hit #1 and leave a message. Don't know what that was all about.
Call from: (425) 645-9767 - I hit 1 and spoke with them. - This is the traditional Scam. Phone # from Washington, They say they are calling from NY, and their head quarters is located in Orlando, FL. But, they were unable to really pinpoint the "Where" since the guy on the phone obviously was not from the US. More like India. I tried several times to understand the name of the company, I heard Financial Card Services, Finacial Advisor Services, They did however give me a # to call back to. 877-283-7773
X 304. The guy wanted my Phone # so he could call me back in 30 minutes. (I told him, he has my #, they called me) I asked how he got my Number.... Banks gave it to them, asked which bank, non specific answer.
SCAM - Wish they would just Go away.

What the is the purpose of us registering our phone numbers on the DNC list if these unscrupulous companies are continuing to find creative ways for harassing individuals. If I don't recognize a number I WILL NOT pick it up.
i always report these types of calls to the do not call registry. i think that it helps reduce calls.
Yes, me too. I am so tired of these calls!!! Where are the DO NOT CALL police when you need them?
Recorded call from "Heather" -- I pressed 1, asked who was calling, said aren't they not supposed to call people on do not call lists, they hung up
I report these calls to the do not call registry. You can file a complaint from www.donotcall.gov
Initially sounded like they were from my credit card service. Some non English speaking guy and tried to get me to verify my account saying he represented Capital One, Chase and some other bank. I kept telling him "you tell me" and asking him what information he had and who he was with. He gave me my name but nothing else and eventually hung up.
I called back on the number that called me and all it says is press 1 if you don't want to be called again.
They have called on both my phone lines. The second line is not given out or tied to any legitimate source. This must be a scam to get credit card info. Both my lines are on the do not call.
When I got to a representative and notified them that I was on the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry, and would like to be placed on theirs, she said "OK" and hung up on me.
I am on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to stop them
D. Rathbun May 27th, 2010
Credit Card Services. I thought the gov had stopped these guys.
I talked to some man with an Indian accent. Asked for his phone number & name, which he would not give to me. He wanted to know why I wanted them & I told him I would turn him in to the feds. He told me to go back to the zoo, get back in my tree & never get out again. Seemed strange since HE called ME. The think that bothers me is that he did correctly state that I have a Capitol 1 credit card.
that is Great !!
I will use this forever,,with every scam call i receive.
Reported these idiots to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
call number back and press 1 to have your name removed from calling list
Linda Urban May 25th, 2010
when I pressed 1 to get a human, the guy who answered was somewhere in India. He got VERY angry when I started asking questions about what company he worked for and what department was he in... I told him that if he was legit, I should be able to call my credit card company directly and get connected to him. He hung up.
Use this website to record the recording of operators recordings....hold the mic right next to the speaker and be quiet...record it afew times (Just keep pushing play when it ends) so it gives the human time to answer from the computer call...we did our phone has been disconected....next time i will use the one that says you must insert 25 cents to make this call.....
Got a call when not home. Called back and pressed 1 to discontinue calls. Seems like a scam of some kind. My call was from Heather, pronounced ala valley girl as Hather.
I am on the "DO NOT CALL" list. Why do these people keep calling?
Someone on the other end sounded like they didnt know they dialed me. left a long message on the machene about how some guy dumped her friend and such garbage gossip.
It's the same recording from "Heather" at "Card Services" instructing to press 1 to lower my interest rates. I'm on the Do Not Call registry, and I get a robo-dialed scam call like this every couple weeks. "Daniel" came on the line and said the company was "Visa and MasterCard Services" and that he knew I had more than $3500 in outstanding credit card debt. I asked him how he could know that, the name of the company, location, and phone number. Sounded like this guy was a new scammer, and he gave me this number 1-888-559-2126
and said the company was in Orlando FL before he got tired of my questions and disconnected.
These people call several times a week asking for a woman who happens to have the same last name as I do. I have told them several times I do not know anyone by that name and to please remove me from their calling list as they obviously have the wrong number... However they are still calling.
SPOOF CALL FROM NCO FINANCIAL. CONGRESS HAS JUST PASSED A BILL MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO SPOOF CALL. $10,000 FINE PER CALL. CALL YOUR LOCAL US ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. HAVE A NICE DAY NCO FINANCIAL.
RATTLESNAKE May 18th, 2010
when answered there was no one there - won't answer again - will let the machine get it
credit services no answer.
UNWANTED SOLICITATION. FORTUNATELY I WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND IT WENT TO VOICEMAIL. IF I'D GOTTEN A LIVE PERSON, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLEASANT. AS IS, I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, AND BLOCKED THE NUMBER FROM CALLING ME AGAIN.
JOHN BENTON May 15th, 2010
425-645-9767 Someone just identified themselves as from Credit Services. Press 1 to speak with a representative. Said they wanted to lover my interst rate. Did not mention which credit card they worked for. They asked what what the total amount I had on my credit cards and said they would call back with my reduced interest rate. They did not ASK for my credit card information, name or any other information. Weird.
Who are these chuckle heads?
how do you get these people to quit calling?? I have seriously had enough! Please advise!
Recording that said I could get lower rates on my credit account. violation of do not call.
Jennifer from "Account Services" recording. Pressed 1 and the woman said she would like to lower my interest rates. I do not have any credit cards or debt so knew it was a scam. I told her I knew she needed a job and could sympathize -- but getting people to give out their credit card numbers is a very very bad thing to do, and she would be doing much better for herself and other people if she didn't steal credit cards for a living. Then I hung up. Why does the govt not go after these people?
I have no credit cards and I'm on the do not call list, so why are these prople calling unless they are frauds & crooks.
Credit Services - Message said call to lower rate on credit card. Violation of Do Not Call. This is some sort of fraud.
Wanted me to call right away to get a better rate on my credit card. Scam.
