I received a call AGAIN from this number on my cell phone at 9:27 am today. I tried to call back to this number at 10:33 am and received a Verizon message that the number I am calling has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I receive calls from this number numerous times throughout the day, however, they call my cell phone so I do not answer the calls while I am working. This is EXTREMELY annoying and I wish someone would resolve this issue.

OK...For the last time..This number does not belong to my company despite what any other company says...It used to be ours and we terminated the line about a year ago....Now it belongs to who ever is bothering you but it isn't us and has nothing to do with our company...Unless you are getting calls by a politician it most certainly isn't us...We are a political calling company and that is what TollFreeZone.com specializes in....It you do find out how to get a hold of the company calling you please let me know as we have an attorney waiting to chat with them....But please don't waste your time or mine calling about this 402 number that is calling you from some other company..I will only tell you the same thing that I am writing here....If you do find out again, please let me know how to call the people who are using this number so we can call them....

My number is on the Do Not Call list. When they called in, I tried to get an agent on the phone but it rolled to voicemail. I stated to the voice message that I was on the do not call list and that I would be logging this call to report to the FTC.

Make sure you log every call and report any violation. Hopefully, these people will ber fined for the violations to the Do Not Call law that is in place.

Go to http://www.dominionparties.com/aboutus.html, go to the contact us page, put any name you want, any email you can make up as long as it ends with .com (eg. Annoyed@FU.com) and tell this guy whatever you want. His name is Michael Montes and his wife Amy. Lets all bombard them!!! Also, dial *67 to block your ID and call him at 949-683-0498. Tell him you know everything about him. Anybody in CA??? This is his address: 26961 Via La Mirada #100, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Eggs works great!! I'm sure he will find the way to stop it once he feels threatened.

Just moved to this location and get 5 to 6 calls per day! I have added my name to the do not call list a lot of good that did. I also stayed on the line, listened to the whole line of BS and at the end it asked if you want to be added to the do not call list push 9. That does not work either. Being a business owner this is very frustrating when you are trying to run a business and have to deal with this crap. Obviously our government is partly responsible for this with so many people being out of work people are doing whatever they can right now just to survive. Why don't the government step in and stop this? Oh yeah, they said add your name to a do not call list BUT if you are a business this does not apply. This is a bunch of BS

402-982-0869 calls our business several time per day every day. Got to an operator and was told that they would/could continue to call for 30 days. They automated call started 10 minuets after that conversation with the operator. Called back and was told they could call as much as they wanted for the next 30 days. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

I get calls daily from (402) 982-0869. It's a telemarketing company in California calling on behalf of the National Small Business Alliance (NSBA). The telemarketer uses Citistream Communications in Omaha for caller ID, which is why there is a (402) Nebraska area code. Citistream at 402-982-0200 confirmed that the telemarketing company is a customer of theirs. The telemarketing company has a "complaint line" at 800-308-6383 which is also being used for websites like tollfreezone.com, dominionsales.com, findmyyatch.com and tollfreetexting.com, and Michael Montes is listed as the president, address is 26961 Via La Mirada #100, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 which is a residential address (Google it). Mr. Montes has Calif. broker license #01016135. So, there you have it...I recommend if you are being annoyed by calls, call 800-308-6383. Or, tweet Mr. Montes through his Twitter @michaeljmontes. Or, call Mr. Montes at his office at 949-683-0498. Call often :)

This is a caller that uses a number of numbers to call from, and to be called back at. The from # 402-982-0969 and the call to # 866-310-9661 extension 103. JOHN said that "your platinum membership has been approved for $8,000 dollars. They call repeatedly during the entire day. They do not stop if you ask to be placed on the do not call list. They hang up on you.
