This was my phone number over 10 years ago, the phone co has not issued it to anyone therfore my nane is still attatched to this number, even though i did awayn with my house phone. i still got threating letter from people and this on the internet, maybe the phone co should be held responsile for these numbers that are not assinged to people. i didnt call anyone, idont have that number any more and i dont need to be harrased either. thank for taking a minute to see my side. have a great day.
We need to write our Congress people and ask them to do something about these annoying criminals. I have complained about this scam for years. They call on my cell phone and I have to pay for it. They have call generator's that call every possible number in America. CallerID used to say Florida Call, now it says Canada Call. I can't imagine anyone doing business with them or giving them their credit card number. Yet here they are, still in business, year after year.
I believe you can report numbers directly to the phone company and they can be prosecuted if they call more than twice in 2 weeks. Has anyone done that?

If You Don't Hang Up They Can't Disconnect You it Drives Them Nuts. They will try everything to make you hang up.
Good for Hours of Fun. Turn the Tables on them. Press 1 Or 6 WhatEver and Don'T Hang Up Just Listen and Laugh While they try to make you hang Up. And Best of All it Keeps Calling Them Back.

I likewise received a phone call from this number; they were phishing for some credit card type of scam. I attempted to interrogate the individual as to who they were, but they hung up.

When or if the mood hits, when these calls from Florida (there have been several over the past weeks)arrive, I answer the phone - tying to put on my most professional type of voice - by saying "City Morgue" to which there is usually silence - I follow it again by "City Morgue...May I help you?" Works with any odd calls - and the occasional "gulps" and apologies on the other end more than make up for the non-responses. Prior to that gloomy response, I followed the advice of one of my daughters by answering on the first or second ring: (trying to sound mechanical) "You have reached a wrong number - Please hand up and dial again." It's surprising how many do that. Hey, we've gotta have some fun in this crazy world of telemarketers.
This message was left on my voice mail, this is beyond funny. I replayed and transcribed this message directly from my voice mail. I actually want to answer the phone and talk to the kind of person wasting their time thinking this is actually going to acomplish anything (besides the laugh). Tooooooooo Funny
"Yeah Crystal hi, um when you treat people badly they remember ok? So, don't act the way youv'e been acting you're a bad bad person and I wish you a very bad Mothers Day, if you even are a mother and if you are I pity your children. You really abuse the world around you. And it will come back to bite you, I can't do anything to you. But, believe me there's karma out their, just watch your back honey."
Call is from Credit Card Services...a scam company that apparently thinks their call method is legal and skirts the Do-Not-Call Registry. I usually press 1 and get a live operator. The second I ask for the name of the company or mention the DNC law they hang up. I've also have got into heated discussions with them and the conversation has deterirated to them cursing and calling me names. This organization and the poeple are very unrprofessional. Any legit organization would not hide thier number (or have it ring back to a dead line). The people they hire are low lifes and desperate for a job. One of them told me he was a drug addict and former prison inmate. The web is full of complaints about this company and thier SCAM. REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE FTC and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO THEY CAN USE TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY OR STEAL $$ FROM YOU>
Robocaller message said it was from Bank of America, lower rate credit card.
lower credit card interest rates SCAM I got a call from canada today --506-221-4566
- the same type scam
Another one of the dead numbers Card Services and the Auto Warranty scam illegal telemarketing gang use to avoid being caught for violating the DNC list laws. Number is spoofed, that's also against the law.
The FTC fined them once, but they keep going many years after that.
I get daily calls from this number. I do not answer, but today there was a message on my answering machine re a Bahamas vacation. I did a reverse phone lookup and it came up with "Charmaine L. Loncala." When I call back the number on my caller ID, the recording says it is out of service.
I have been getting frequent calls to "lower my credit card rates". I get an option to select #2 if you are not interested - I have done so but continue to get the calls. Today, I selected 1 and began speaking to the person. I asked for company name and address and the person hung up.
This is the second of two numbers I keep getting calls from telling me they have important information regarding one of my credit cards. When I try to call them back and tell them to stop calling me, I get a recording saying the line has been disconnnected. I suspect the two numbers belong to the same people.
Recording - female saying this is the last call to lower credit card rates before sending to collection
SCAM - ID THEFT. Any caller from your credit card company would not do it this way.
Well, what is so strange, when you do get transferred, to a nice person by the way, and ask them to please take you off their list, they say they will but never ask what number you need to have taken off their list. I'm tired of them calling and have reported them to the FTC.
The recording says they have tried to reach us several times regarding our credit card. This is a scam
Recorded message advertising lower rates on "your credit card." After I pressed 1, I was transferred quickly to a human operator, who, to be honest, was rather pleasant when I said I was on the Do Not Call list and did not relish having my phone number telemarketed. I requested that my number be removed from whatever list they were using for this annoyance. Who knows what effect that will have.

This is chronic. I've been getting 2 or more calls a day. They seem to be increasing.
Did some research on the net, it appears that the phone number is registered to:
Charmaine L Loncala
135 Lucky Dr
Ormond Beach, FL 32176
It would be nice if we could bother her for a while!!
Just received a phone call from a woman claiming she can lower my interest rates on all my credit cards. I knew it was a sales pitch but I gave her a little common courtesy and let her finish her mumbo jumbo. She asked me if I can give her a ball park estimate on what I owe on all my credit cards. I answered with, "At this point I'm not carrying any balances." I was going to explain to her that I just re-fi'ed a piece of property and paid all my cards. As soon as she heard no balance, she INSTANTLY hung up on me. If I could have reached through the phone I would have choked her. So much for the courtesy. When I called her back, I get a recording telling me I have reached a disconnected number. If anyone can figure out how to stop this or get in touch with these people, please post something up here.
The obscenities, the insults, the rude comments... unbelievable. I said "Who do I have to kill to get off your call list?" He called me fourth grade recess yard names and made comments about my wife. She picked up the phone and he calledg her a "cunt" and a "bitch." Believe it or not even that sounded like he was "on script." He offered to remove our number in exchange for sex and also threatened to call our number repeatedly every time we hung up said he had been working there and harassing us for five years now and paid by the hour to do it. I phoned the police on another line while he was still on the phone. When I tried to conference the two lines without his knowledge he realized there was another line going he disconnected.
Someone needs to stop this "Phishing" scam
Just got called by that same number with the same "interest rate" speil. Caller id is spoofed.
ditto all from KMR: his/her comment, my status (dnc) & description.
Important Info about your credit card...press 1 to talk to someone about lowering your interest rates...nobody answered when I pressed 1. Was about to give'em what for if they did, I don't have credit cards & I'm on the do not call list. Reporting them to the do not call registry.
I am on the do not call list. I redialed this number automatically and it said the number had been disconnected. Obiously, they know the tricks of how to block return calls. There was no message and the only info was Ormand Beach FL with the number 386-677-3110.
"This is an important message about your credit card...." I hung up.
We are also on the "do not call" list so obviously, they're not respecting *that*. Funny thing is, they NEVER put the call through when I answer anymore--they only "talk" to hubby.
Same as always as I report constantly! They always call saying it is my last chance to lower my credit card interest. I keep pushing 2 to get them to stop calling but they keep on even after saying it is my last chance! I am on the do not call list which I believe is really a please do call list!
nothing new to report other than what has already been said. I've been on the do not call list since it started, and reported everyone of these types of calls...DOES NO GOOD...what may display on your caller id, may not be the real number they are calling from....most of the time they "spoof" the number, which is why when you call back it's disconnected. Said to say, that sometimes it belongs to a real person who has no idea that his/her number is being spoofed..finally bought the person to person intercepter id....best 85 bucks I've ever spent...all these calls NO LONGER RING to my phone...they go straight to a dummy answer machine. Only people I want to hear from ring thru or leave a message on my real answer machine.
this company has called me twice today!!! the first time it was a woman who asked if i was "calling about the interest offer"... um... they called me?! the second time it was a man who says they could lower my interest rate if i had an interest rate of 10% or higher and if i had debt of at least $3000. I asked him what the name of the company was and he said it's called "account services" and seemed annoyed that i was inquiring! So i told him i wasn't interested and hung up
ormond beach fl on caller id, no one was on the other end.
yes, it was ormond beach, fl.
Some place in Florida. Did not leave message on answering machine.
I am going to call the Attorney General of the State Of Florida and register a complaint that these people will not take " no" for an answer. I furher more suggest that if you are tired of this harassment, that we all do the same thing and send a message to these solicitors. Get a job and leave us alone!!
scammers have made it so that you cannot call back a the number displayed on your phone. You get "line disconnected" messsages from the phone company more often that not and I have seen slashes or other punctuation included in the callback number so reporting numbers these days is becoming useless because they no longer represent who is actually calling you. I get great satisfaction in pressing #1 to speak to the representative and screaming at them as to why they have chosen a line of work that scams people and are they willing to go to jail when the company is taken down. I want their operators to be stressed and I do my best to make it so before they cut me off.
Is the FCC reviewing this web site and the many others used to report these kind of calls? Until they do, this is all lip service I'm sorry to say. However, I faithfully report each call I get............
It was a computer that called me. They said act now before its too late to lower the interest
on my credit card. ?? How wierd ! Then a man came on the phone and said Hello, then he hung up.
He had a heavy hispanic accent. Very Strange stuff !!! I hung up...
I asked the fellow that called which company he was with, and he hung up immediately. I then filed a complaint the FCC Form 1088 Junk Faes and Telemarketing:
I do not even have credit cards to lower the interest rate on!!!!! I am sick of these calls! Mine was from Charmaine L. Loncala supposedly, but that was just what i got from a reverse lookup.
Baloney warranty stuff on non existant items. Scammer report to FCC
Tony Baloza Apr 27th, 2009
I received a call at my work # from that number and the automated message said to push 1 to lower my interest rate on my credit card and to push 2 to not lower the rate. I hung up. Definitely suspicious.
When I call this number it is disconected.
pamela Bunch Apr 27th, 2009
They constantly call and when I answer they hang up, I would like to strangle them. I am on a do not call list but a lot of good that does!
The "Gentleman" stated he represented The Breast Cancer Society, and thier campaign is endorsed by Att. Gen. Blumenthal of CT. He asked for a pledge and a varification of my address. Yes I am an IDIOT for answering any questions, but I have helped 15 family members and friends live out thier last days accepting with peace thier outcome. I did not Give any financial info, but he probably all ready has that. UGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BAD scammers Apr 25th, 2009
They call every day! Today was to renew my car warranty. It is not even up. They are scam artists.
Got a smart aleck who I'd like to file a complaint on.
Anyone got contact info as e-mail address, company name I could check for a toll free #, or e-mail address (no co$t to me

They said they wanted to lower my interest rate and when I asked them which card she hung up. Sounds like PURE FRAUD to me.
told me that they were raising my Credi Cart rate-I do not have a credit card
I went into the reverse phone look up and I found out her name as being Charmaine Loncala. I also had another phone call yesterday from Florida but with a different number
I am a long time consumer advocate. When these scammers call I always ask which caredit card they are referring to and they hang up.
Wish congress could address this issue of phone abuse as well as shutting down the MLM scammers.
Frank Thomas Apr 23rd, 2009
These jerks! Persistant, annoying and just plain A**sholes! I hope they get wiped out forever, someday(?).
I spoke to a woman, told her I was on the do-not-call list and asked that my number be removed from their list. She disconnected me before I had finished speaking! I then tried to report the call to the online do-not-call registry, and my report was rejected because the phone number has only been in use since Mar. 31 and they are eligible to call for 31 days without penalty!
These idiots call daily, even tho I'm registered on the DO NOT CALL list. I file a complaint each time I receive a call from these crooks.
Multiple calls from Account Services offering to lower my credit card rates. I have filed a complaint with the FCC.
These guys call ALL the time. I've blocked this # using Call Screening and have filed a complaint w/the Do Not Call registry. Very nasty people when you attempt to find out who they are.
they asked me to repeat vulgar racists wors to remove my telephone number.
They called, and when I answered they hung up. I would like this to stop, and would like to know to whom this number belongs. Thanks, U.Cobb
ursula cobb Apr 22nd, 2009
I just filed a complaint on this number on the Do Not Call registry. They called me on an automated line and when I connected with a real person to ask them not to call they refused to give me the name of the company and then hung up on me.
Rose Spahr Apr 22nd, 2009
National Warranty Services. Asked to be removed and 'the lovely young lady' stated she couldn't do that. Asked if there was someone who could and she said yes, Click. Figuring is was a set up, I still asked to be transfered to click. And, yes, you guessed it she hung up (click.)
Please Press 1 to lower your credit card rate: I have a few credit cards but they ALWAYS send me this information by mail...NEVER by phone! BOGUS SCAMMERS! Do not give them any information!!! I am on the National DO NOT CALL Registry!!! My number has been unlisted/unpublished for almost 10 years!
This is an important message regarding your auto warranty. This is a final call (after being called several times by them) to let you know that your auto warranty is expired. Well, since the newest thing I own is a 2003, guess they are a little late on their call :) haha. Automated call that tells you to press #1 for assistance and #2 to be removed.
I checked the number and it comes up as:
Charmaine L Loncala
135 Lucky Dr
Ormond Beach, FL 32176
This address is bogus as there is a 134 Lucky Dr and a 140 Lucky drive but nothing else. Someone somewhere knows who this idiots are. Turn 'em in for crying out loud!
The auto-dialer put me through to some jerk who said HE was the leading company in lowering credit card interest rates. He also said he knew this through my credit report. When I advised him this was a work number, he said that for only $299.00 he could remove my number. Then he laughed. I hung up. I tried calling the number back but it gives the disconnected or not in service message. I hope they call again so I can ask what company they work for.
My phone number is registerd with the government's DO NOT CALL LIST, and these people still call. It's so annoying and qualifies for harassment. Just like the lady below, I don't have any credit cards. They're just blindly calling without regard to the DO NOT CALL LIST. I got their number via *69 because they hung up on me when I asked them if they had a website, and it was (386) 677-3110. I'm off to file a complaint at the DO NOT CALL LIST website...
When they call me it is an automated recording I don't want to hear a recording nor do I want to be bothered by annoying calls like this I have better things to do so please stop calling me.
These idiots call several times a week about either lower credit card rates (we don't have credit cards!!) or expiring warranty on our vehicles- all are still under the manufacturer's warranty. I am on the do not call list and I send a complaint every time they call. I hope if enough people do so then they will be prosecuted. I always push the button and tell them DO NOT CALL. I have also reported them to the local police for annoying phone calls. Here's the complaint website: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx Oregon Revised Statute #166.090 (Telephonic Harassment)
I keep getting calls from this number it is so annoying knowing that I don't have any high rate credit cards. This call comes in several times a week
No answer when phone was picked up and answered at 10:30 a.m. Just silence. So hung up.
There are certainly a bunch of morons in So. Florida looking to make money from those of us with a brain. Charmaine didn't get the info she asked for other than my truck is a 1973 Chevy and needs no warranty. LOL...It works just fine for us. The she said there must be a mistake and that "her records" show we owned a 2007 Dodge Viper, oh hell ya we own a dodge, but it is used as a flower pot in the yard. She then showed us how high her I.Q. was by opening her mouth again and spilling forth with such foul language, even a San Diego Sailor would blush...Geez, to think I answered my own phone to be cussed out by a moron on Saturday...
I let it go to the answering machine. They didn't leave a message.
Andruschak Apr 17th, 2009
There must be a certain day of the month that these Rat B------s from H--l call our area! (Sorry about the implied swearing!) This is the second hang up call today on our business line from a different number then the first call. Called the number back and..you guessed it..disconnected! I saw online there are some services that will sell a block of numbers (for a monthly fee) to solicitors that are not traceable. This should be totally against the law and these companies should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! I wish the FCC would do something about this, but I guess it is pretty low on the priority list!
A call from this # woke me up again! Can't call them back to complain as the # is supposedly disconnected. Wish there was a way to stop the calls. If I press # 1 to talk to them, the line goes dead. GRRRRR!
I am so sick of these idiots. Every week we get repeated calls from this scam and its always a different phone number. Do they just rotate their call from numbers???? They have called at 10:30 at night, early in the morning, and throughout the day repeatedly. We are on the do not call list but it does not seem to do any good.
Where do they get my number? I'm tired of their stupid games so now when I see the number on my ID CALLER I pick up walk away and just let them hang in there. I come back a little later and hang up. Maybe they'll get tired of calling.
Tim, keep us posted on whether you are able to collect on these guys. I am getting tired of asking them not to call and once I start to explain myself, they hang up. It's very frustrating. I have got to do something.
They continue to make numerous calls even though I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the calling list. I'm starting to get irritated with these people. I've already filed a complaint with the FTC and apparently they arent doing anything about this. what more can be done??
We get these calls every other day... on all of our business lines... Very annoying! And it disrupts out business!

We are day sleepers. Today we got two calls from them, the second one, hung up on the answering machine. Yes, we pressed 2.
I have received about ten calls from this number and two of them were today. This morning I pressed #1 and asked the man to remove my name from the call list. He apologized, said he would take care of it right away and hung up. This afternoon I pressed #1 and 'Michelle' replied, "Well, I get these calls too!" and hung up. Sorry ass excuse for a company. Total scam and they are ignoring the opt out list.
They called, someone named Jimmy John said "you have inquired about raising your credit limit". I said stop calling here, he said "I will call anyone I want to" I asked if he was trying to collect a debt, he said yes, I asked who for, he hung up. Called back the 3111 number and got some weird recording about continued abuse calling that number. SCAM ALERT
This is the third time I have received the most annoying, recorded message offering to reduce my credit card rate. I press 1 to talk to a real person.... eventually (but that's ok, they are paying for the call).... they just want to collect your credit card information. I mentioned the donotcall.gov list and they immediately hang up.
So they are aware of the list, my phone is listed, and they still ignore it. I am with Midwestgal - what more can we do to stop them.
Peter Madams Apr 14th, 2009
I've been getting calls from this number (386-677-3110). It starts with a recording and they state that they can save us money by signing up on there program. So I wait to seek to the phone rep. When the rep comes on they ask to speak to the card holder and I ask back who? What cad holder do they want to speak too? And again they need to speak to the card holder. I explain that there are four adults that are card holders which one? They hang up! This has happen three times. Today I was able to speak to the accounts representative I explained about the calls and then she hangs up on me. Again I called back 386-677-3110 it rings then an operator recording states that the number that I‘m calling has been disconnected.
This is got to be a scam
Again with the calls. What do we have to do to get them fined/jailed for repeat calls? I have reported them to www.donotcall.gov but they just change tactics. Any body have a legal idea as to what can be done to them ? I'm ready to take more action.
Midwestgal Apr 14th, 2009
Got a call from another number yesterday and they left a message stating this was my last chance to lower my credit card interest. Then when I got this call today they did not leave a message. After reading all the comments on the call I got today with the phone numer 386-677-3110, I realize these scammers call from different numbers and when you try to call them back you get a recording that their number has been disconnected. I wonder how many poor folks fall for their scams. I always look at our caller ID when the phone rings and if there is only a number that I do not recognize, I do not answer it.
Calling to lower the interest on my credit cards. I have asked, begged and told these people not to call. I am now filing a small claims lawsuit for repeated telephone harrassment. You should too. You can collect up to $500.00 per suit, provided you have documentation that you told the offending parties to quit calling. Perhaps this will stop it!
Calling to lower the interest on my credit cards.
I keep getting calls from this number. I pressed 1 and some one came on the other end saying that they have a lower interest rate. I asked them to remove my phone number from their calling list, immediately they disconnected the phone.
I keep receiving calls from this number, telling me I have a past due credit card, which I don't. So when I press 1 to speak to customer service, and try to explain to them that they have the wrong number, they hang up on me. Funny, I just saw this morning about how, for $10/hr you can change the caller id to look like you are calling from a different number. This must be what they are doing, because when I tried to call the number back, it tells me it's been disconnected. DO NOT give these people any information. They only want you to think they are a credit card company. They don't even bother to say what company they are calling for!
How do we stop these nuts from callingus? I'm on the 'do not call' register. I'm willing to take legal action to stop this foolishness!
I got this call and it stated it was a credit card company trying to lower my rate. When I pushed 1 to talk to a rep, I told them I was on the do not call list and to remove me. They hung up on me. They can even get around privacy director. WTF?
I got this number call twice during the day when Im at work. I dont hae voice mail or an answering machine, dont need em. I cant believe the amont of people who have reported this number on here. Imagine how many others havent googled it and found this site. OMG What can we do????
Bunch of child moelesters
they used to leave voice message, like 1 or 2 times a day. Now the Answering machine pickups and they hang up. The SOB's. What can we do?????
No message left on our ans. mach. When i called 386 677 3110 got a message that "The number you called is not a working number "
Call received at 12:57 P.M. EDT on April 10, 2009. Caller ID was "Out of Area".
Call was identical to many previous calls from "Credit Services", but this time beginning with a notice that this was the second call about my car warranty expiring. Like the "Credit Services" call, I was asked to press "1" to talk to a representative and "2" to be removed from their records. I pressed "1".
After a wait, "Joe" identified himself as being from "Warranty Service Center" and asked for the year, make, and model of my car. I asked what company he represented. He replied all manufacturers. I asked where he was located. He replied "Florida". I asked for a phone number. He asked if I was "trying to get information from him". I replied "Only as much as you're trying to get from me." To that he replied "You're an ass. Go back to Cuba." From that, I gathered he probably was telling the truth about his location, which I would guess is South Florida.
A scammer called my home phone (I'm on the do not call list!) and said my car warranty was expired, then proceeded to pump me for information about my vehicle. I lied to them about what sort of vehicle I had and told them it had 18,000 miles on it. They said my warranty was expired (on the non-existant car), and for a mere $2820.00 I could have a full mechanical warranty until April 9, 2014. They offered me down payment with monthly installments or a 10% discount if I paid in full with credit card. When I told them my daughter was gone with the car and my purse, they wouldn't give me their phone number (the caller id said 386-677-3110) and that if I didn't take the deal right now, it would be gone ... he (Justin Wyrick) said he would call me back in a couple of hours when my daughter got home so he could get the credit card number. This is an obvious scam. I've turned it over to the state attorney general and 'do not call list', but since this same scammer has been calling me for years, I don't think anything will get done about it this time.
