Caller ID said "Unavailable" for the party and showed 321-800-2096 as the number.

It was a robo-call (pre-recorded message) who left a message on my answering system. The message identified the caller as "Home Defenders League" and left a call back number of 347-401-5894. My number is UNPUBLISHED and I have had it for over 20 years, NEVER releasing it to public databases or phone books.

Unfortunately, I can't ask them to stop calling me, it was a recording. I am always leery of the "push 1 to have your number removed from our system". I suspect it only confirms you were there and listening to their message.

I get tons of these calls on my business line and in spite of listing them over and over at Do Not Call, they continue. The FTC or other governmental agencies COULD stop these if they wanted to. I've traced some of these numbers back to various call centers; in Arizona (usually Phoenix), New York, etc.
