This 'Interest Rate Reduction' is a known scam.
This is the 'Card Services' scam gang, known DNC list violator, uses spoofed numbers, of late they are even beginning to use the customer service numbers of legitimate banks or credit issuers. Discussed this with Visa today after their number was spooed, they don't do outbound from the number that showed up on my CID.
Original proponent of the scam went to jail for it. Often uses prerecorded messages at the beginning of the call, which is illegal. People working for the scam gang are often rude, one when asked for a supervisor said, 'No, F*** you'.
Left message on ans mach that I should answer to get my interest rate lowered. I don't have any outstanding debts. Must be a credit card offer.
We are on the Do Not Call lists for our cell phones and landline and have been for several years. We are still getting calls from these people and I want it to stop.

I press '1' each time and each time tell them to remove my number. They hang up. What good is having your number on DoNotCall? I have filed numerous complaints and would sure like to bank some money on every call they make to me!
unplugged the phone before the answering machine could pick up....another scammer, I am sure.......really tired of this!
Several random calls over several days. Caller left no message so therefore we did not answer the phone and don't intend to.
I have no idea who this is. Caller ID said "Pay Phone". I picked the receiver up and no one answered. I immediately called back to this number and a recording stated that "this number is no longer in service, please check the number and try again.". What's the point?!
Sthg about a credit card and I don't have one...
