They hung up when they heard my voice. Usually they look for my wife and try to offer her the scam credit report that people document here. They have been very agressive and rude in past calls. I expect more from Bank of America.

-- It's a Bank of America Scam --
They called wanting to give me a free credit report. They had my name and address. Upon verifying, they wanted to read "the fine print", which included an "if you decide to cancel, just call" note.
Basically, they are selling credit monitoring services. This is a scam - they Bank of America was doing this "because they care", when in actuality, they are doing it to con unknowing people into signing up for paid services.

we get at least one phone call from them every day, and everytime i pick up, there's nothing on the other line -it's so frustrating, we are on the do not call list, but it seems to not matter to them.

I just received a call from Roscoe who said he was a Bank of America representative. He had my name and my address, but I just changed it so I didn't correct him and I thought it was a suspicious call if he didn't even have my current address since I just updated it last week with BofA after I moved.

He kept asking me for a firm yes or no to his questions, but it sounded like he was asking for a verbal agreement to something. He wanted me to make sure that I "understood" that through their BofA Privacy Assist Premier program, they planned to send me my credit report and after I received it, I would verify if there is fraud on my account or not and then I can choose to sign up for the service or not. He gave the web address www.bankofamerica.com/privacyassist, and the information looks legit, but because I haven't had ANY activity on my card, I saw no point in them sending me anything anyway.

After asserting to Roscoe that I had no way to verify his information and for all I knew HE could be the one victimizing me for identity theft, then the call was ended while he was talking as if I had dropped the call - I had full bars.

Sounds like a scam to me. Regardless, I would never verify information over the phone, especially for a bank since you can easily go to a legitimate branch for the information they say they're trying to get to you.

There was a pause before someone came on the line after I answered it. She said she was from Bank of America. She asked for the owner by name. He's not here so she asked when would be a good time to call back. Never!

Thank you for calling innovative consulting. If you'd like to add your number to our do not call list, press 1. If you'd like to speak with a customer service representative, pls press 0.

When I pressed 0 to find out who they were, there was silence on the other end.

If you go to Bank of America on line and type OPT OUT in the search engine you can opt out of their telemarketing it is good for 5 years and then you have to do it again....there is a place that asks if you are a BOA customer or not....you can fill it out from there. I walked through it all with a customer service person who apologized for these people being so unprofessional and down right rude. I hope this helps you all out. 832-366-1101 281-469-2802 281-469-1220

They just called our company and hung up. From having read the comments, if they are asking for personal information, it has been stated on our local news (not this company), but other companies are calling and asking for personal information. If they are claiming to be calling on behalf of Bank of America, I would firmly tell them that you will be contacting Bank of America and reporting them and then hang up.
It is unfortunate that many people can get away with starting up companies and turning around and scamming people, during these tough economical times.

IC LLC is a total scam company. They have a scam website to go with it
http://www.ic-llc.net/
They said that they were calling on behalf of Bank Of America offering me an Identity theft program, they said they had all of my info including last 4 digits of SS#. I did not get further in the call with them because I was so pissed that Bank Of America had sold my info. They gave me the customer support number for Bank Of America...it was all very smooth. I called Bank Of America and they advised that they DO NOT work with this company and they do not sell/share any of their members phone numbers or info. This company says on their website that they work with Bank of America but Bank of America disagrees. It is a total SCAM. When you call them back you will wait forever on hold until they disconnect you as it is not a real business. BEWARE!!!!

We keep getting calls from the number 281-469-2802 which are really annoying. Thanks to caller ID we know that we don't know anybody with this number so when we see "TEXAS" on our caller ID we just ignore it but it can be a pain at times especially when it calls late in the evening or early in the mornings. Called the number back today and found out that it was for Innovative Consultants and they give you the option to remove yourself from their calling list by entering your number into their system and then pressing #1 for removing from call list. They say to give 24-48 hours for the system to purge you from their call list so I guess if I don't hear from them again this will be a good thing and I'd advise all who get this number to call them back and do the same.

We receive multiple calls from this number and 281-469-2802 / 1220. Typically 1 per day. they never leave a message.
From my work phone, I called the 832-366-1100 number. pressed 0 to speak to a rep. I asked who they were - why do you keep calling. She said they were calling on behalf of Bank of America to discuss marketing opportunities... or something to that effect. I told her to stop calling, and hung up.

My answering maching picked up and the man from the company didn't realize he was on a machine and he's having a full-blown conversation with an audible female in the background telling his boo to come sit on his lap as he's dropping F-bombs about some other man. I called them back, added my number to their own do not call list and then called back, spoke to a representative. He was very apologetic, verified my information, and said they would not be calling again. I let him know I had the message recorded along with their incoming telephone number...maybe now they'll stop calling!!!

HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM 281-469-2802 WHICH CALLER ID SHOWS AS IC LLC FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS ON A DAILY BASIS. NOW THE CALLS HAVE STARTED COMING FROM 281-469-1220 IC LLC ALSO. VERY IRRITATING AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE WHEN THE CALL IS ANSWERED. I HAVE SEEN MANY COMPLAINTS THAT THIS COMPANY MENTIONS BANK OF AMERICA WHEN THEY DO RESPOND TO YOUR HELLO. I'M WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS REPORTED THIS TO BANK OF AMERICA AND, IF SO, THEIR RESPONSE.
