important
details
Vague phrases like "important message", "important personal business", or "important business matter" often indicate debt collection. There are at least three collection agencies known to be bad actors whose names begin with "Global". It would be helpful if you can wring a full name from a rep. Being shy with details means the collector is honoring the privacy mandate under Federal law, and as a bonus trying to make you anxious through obfuscation.

If any of you are receiving repeated, misdirected, and/or abusive calls from a third party debt collector, you may find relief in the provisions of the FDCPA, the Federal law which regulates collector behavior and provides you simple tools for your own defense. It grants you control of how you are contacted, and collectors can be sued for their crimes. Learn your rights and first response tactics at FTC-dot-gov. I am surprised that no one reported this number. These people won't tell me why they are calling several times a day except leaving voice message asking me to call them with no details, other than saying "important message they want to give me", yeah right. They also use another partial number starting 905 as caller ID to fool phones that block by caller ID.

random call. When I called back they identify them as 'global' and would not say why they are calling my number for and had the nerve to tell me they will continue calling me!!!
