Caller ID this time said Auto Warranty

I didn't answer. We have a non-pubbed number and they have no way of getting it except to hack AT&T's database. I think AT&T should investigate that but they are not concerned about non-pubbed numbers being gotten by people like this. They insist it was gotten some other way. However we just got this number yesterday and have given it to nobody and yet they call again today. Pretty fishy. I'm trying to build some info to give to the FTC but it's difficult since I don't intend to answer these calls anymore. I've gotten them for years and I feel sure they're all from the same harrassers.

What good is the Do-Not-Call registry when companies like this WILL NOT STOP calling me. This is a clear violation of my rights! I never asked for anything from them, I do not want anything from them, and I think they should be fined every time they violate my rights. We need some teeth put into the Do-Not-Call process by putting them out of business!!! I have received a minimum of 15 calls from them in the last 2 weeks. Come on people - lets get these people off of the phone lines!

The national do not call registry says this number was registered on 9/19/08. They must be given 31 days before a complaint can be filed. If I get any calls from them after 10/20, I'll file the complaint again.

I get calls from them every day, and I've never applied for a loan! It's an annoying scam. I guess they get enough people to bite on it to stay in business. There doesn't seem to be any live person to talk to tell them to stop. I hope the FCC & FTC step in soon.

I keep getting calls from people stating that they got a call from some loan place. I think our lines are crossing or something because my cell number is similiar to the loan number. I wish people would stop calling my phone. They are fools to even think they are getting some type of loan. Who just gives out money that you haven't even applied for. The economy is screwed up but come one, free money. Be serious.............

this is phishing expedition for payday loan advances. most of them are based in other countries and are therefor illegal. yes they will deposit the money, then the fees start. you are so screwed if you give them your nubers. don't go there. they prey on desperate people who can't afford it.

Phone rang..This is automatic generated phone call. No real person. A woman called and said she was looking for Janet. The this man's voice called and Congradulated me and needed information so that they can approve a loan that will be deposited into my checking account with in 48 hours. The first question was Do I have a checking acount. Then they give you numbers to push 1 for yes 2 for No. Then they asked if I had read the trms. That was when they gave me the www.onlineloanterms.com and then they would call back in 30 minutes. So here I am reporting this phone call. I have no idea who they are. Thank you

These caller's or caller are calling my cell phone 3 to 4 times daily,
with the same recorded message about being approved for a loan.
I did not or have not applied for any loan.
I'm not interested in anything they have to offer.
How the heck did they get my Altell cell phone number anyway?
Very few people know my cell number.

In the past 4 weeks now, I have received the same message from 4 different
phone numbers. It's like each week they use a different phone number to pester
me by (same recorded message). I hang up on these as soon as I hear these stupid
recordings.

Which are:

213-416-2887
770-783-5969
877-890-1271
877-807-4711

My cell & home phone are registered on the Do Not Call List!!

I do not wish to receive calls from this company (s) or person (s).
This is very, very annoying. If I could find these idiots; they'd be
smiling out of the other side of their face, if I didn't choke them off first.

told me I was approved for an immediate $1,500 loan which would be deposited into my account within 48 hours after I varified some information. I went to the site they referred me to to read the terms and conditions...it was a single page. They offered to call back in 30 min to finalize the loan. I called the number back and got the same recording and pressed the opt out option. I was then told I would get a $100 gas card for the inconvienece and some other bs about $10,000 credit card thing...I hung up. Can you say SCAM!
