After being bothered by this company calling at least twice per day every day for the last 2 weeks, I checked the post here for info. Everyone is having the same experiences.
I have a solution for you:

Call 212-779-7700 follow the system prompts and choose to access the system directory- by name.
Key in the last name MORGAN. Select MARK MORGAN (who is company VP)
When voice mail answers, It says, THIS IS MARK MORGAN....leave message.

My message left was: I am tired of getting calls several times per day everyday! I said I finally spoke with a person in your Fort Myers Call Center and ask not to be called. I advised him about the rude guy on the phone and was told they will just call me anyway!
In my voice mail I left MARK MORGAN: I advised Mr. Morgan> EVERYTIME ABT SRBI CALLS ME, I AM GOING TO BE CALLING YOU! YOU CAN EXPERIENCE HOW AGGRIEVATING THIS IS! I AM SURE I WILL BE CALLING YOU AGAIN! HAVE A NICE DAY!

If we all try this, hassel them back but go to the TOP DOG maybe the TOPDOG will bite some of the callers in Fort Myers Call Center. I plan on making all return calls, believe me.

Wrote the following email to all of them: "We are on the Do Not Call Registry, so **STOP** harrassing us with your calls -- we're filing a complaint against you every time. Next time we get a call from you, we'll file a formal complaint with the FCC. And don't even think of spamming this email address -- or face the consequences. Scumbags."

16 June 2009, 8:10p: Expecting an important call today from NYC, I picked up. (Had been getting calls, always late-for-us around 8p but didn't answer but no machine
message ever left.) The caller asked for me by name. When I asked who they were, the guy said some first name and proceeded to say he was from the MTA and then the
line just went dead. Hmmmm. I noticed scrolling down here that Linda reported an MTA call. Her post was below Douglas' back in Dec 08.

Am also on DNC registry. I believe political parties/candidates are permitted to ignore DNC, but surely this sort of crap shouldn't be. ESPECIALLY after 8:00p when
the children are just getting to bed.

These comments describe a very strange variety of weirdness: Capt. Spaulding's House of 1000 Corpses, Laughing Women, Children.... this is very disquieting indeed. I notice that MIKE below provided the name, address, tel and website for this company. So why, I wonder, can the authorities not act? Here, i've copied Mike's post:

They've been calling me too. Nothing stops the call. I'm going to start having some verbal fun with them though...might as well talk to them if they have to keep calling.

I looked up this company up, called them and informed them that if they don't stop calling me 4 times a day, 7 days a week at up to 10:00 PM, I would call that office ALL DAY EVERY DAY until it stopped because I have unlimited long distance on my phone. I reported them to the Do Not Call list, but I think they are exempt for a 'loophole' reason... here is the info for you to call all day every day, too:

This number is owned by Schulman, Ronca & Buculavas Inc (SRBI). It is a research/survey firm based in New York. The firm's main number is 212-779-7700. Call them and say exactly: "I am directing you to put my phone number on your permanent do-not-call list. Thank you." Of course, you will have to give them your phone number for inclusion on the list.

Getting calls 2 or 3 calls from this number each day with no one on the other end. The CID lists ABT SRBI. Did a search on Google and came up with http://www.srbi.com and called the number on the "contact" page -- 212-779-7700. After giving my name and phone number they told me the would pull my number.

Don't know if the calls will stop, but at least I found a person.
