I don't answer any of there calls. They need to stop calling.
i am tempted to cancel my service after reading all of these comments. these calls are ridiculous and very unprofessional. what kind of business is this??
i also continue to get calls from this number rapid fire and they never leave a message. very annoying.
rcvd call which rolled into VM, no message but you could hear random call-center type voices in background.
Shows up on caller id, but no message, I do have XM, but I get my montly service auto taken from my bank acct. No clue why they are calling for a reminder?

I just called this number back. It's definitely XM Satellite Radio. The pre-recorded message asks if you're calling to update your service. I don't even have XM Satellite Radio anymore and they call me at lease once a day. It's been going on for several weeks now.
call the number back; automatic attendant asks if you're calling to renew XM Radio after your trial period; say 'no' and an operator comes on and says 'thank you for calling XM nation, my name is ...., can i help you"; don't say anything and they'll repeat the same thing over and over and over numerous time (required by telemarketing script?); they'll say 'I am now releasing this call' (for their recording purposes?); i believe telemarketers are told never to hang up so they'll stay on.
Calls within 3 minutes of each other today...

I think there is a way to share with XM your situations. You can 1. get your name removed even from collections calls. 2. Be removed from marketing calls. I am pretty sure XM would love to hear from each and every one of us. I called them and got my issues fixed, with them calling me. I found that someone had bought a car, and the dealer put the wrong number in the database.
I see from other reports, it's XM. They call at least 2 times a day for weeks. No one ever speaks. must be computer calling.
This number has been calling me 4 times a day, every day. I cancelled my service months ago... this just confirmed my reasons to get rid of this service. I just wrote to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding being harassed by this number. We'll see if they have enough integrity to even respond.
Call all the time, never even had an XM Radio, nor do I care to have one after all of this crap.
When you call back, you are transferred to an Indian call center for XM. They forget to take your name off their list, after you have paid the bill. When you ask them why, they just hang up on you. When you call back and ask for a supervisor, you will never get one. They will never call you back. Why should they, they are India making a quarter an hour. Need to go to www.Delphi.com and complain. So much for keeping it in America! So they next time you buy an XM or a GM car (GM buys car parts from Delphi) you are support over seas call centers. So much for buying in America!

Not a problem...My XM bill is due. This call is not spam, it's just a reminder.

Cancelled service a few weeks ago. Paid the bill they sent me to cover balance due. Yesterday I got my first call saying there was still a $1.77 balance. I tried to argue that I paid the last bill and they said they had billing issues and this amount needed to be paid. So I paid through online bank 5 minutes after hanging up. Today they called again. I told them I sent a payment for $1.77 and to stop calling me. We'll see what happens I guess.
Answered and nobody was on the line and after about 8 seconds, they disconnected.
Calling once or twice per day for past few days. We don't answer unidentified numbers. After reading the posts here, we'll contact XM Radio directly to check on our billing status instead of dealing with these operators.
The company is Penacle, they are hired by XM Radio. Everyone needs to complain about them to XM Radio.

They are very nice but aggressive.
These guys have called me 4 times daily to promote things starting at 5:16 and going as late as 9:30 over the past 5 days. I am on the do not call list also.

Yep, XM. I dialed the number back and got customer care where one of those damn voice prompt things greeted me. I was on hold for eons, so I took care of it online.
They have called seven times today. The answering machine picked up everytime and there was just a clicking sound. This is very annoying!

Called today and asked for my husband. When I said he wasn't in and asked for a message they just hung up.
I don't answer calls on my cell phone from people I don't recognize.

Received 2 calls from this number late in the evening. No one answers when picked up.
Line was quiet. Then after 15 seconds an operator asked for me. When I said hello they hung up.

I got regular XM radio at my house 14 months ago with a 2 year subscription. It does not work inside my house without wiring my house special. I thought XM would work when regular radio does not for us. Wrong. Now I just listen to CD's.
I have had half a dozen hang-ups from this number. I cancelled my XM account months ago and had to dispute XM's final charges with my credit card company. Ultimately, they had to give me a refund of more than $300. Last week I got another bill for renewal. XM must have the worst run billing operation in the world.

Called time after time in quick succession,finally answered,heard female with thick accent and lot of jabbering in background.
They called 2x so far, googled the number and found this...okay, so it is XM..but you know, my 3 month sub that came with my CTS expired last month..they probably want me back... I hear you can get XM as low as $3 per month as a retention so they can show numbers rising for subs...gonna try and get a low sub next time they call!! :D

same here - they call a few times a day and NO ONE is ever on the phone when i say hello 5 times. im getting rather annoyed, especially since i had a trial 3 months with XM in my new car but never ordered it.
They are calling me incessantly - several times a day for the past 2 weeks.

Two calls today from 2023801294 -- caller id shows only "out of area." We no longer answer if we don't see a familiar name and/or phone number
Definitely a predictive dialer. The dialer dials up peoples numbers at a rate that can keep the operators busy. That's why you get dead silence until you say "hello" a few times. Someone there ends another call and jumps on line with you.
The lady I talked to was very insistent to get my debit or credit card number without even verifying my account information beyond asking to speak with me by name. I am suspicious and until someone can verify this phone # via XM itself, I wouldn't trust them with your billing information.
Besides that, they've already cashed the check I sent in a couple weeks ago.

Idiots from XM Radio saying my bill was overdue. Called back to 1-800-XMRADIO and went through automated info to find out I was current. Spoke to Customer Service Rep and they said bill was current. Was told if they call again to refer them to the 800#. Apparently the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at XM.
if you call the number backm you get XMradios automated system. The call is probably concerning a past due bill for someone at your number. That is usually what it means when you get a company calling you several times.
They have called me three times in an hour as well as several times this week, asking for Mr. Brown. I told her to stop calling and the last two times she or someone hung up on me. We cancelled our XM account over a month ago. I did not know until after Googling the number, who was calling. The female caller had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand or hear.

Called yesterday and today. Asked for a name that sounded like a family member or friend's name. We said they didn't live here and they said they'd call back later.
Call tonight, nobody on the line, just some strange music playing in the background.
i don't answer cause i don't recognize the number, but they called like 5 times in a row.
A woman calls asking for a family member. When I say that my family member isn't home, and no longer lives with us, they hang up. I do not know who they are.
Whoever this is has called me twice on two different days, I didn't answer, did not recognize number.

Got a late call last night but no voice heard from the other end.
I heard from another site that this is from XM Radio Reminder, either they are calling to promote or remind you to pay a bill. But for some reason they just hangup. Wierd....
Several calls from number...no one on the line when I pick up. Returned call but line is busy
Keep getting calls, but no coherent message or words.
