I pressed 1 just to waste their time as they wasted mine by calling with their machine and was asked if "I" was inquiring about lowering my interest rate. I explained that according to their recording they know a lot about my credit card rate so therefore they could go ahead and lower it. The then hung up. I would like to find out exactly where they are located.

Tried to have removed and was told by the male caller on the end to shut you f****** C***. Tried to call back to complain and not able to reach anyone.

Caller ID read "Voter Reach". It's really the bums trying to get information to allegedly lower your CC rates. My rates are low, thank you.

These SOBs have called for decades, there is NO stopping them as they have purchased 1,000 phone numbers, and last week it was 9973 that called me, and now it is 9951. They simply change the last digit by one (increment by one number) every two weeks, so that by the time the Attorney General gets around to going after them, the number is no longer in service. If you know of someone who does this for a living, punch them in the nose for me. :) Just kidding. Give them a shiner.

This is the first of two calls I've received from Card Holder Services. They actually left a message on my voice mail during this call telling me about their offer to reduce my credit card interest rate to 6.9% but it was a limited time offer. Guess it wasn't limited enough as I got the second call about two hours later. The caller ID displayed a phone number of 928-304-5453 and Yuma AZ as the name. Time to file another FTC complaint.

This is the second call I received from this outfit. The first one showed SERVICEMSG on the caller ID and 202-367-9951 as the phone number. They did leave a recorded message on my voice mail. Both messages appear to be identical. In both cases I got the message about reducing by credit interest rate to 6.9%. I didn't pick up on the first call but I did on this one. I listened to the message pressed 9 to speak to a live(?) person and then put the phone down and walked off. Maybe it will cost them a little time and money to listen to dead air. Guess it's time to make another FTC report.

Credit card scam...decrease your interest rate then hold to speak to a representative then they ask your credit card debt and say sorry for the inconvenience

They called a 8 PM and I saw the called ID said it was Voter Reach. Since when times were better I used to donate to various political causes I assumed, based on the name, it was somebody looking for donations. I let it go to voice mail since I am currently not in a position to make donations and am sick and tired of going through the why I can't give money away right now spiel and the persistence of some of the callers who wouldn't care if I had a starving infant and $1.00 to my name who would still pressure me to give it to them. Funny to think about all the money I donated to help people over the years and then know when things went bad for me nobody stepped up to offer me a hand. But that's another story.

I have VOIP phone service so I get both message notifications and a written transcript of things left on my voice mail in my email. Here's what the voicemail message transcript said: "Your eligibility for reduced interest rates on your current account, press one now to speak to a live operator and reduce your rate or press nine to be removed from further notices" A freaking credit card service masquerading as something else!! I don't even have a credit card except for my AmEx and I'm certain all pressing "9" would do is verify to them I am a valid, live extension and would increase the number of these calls I get. Another number to add to the blocked list!

I don't know if it was them or not but immediately before and after the call I received an anonymous call which I have also set to be blocked. That Do Not Call registry sure works swell, doesn't it!

they saying there is nothing wrong with your personal credit card and please push one to talk to person about getting a lower rate.
we are a business with a business credit card not a personal one.
when they called us again the phone call was sent to me, i pushed one to talk to someone like it said.
got on hold music, pushed 0 for operator to see if it worked. human came on and immediately the person on the other end hung up on me.
