I've been getting a call from this number about once per day and they never leave a message, just keep calling. I did recently get blinds from empire, I'm guessing its them.

They call every day and every day my wife asks them to not call again. She asked to be put on their do not call list, every day. Yet every day they call and every time she asks to be put on their do not call list or please do not call again she gets the same response "maam i hear what you are saying, but i don't think you are understanding me" how freaking insulting. These creeps hide in their cubicle and talk their crap to thousands of people pushing themselves like drug dealers on american households. I'm done, sorry.

I've been getting calls from this number over the past few weeks. I have been ignoring it because I don't take calls from numbers unknown to me. However after reading the comments in this forum that it is from someone following up on Empire Today, (and I did have carpet installed by them recently) I decided to answer. All it was, was a follow up satisfaction questionnaire on my experience with Empire Today. It took less than 2 minutes of my time to answer his questions. Hopefully that will be the end of the calls from this number. Time will tell and if they continue, I'll post here again. I didn't at this time tell them I'm on the "do not call" list, but will should they call again.

Its very easy to stop allsecTech. When they are calling you. Tell them to Put your name in their DO Not Call List. They will read one script. Hear that, Caus They have to read it. Hear it very calmly, Note down the toll free no. they are giving, that all. You wont receive any more call. its as easy as that. They are employed for that. They are doing that as a Job. So Please dont irritate them by playing with them. Just say "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST". Hear what they read you wont receive any more calls.

I just read all the other comments after posting my own. I did not personally have carpet installed by Empire, my elderly neighbor did and I was their contact for installing. Lovely. I guess my next step is to report them for passing my name around to other people.

This company actually left a message after about 30+ phone calls. It was a recording telling me to call this guy at an 800 number. They also said it was a debt collection agency and that I needed to call back today however they were not trying to collect a debt and any INFORMATION received would not be used for this purpose. WHAT????? This is crazy. There is no way I am calling someone I don't know and give out my personal information. Debt collecting or otherwise. I have no debt to collect. I pay all of my bills on time. If anyone should receive a call from them ignore it. I have heard they try to collect PERSONAL information to send a credit card offer or something.

We to have been receiving call from this number repeatedly, and have also had carpeting put in from Empire. If you need to talk to me, leave a message, if I want to call you back I will. If not, it is just annoying.

Called twice. Once at approximately 9:00 p.m. and once at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. After reading Rossi's comments, I also recently had carpet installed by empire, so maybe my number was given out for marketing purposes.

They call several times a week without leaving a message. Once I picked up and they said they were following up on my flooring installation done by Empire Today. He had a British accent and said he only needed 3 minutes of my time. I declined to give it but they continue to call. Perhaps I should speak with them and let them know about how unhappy I am with Empire?

I have been receiving calls from 201-793-4620 for about 2 weeks now also.
Just about the time I had carpet installed by Empire Carpet.
The caller id displays as Allsec Tech. Googling Allsec Tech reveals

ALLSECTECH INC.
Suite 300, 5 Independence way,
Princeton,New Jersey 08540, USA.

http://www.allsectech.com/

They are an indian company, Allsec Technologies Ltd. (NSE - ALLSEC), India was listed
on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 9th, 2005.

I called Allsec at 201-793-4620 and spoke with a John Matthews (dubious name given the accent).
He indicated that the calls were being made by Allsec for Empire Carpet as follow up to the installation.
I told him I have been receiving the calls for 2 weeks now and everytime I answer the phone they hang up.
Interesting to note that Allsec markets the service it sells to Empire as Quality Assurance, "Allsec provides
quality assurance of voice and email service across multiple business segments...".

Sound like they're a little lacking in their own in house QA. Bottom Line - Call Empire Today and complain 800-588-2300.
Call Allsec and complain.

Call came at 20:00 hours Central Standard on 12-03-07 (A Monday). My Lovely and Gracious answered, but no one spoke. Another site identified this number with Empire Today, the floor covering outfit. We recently bought carpet from Empire (Good stuff and reasonable too) but their outfit was local. Their customer service was an 800 number, but we had never received a marketing call from them at any time.

Most of these telejunkers' CID name is usually "Unavailable" but this one came up blank. Definitely not going to pick up the phone to find out who this is.
