Thia is a robodialer from Pinnacle Financial, a collection agency near Union City, NJ. This agency scatter-dials numerous phone calls at once. The first person that answers will cause the dialer to disconnect all the rest of the calls. So unless you answer the call early in the cycle, all you will get is hang-ups from these people. Just goes to show how much slime is in the debt collection business. They couldn't care less about who they interrupt, who they call, what time they interrupt you, or how many times they call. Real slime!
