This person is pulling a scam. They claim to be from Microsoft and they say something is wrong with the computer. I did not go for this, but my grandma did. They ended up taking four hundred + dollars from her and they put multiple virus's on her computer. This is a SCAM. When I told the guy on the phone that, he yelled at me and said that I have no authority to say that.

He called me at 7:15 this morning while I was getting ready for work. He said that there was hacker activity on my computer and he was calling from Windows. He asked me to turn on my computer. I told him to call back in half an hour to talk to my police officer husband. He hung up pretty quick.

Said that there was hacker activity on my computer and they were calling from Windows. Asked me to to turn on my computer I told them I did (but didn't) gave me to someone else asked me to type in some words. I said I think I need to call the police. He said why I said cause I think your lying. Thick heavy accent both of them. I got him so flustered he ended up hanging up! I had had this call before and they said they were from Microsoft. How do we get rid of these guys? I know so many people who would so fall for this.

Received a phone call from a man with a thick Indian accent. He claimed to be with Microsoft Helpdesk and was looking for someone that I've not heard of. Regardless, I knew of these types of calls before and hung up. This is a scam attempt to either gain access to your systems, or get you to pay them for non-existent services.

Woman called from this number today and said she was from Microsoft and needed to take control of our computer due to an alert they received. Luckily this fraud was published on our network news this week. This is a very dangerous fraud and I would like to find out what agency I need to report this to, Federal, state or local. I will be submitting this number to Microsoft fraud division.

Person with accent kept saying "hello" on answering system while continually mispronouncing my name. He did not seem to know he was talking to an answering system.

I got a call today from these idiots! I live in OREGON and they seem to be hitting up Oregonians hard. I get one of these calls about every three weeks. Today it was from 201-338-6210. The heavy accented person said that his name was Charles Lewis company, and they had offices all over the country with main headquarters in London. (He did not have a London Accent). I finally got out of him that he was calling from INDIA! I strung him along, and because I told him that I had 75 Temp files in my temp folder, (I really had not clue), he said I had to talk to his supervisor. He said his name was Jack Senior. These guys are scammers and they are not even any good at it!
