No message left and we do not answer calls from numbers or companies we do not know. We have 20 blocked numbers on our phone right now which is the max. You should not have to pay extra for a machine to be able to block as many as 100 which was what I was told I could do. We have been on the do not call list for years and I renewed this spring just in case it had come off for some reason. I do not know about age of others responding but there is an alert in Atlanta, GA concerning scammers calling seniors/Medicare regarding home security systems and medical alert systems. Wish they could shut them down.
just to claify- I dont beleive in violence no matter how mad they make me- but I will blow my police whistle in the phone if it will get the message across(maybe she'll get a headache).(that's why I mentioned insurance= dno't want anyone thinking I would get violent with them).
been calling everyday this week-= finally got fed upa nd answered= some kind of security alarm scam- told them it was a scam and they hung up on me. they called back few minutes later same old story- told them remove my name from their lists- woman told me she didn't have to and there was nothing I could do about it. Told her= PLEASE CALL BACK- we'll see what I can do about it! (hope she's got good medical insurance).

Caller ID said "2012839656". A recorded message advertised a "free security system" scam. The scammer "Julie", from "Protection Services", hung up the instant I asked her if that was the name of her employer.
