Whenever you get a call from ANYBODY. Tell them to MAIL THE INFORMATION.
Get calls from this number which comes up on my TV screen caller ID; which ironically is not our published phone number. We have never made that our phone number so it's obvious that it's a robot caller. I agree with other recipients of these calls; someone trying to get banking info.
Caller ID said US Bank. I answered and no response.
Robocall- 2 calls in 2 days saying I have been named by the IRS in a lawsuit and am being investigated/blacklisted. It then said to call back for more information. Obviously they've switched from a U.S. Bank cover to the IRS.
Caller id said it was credit card. Left no message. I called my cc company and they said they didn't call. Be careful it appears they spoof the name ont he caller id.
Keeps calling all of the time. Comes up US bank. I checked with US bank and they say they do not call.
Many, many calls from this number. Never answer and they never leave a message. Call all days of the week, even Sundays, and all times.

Calls daily...no message no idea what they want
New Mexico Apr 06th, 2017
Called and did not leave a message at 7pm
Mary V. -- Someone from this Number calls daily -- and almost nightly around 7 pm. I never answer so they hang up.
I am on the Do not call Call List. Whenever they call -- US Bank comes up on my T.V. screen if I have my t.v. turned owned.
PLEASE make them STOP.......
Got this robo call today for first time, the number they called is on the do not call list which doesnt do much for robo calls. No message left. The number called is an unlisted number so has to be robo as we have no relationship with USBANK.
keep calling even though we are on a no call list. 100% pure irritating and rude.
Why don't they get a real job and stop bothering people at night !!!!!
this number call several times a day, when I answer they will only speak to my husband.. I think this is spam. I am on the do not call list
They keep calling. Once I answer the phone I can hear an office environment. Then, a rude person verbally assaults you.
These are Vishers. These fraudsters have spoofed the caller ID to make it look like their call is actually originating from U.S. Bank. I called U.S. Bank and they confirmed what I was already thinking. It's not U.S. Bank calling AT ALL. U.S. Bank will never call and ask you for your account numbers, Personal Identification Numbers (PINS), or any confidential information.
They have called 5 times in the past 2 days. I don't answer and I have turned off my answering machine, but I find it interesting that within 15 seconds of hanging up from a call I made, they called. That often happens, and I suspect that the lines they are trying to reach are electronically monitored for activity, and when their system detects activity, it triggers the auto-robo system to send a call. They go in spurts, not calling for months, and then suddenly calling me several times a day for a while. I have a car loan through US Bank, so I suspect that's why they have my number and want me to get a credit card from them. I answered once, about a year ago, and it was a robo call, telling me to call a number to find out about a really good interest rate on a card. It's annoying. I have a telephone for my convenience, but telemarketers think they have a right to interrupt whatever I'm doing to try to sell me their product. It's like someone breaking into your home to pick your pockets. Outrageous.
Has called many times over the past few months -- at times when I am not home, but instead at work. They left a voice mail one time that indicated it was a telemarketing call and if I had any questions to call 866-479-2822
. The vm didn't indicate why they were calling, but they would try again. I suspect that they want to talk about applying for one of their credit cards because they keep sending pre-approved offers in the mail.
Repeated calls from these people at US Bank are disgusting. The only true recourse we have is to pledge to never again use this bank, and we suggest others who have been equally disturbed by the bank's marketing to choose the same path: Do Not use US Bank.
This number has called me almost daily for months. No one answers when I call back. I know what they want.
They want me to accept a credit card as I am also getting offers in the mail. How can these guys be stopped?! Their constant calls are very annoying.

US BANK 201-215-1712 Telemarketer --------------- They have a way of by-passing their block caller status on my phone. How do they do that???
Probably was US Bank. I have an account with them.
They will not take no for a answer ! I called the number that is posted in one of the comments that are listed here and reached someone and he asked for my account number that i had with us bank and i told him that if this calling all of the time was from the bank they would have it . They called the house today and said that it was urgent to speak to my husband ... How could that be called that .? i told them to remove my name and number from their list . If they kept on calling that i would call the better business bureau
They called my mother a senior citizen on a Thursday night at 7:30. The caller Id says US Bank, but what bank calls someone's home at 7:30 in the evening? I don't know what they want, but this has got to stop. Of course they didn't leave a message they just hung up.

Didn't leave a message. Must have been important.

This is NOT US Bank! I work for the bank and looked into this after one of my customers complained. The callers are Phishing for personal information hoping that someone will give it to them. When you call back it does redirect you to an official US Bank number for Credit Card Services. They do this to make it seem more legit. They can also make it look like US Bank called on caller ID. Please don't fall for this.
US Bank "following up" on a credit card offer they mailed me that I didn't send back. Silly me, I would think that if I wanted the card, I would have sent the application in.
I had to tell the guy no THREE TIMES. Then he said "I have a job to do, sir". If being that pushy was my job, I'd throw myself off a cliff. Do they teach these a-holes to not take no for an answer? Good grief how annoying.
They have called any number of times and today I accidentally answered the call to find out it was from US Bank with a credit card offer. I told them I was not interested and hung up.
I always have ignored these calls but am sick of the repeated calls and calls early in the morning and after 8 at night. I answered today and the woman that I spoke to was extremely pushy....and asking questions that are NONE of her business. We do have some of our accts. with US Bank but after this call, I may reconsider. I have handled issues for years for the executive offices at a fortune 100 company and if we had someone that was as rude as this woman she would be let go. She had the manners of a bill collector!
Call came from Bayonne, New Jersey to Kansas at 1304 hours CDT on 4-30-11. Call not answered and no message left.
I have asked them to stop calling, they have called several several times. They tell me they will remove our name from their list but "THEY DO NOT". I want them to STOP CALLING ME......NOW!!!!!!!!
This is a Telemarketer. This ph# keeps phoning my home but leaves no msg. I finally dialed the #. Their recording started mid-sentence (the beginning was chopped off) but I was able to tell they're pushing a credit card. It then kindly offers me the option of entering my ph# in order to be taken off the US Bank Telemarketer list. THEN says it may take up to 10 weeks for me to be removed from all their lists. GOOD GRIEF! I've never been real free with giving out my phone #, but wouldn't you think you're safe giving it to your BANK!? Let's all learn from this: When filling out any aps anywhere, bank, ins, clubs, never give it out unless they have a way to flag it from the beginning, to keep you off their aggravating tele lists. Good luck to all.
01-12-11 0940 Used tele: 619-374-7760
today. Stating U.S. Bank. Lie. Then promises to remove your name by clicking on 1. It will take some days to rid your name from system. Lie, it doesn't do anything. You will be called by another number instead out of hundreds of non traceable numbers. Call FTC to register complaint. No-don't talk to the offender, talk only to a FTC dialed number.
01-10-11/ 1752hrs. Bayonne NJ. I see there is about 30 telephone numbers they uses and I seem to catch the NJ and San Diego ones mostly. Notice entries below here from me also.
01-07-11 1921 Used another of their numbers from San Diego. Same outfit, same products to sell you. All must be fake. Telephone used was 619-374-7760
. Thats twice tonight they called in to my line.
01-04-11 Again? Starting new years early.

12-20-10 3:44Pm called, no messg
12-20-10 3:44Pm called no messg
12-30=10 3:44Pm called no mssg
12-20-10 3:53PM called no mssg. Notice how many times in 9 minutes they called. All in one day?
I have received 2 calls from this number..The person does not give their name but says that I have called them asking for information and that I gave them my social security and credit card number WHICH I NEVER DO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!..This is concerning to me especially when it comes from a bank..How can I make sure that these people do not have my personal information and are not using it fradulently?..Thank You

I just got a call from this number, answered it accidently as I was trying to call a friend. Said he was with US Bank and was following up on a CC offer that was mailed to me, I told him politely that I was not interested and he became a pushy salesman, Not cool!!! I told him again that I was not interested and said have a nice day and hung up. I am so sick of these calls, can't these people get a real job?
I called back that no. and registered my phone no. in their do not call list. Automated voice said that it will take upto 10 weeks to remove the name. I received the call first time today and looks like it is from US Bank as they have at least my correct name and address. I nicely turned down their credit card offer. They did send me a credit card offer today which I shredded immediately as I always do.
(201) 215-1712 7/16/2010 10:07am Caller ID = US Bank. I answered the phone and an agent identified herself as Lindsey L. calling on BEHALF of USBank offering me a US Bank Visa Platinum card. I let her get her script out, verified her name, what she was selling and where I could find more information on the web. I then indicated that I was not comfortable doing this kind of business by phone and requested to be placed on DO NOT CALL. Lindsey agreed to comply with my request, read me an official statement that I may continue to receive calls for up to 30 days and offered me this number to contact USBank directly to be removed from the call list: 800-530-9454
I then called USBank Fraud Liaison Center at 877-595-6256
to inquire about the legitimacy of the number and that representative said she would look deeper into the issue. I further recommended that she look at all of the complaints listed on this and similar web sites.
This number call me. I yell "youfuck rice cake!"
This is an actual telemarketing call from U.S. Bank. To remove yourself from the U.S. Bank telemarketing list, call the number back (201 215 1712) and you will be given the option to be removed from ALL U.S. Bank telemarketing lists. They say it could take up to 10 weeks for it to propigate down therough their system, but it's worth a try.
Typical bull crap call. I get this more than once. I am sick of it. I wish I could sue the bastards who run this scam. This is 06-05-10. Last time I wrote them up on here was something back in year08. Still doing the same thing two years later? Why cannot we stop them permanently?
I called this number back, it is an offer line from US Bank. Recording gives an 800 number to call to find out what the offer is.
Caller ID displayed US Bank 2012151712 no message was left. I called the number back, and a recorded message gave an option to be taken off the marketing calling lists for US Bank. The message stated that our number will be removed from the calling lists within 10 weeks
On 2-18-10 at 1023 they called again. Of course they only get my message machine. I wonder if anyone ever tells them to check this "who called us"site to find out what we are saying behind their backs. Maybe they would get the message that they are a rat hole site. For those of you who try to call the number back to check them out, your asking for troubles. You prove to them that your number is an active site and can be sold to other rat hole organizations for calling you too. It all helps. So quit trying to call them back and you phone bill will go down. You don't put gas on your house when it's on fire do you? Why add ammunition to unscrupulous telephone callers you don't want to hear from?
9 Feb 10- They did it again, and of course they get nothing but my message machine. These types of ROBO Calls has got to stop somehow. If I need anything from them, I'll call them, but they are too busy dialing out to answer anyway. They are busy calling you.
Number on caller ID was 201-215-1712
"U S Bank" They had my name, address etc. already...The offer was exactly like the mailing I received a while back from U S Bank. I called the "check for authenticity" number and they said it was in fact the extension for US Bank...but anyone can set up a number and answer it that way. I am comfortable with the call as it matches the info in the mailing. Pray I am correct~
I tried calling the number and received a message "if you would like more information about the offer..." I continued to listen and received option "to be placed on US Bank's no-call list" - after following instructions, message stated "Please allow UP TO TEN WEEKS...
Gee - I'm guessing this offer would be finished by then anyway.
On 7 Dec and 8 Dec this same outfit attempted to contact my message machine. They never leave a message or other I.D. Wonder how long they will attempt this. Of course I have no intent to buy, purchase, barter anything they have to sell. They couldn't even give me a free gift. If they have to stoop so low as to not leave message, it says a lot about the company. Since they are low life, ta ta....
They did it again today. Of course I didn't return the call. Like Lynn,I'm a Dave Ramsey fan too, and I don't let Credit cards rule my life. I rule them. Mine are interest free, because I don't accumulate billings to gather interests. They should know at the Credit Card place that I am a dead beat. I pay my full bill and they make no money off of me. I hope to keep it that way.
universal savings bank not even the actual us bank that we all know.
just got a call from this number. talked to a woman who was offering us band platinum visa card. i'm a dave ramsey fan and had to say no way. they don'nt ever stop calling if you have ever had any dealings with us bank,
Oh no-not again. I thought we got rid of this crap last time a robo outfit was busted up for doing this. Guess not. I certainly wouldn't call them back, knowing its a fake anyway. I don't buy anything on telephone anyway. Nothing-unless I am the one who called them. I am out on the West Coast and N.J is suppose to be about 3,000 miles away from me. Guess I am not far enough away. 11-18-09
Robo Call to number...marketing survey on bank; automated w/message if you have any questions call this number 201-215-1712
We receive a call from this number at least 2 a week. They never leave a message only the number. I did a reverse search and found out the call is out of New Jersey. If it were a legitimate call they would leave a message and who they were. I will never call them back and I don't recommend that anyone else call them.
Ok.....after I talked to the fraud dept at US Bank.....they said that 800-530-9454
......the number that 201-215-1712 refers you too is a legimate US Bank call....and they were offering me a credit card......LOL Im in debt consolidation.....anyway If you get a call from this number just call the 800 # and have them take you off the call list.... I DID.
This is not US Bank.....its Universal Savings Bank......or so they say...... I called US Bank and told them about the calls....
caller ID shows no name. Calls a couple times a week. No message. We don't have a US Bank account.
From what I can see it Is a fake ID to get you to answer. We don't have US-Bank accounts and live in Oregon and it from NJ
no clue here. leave me alone
Id showed US bank. Caller hung up right away. Looked on computer. No US bank listed in Bayonne, NJ or in NJ. Has to be a scam.
I've got this call twice and on each occasion i was out-of-town. also, I bank @ US and looked on their site for this number and it was not present on a list of about 25 numbers.
Caller ID said US Bank who i do use. I picked up on the second ring and it immediately gave an automated message saying sorry we missed you, please call us back at this (same as caller id) number. US Bank in the past has never done this so I think its fake or at least a poorly run third party.
04-18-08 1838 PDT Time: Got message call from NJ using telephone 201-215-1712. No ID. Came to this site to learn its from US BANK> Not a nice way to deal in bank business. If this is the best way to not leave message, must be a crooked deal. I don't do business with U.S.Bank and unless I won the million dollar jackpot, I won't attempt to call them back either. I don't buy things on telephone unless I initiate the call. I refuse all offers on unsolicited anything, even donations on telephone.
It's US BANK with an offer.
Seems the "DO NO CALL" list means nothing to them.
didn't answer call. I don't answer calls that have unknown name or toll free in their caller id
Carl Herzog Oct 11th, 2007
Have had a call from this number twice so far. Did not pick up. Caller ID says "out of area". On-line white pages for area code 201 say it is an unlisted, unavailable number from Newark, NJ and the service provider is Paetec Communications out of Bayonne NJ. That's all I know. Not interested in actually picking up the phone and talking to them, unless they keep it up over a long period of time.
