These people are criminals. They falsely have and incorrect phone id. It is federal felony since Dec/2010. Beware of talking to or giving information to people knowingly break the law. They are called criminals.
Use nomorobo.com to block calls like these , it is free. It does not work on every provider it was fund by the US government for this purpose. Or go to amazon and look for a cpr 107 or cpr 201.

On Amazon they have call blocker that actually works with high ratings. vCpr 107 and V201
work in the USA. 200 prerecorder numbers and allows up to 1000 numbers also I believe you can wildcard block certain type numbers. They are a British company.
http://www.amazon.com/CPR-Call-Blocker-V201-Capacity/dp/B00GZM6FBU/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=139-283-6162&sr=8-5&keywords=call+blocker

I would use nomorobo.com if it worked in my area.

Call Blockers that work:
Nomorobo.com its free something the US Government came up with. It only works on a few providers.

CPR Call Blocker on amazon works. You need the 107 or 201 model.

COMPANY NAMES:
Goodman and Stern LLC, aka GSA Recovery, aka GSA Management Orlando, FL … AND/OR … EIESNBURG, WHITMAN & ASSOCIATES LLC (also spelled EiSEnburg, Whitman & Associates LLc)
ALL located at 7751 Kingspointe Parkway, Orlando, FL 32819 (part are in Ste 106, rest in ste 107)

SUGGESTIONS (again, I am NOT an attorney and am NOT attempting to dispense legal advice. These are my PERSONAL suggestions)
1-IF you decide to answer one of their MANY calls from about 50 different telephone numbers (no, I’m not exaggerating), give them NO INFORMATION. In fact, YOU MAKE THEM ANSWER QUESTIONS, and if they don’t, hang up on them! I don’t know anything about spoofing/masking numbers, but there have been comments that they are VOIP’ing the majority of the numbers they’re calling from. I do not doubt this, as a person said the number showing on her phone was that of the local police department.
2-Keep a running log of the date, time, telephone number, person calling and note of conversation to file with your complaints. (Or, try to record the call, BUT they usually hang up when they’re told they’re being recorded. ROFLOL, now how many LEGITIMATE collection agencies would do that? NONE that I’ve ever heard!
3-Look up your state’s Statute of Limitations on debts that can be pursued in court (that you can still be sued for). It seems to vary from 3-15years.
4-DO NOT allow them to intimidate or frighten you. These idiots have even called the numbers attorneys, police officers, etc. with this scam. Intelligent, they are NOT.

USUAL PLOYS:
1-call friends, neighbors, relatives, employers, and you trying to intimidate you into paying JUST to make the calls stop (but, from looking online, they don’t stop…they just demand more). – Ask these folks to also keep a log of the calls, give them this internet page to check. Ask them to do a search for ANY of these company names. They’ll soon realize it that these people are nothing but SCAMMERS.
2-“…have important legal documents (or summons) to deliver, will you be home ---(day) from 8:30 to 4:30 to accept it?”
3-“There’s a warrant out for your arrest UNLESS you send us $xxx TODAY” -- they seem to prefer asking for the “Green Dot” prepaid card and want you to call back with the numbers on back … harder to trace where to $ goes, apparently.

There are complaints about them all over the internet for harassing people that do not owe the debt, threatening to arrest people for a debt, telling people the only way they'll stop calling is to pay "court costs" on an alleged suit they filed, etc. According to some of the MANY complaint pages and numbers they've called using, it seems they call about debts that are 5-10 years old, don't care if they were paid or not because they want money. There are people who have fallen for this, and stated that they paid, and are STILL waiting on getting the documentation of the debt from them. Of course, their story is that they sent it out ... yeah, right.
What's laughable is one page on their website that says they follow the law during collection attempts. OBVIOUSLY, NOT! THEY have an F rating with the FL BBB (see below).

By the way, it would seem to me that, IF you had a bad debt, it would show on your credit report (if still eligible to be reported). IF you do have a bad debt on your credit report, you might want to consult an attorney and/or the original creditor, rather than these folks who obviously could care less about the law. [I am NOT an attorney, nor do I profess to be one. I am NOT dispensing “legal advice,” simply giving my opinion!]

IF they were calling about a legitimate debt, they would NOT be calling to see if you'll be home all day on certain day to "deliver legal documents" or "subpeona." A legit collector CANNOT discuss your bill with anyone else OR threaten to arrest you and/or send you to debtor's prison, etc.

SUGGESTIONS (again, I am NOT an attorney and am NOT attempting to dispense legal advice. These are my PERSONAL suggestions)

Call, don't leave messages. When you finally pick up, they first pretend to be customers, then try to sell some phony Google Placement scam. I know it's phony, because a person I know bought it and it was a total scam. Feel totally justified to spam or cold call them if that's what you do...but if you are a telemarketer...please consider quitting your job first.

I have been receiving calls atleast 5 times a day for the last few months from these people.

No one would respond every time we answered thier calls.

I traced down the phone number to find out it is a company named FINANCIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC..

aicr soliciting donations. I've had 9 hangup calls in the last couple of days. When I called them back at 3:15 on friday, they were closed even though their introduction said they were still open . They could take some of that nearly half milllion salary their ceo gets and hire some real people to answer the phone. Don't they realize how much these hang up calls turn people away from their cause?

MISSION AND PROGRAMS
Mission
The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) is one of the nation''s largest cancer charity, focusing exclusively on the link between diet and cancer. The Institute provides a wide range of consumer education programs that help millions of Americans learn to make dietary changes for lower cancer risk. AICR also supports innovative research in cancer prevention and treatment at universities, hospitals and research centers across the U.S. The Institute has provided millions of dollars in funding for research in diet, nutrition and cancer.

Programs
AICR's operating programs focus on research grant funding and public education. The Institute has channeled millions of dollars into investigations of the diet-cancer link. These dollars have fostered research at leading universities, hospitals and research centers throughout the U.S. and around the world. With the nation's most extensive program of publications on diet, nutrition and cancer prevention, AICR has distributed millions of AICR educational booklets and pamphlets to the public, and hundreds of thousands of copies of reference works from AICR have reached health professionals. Nutrition seminars, public service announcements and other consumer-targeted programs help to further promote AICR's message that diet plays a major role in cancer risk.

Additional Comments from the Organization
AICR educational programs for cancer prevention have gained recognition from many sources, including numerous awards. Recent recognition includes the National Health Information Awards and APEX awards. In 2003, The American Dietetic Association Awarded AICR its President's Circle Nutrition Education Award.

GOALS AND RESULTS
Accomplishments for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2006
Since its inception, AICR has granted a total of more than $83 million in diet and cancer research funding.
AICR hosted the Internation Research Conference on Food, Nutrition and Cancer in a two day program with 29 science professional speakers, a poster session and press conference. AICR research department participated in reseach conferences in the US and internationally.
AICR continued to expand its public education offerings, which now include conferences, seminars, brochures in English and Spanish, newsletters, public service announcements, a nutrition hotline and other programs. It also reaches the public through the media, generating 8,000 newspaper and magazine articles a year on diet and cancer. It's award winning website, www.aicr.org draws between 60 and 90,000 visitors a month.
Objectives for Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2007
AICR will continue to fund cutting edge research in the area of diet, nutrition and cancer, focusing on prevention, treatment and survivorship.
AICR will contine to distribute its quarterly newsletter to more than 1.6 million housholds.
AICR will continue to be the primary resource for diet and cancer information for consumers, journalists, health professionals and educators.
Self Assessment
The Institute's grant review process is one of only a few to have earned the approval of the National Cancer Institute. The grant review panels are an important part of the success of the research grant program. It annually runs the International Research Conference on Food, Nutrition and Cancer, which draws up to 500 researchers and practitioners to discuss advances in this essential but specialized field. AICR regularly surveys recipients of its educational materials to evaluate their effectiveness.

Balance Sheet: Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2008
Note: The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot long survive, but the types of assets and liabilities also must be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Complete SCAM!!!!

for those who read this post please help gain awareness of this company so other innocent business owners do not fall for it as i have along with many others.

Tm and co or Tm and co web as they call themselves are ripping off small businesses by cold calling offering to put your business on the 1st page of Google! What the comapny offer is a google adwords service which you can go directly to google and purchase a whole lot cheaper!
Your website is listed under obsecure key phrases containing the word 'in' on the right hand side of the page.

The sales person in this case Collette Stephens who originally contacted me will start by telling you that there has been over 2000 searches for what you do in your area in the last 30 days on Google. this is a lie! if you visit google adwords keyword tool you can search for a key phrase and 9 times our of 10 it will show up as "not enough searches" or "not enough data" this basically means that there are very little searches for that particular phrase NOT OVER 2000 SEARCHES AS COLLETTE TOLD ME!!

Of course i was sceptical of this and i was passed onto Collette's account manager another sales person who i will name as Jamie a irish complete liar! I do not know is these people are actually using their real names but i wanted to name and shame the people who was involved in taking me for 4 months at 119 pounds.

Basically i was told i will appear within the top 3 positions, and the service was a 1 month trial to see what results i would get! in matter of fact it isnt a 1 month trial as after my payment was taken the salesperson in this case COLLETTE rings you back and has a whole different attitude and speaks that fast you can barely understand what she is saying! the call is recorded and the salesperson states it is a 25 day rolling contract and not a 1 month as earlier stated!

I felt i was sweet talked into it but had no option to try it, after my month i received nothing at all! my website analytics did not improve so i emailed and rang the company! I recieved no response from collette@tmandcoweb.com who didnt want to know that my campaign wasnt working and then contact the name office number of 0161 236 4794 and spoke to Sam who informed me to email the google accounts via simone@tmandcoweb.com this lady clearly had no google experience and sounds like a sales person herself, i was not alowed to speak on the telephone only email and each time i rang the office i got continiously fobbed off.

I sent in my cancellation letter as the terms and conditions state and was still billed for a further 2 months!! I was so angry that i decided to visit the office!!! The business is based in the centre of Manchester at

3rd Floor
Basil House
105-107 portland street
Manchester
M1 6DF

The office isnt very professional and looks a site from the outside, i buzzed the buzzer and again was fobbed off and nobody would come down or allow me to come up, Subway is opposite their office so i decided to grab a bite to eat, i watched as 8-10 young people piled outside to have a smoke, I quickly finished my sandwich and walked back into the office where the gullible youngsters allowed me to follow. the lift wasnt big enough for me but i waited for the 2nd trip!

As i landed on the 3rd floor the door read Thornley-Moore!!! (Simone Thornley) obviously being a founder of the company, it wasnt hard to work out the TM AND CO! i knocked but was ignored so i decided to walk into the office and OH MY GOD!!!

Lets just say health and safety would have a field day! they were 2 banks of desks with young people shouting down the telephones, throwing paper balls at each other with a radio blarting! the eldest person in the office looked no older than 22!
Wires were all over the office, and looked and sounded like a playground. i was quickly ushered out the door by somebody wearing trainers and was told to email only!!

ALL WHO READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The website tmandcoweb.com is less than 12 months old! There is no Google authorised reseller on their website and the whole business is run by inexperienced kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have directed health and safety to their office and am starting a petition for watchdog and trading standards!!!

i will update the links to my petition shortly

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They are However decent companies who offer a google adwords service but are hard to find. MY TIPS ARE TO:

Ask future cold callers to email something.
Make sure they place your business on the first page before payment.
DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE
PAY via cheque or even bacs.

WASHINGTON — With the clock running out and deep differences unresolved, it now appears that there is little chance that international climate change negotiations in Copenhagen in December will produce a comprehensive and binding new treaty on global warming.

The United States and many other major pollutant-emitting countries have concluded that it is more useful to take incremental but important steps toward a global agreement rather than to try to jam through a treaty that is either too weak to address the problem or too onerous to be ratified and enforced.

Instead, representatives at the Copenhagen meeting are likely to announce a number of interim steps and agree to keep talking next year.

“There isn’t sufficient time to get the whole thing done,” Yvo De Boer, the Dutch diplomat who leads the United Nations climate secretariat and oversees the negotiations, said late last week. “But I hope it will go well beyond simply a declaration of principles. The form I would like it to take is the groundwork for a ratifiable agreement next year.”

Negotiators have accepted as all but inevitable that representatives of the 192 nations in the talks will not resolve the outstanding issues in the time remaining before the Copenhagen conference opens in December. The gulf between rich and poor nations, and even among the wealthiest nations, is just too wide.

Representatives of the 16 largest emitting countries and the European Union, who concluded a meeting in London on Monday, said that they had made progress on the level of aid needed to help poor countries adapt to climate change and adopt less-polluting energy technology.

They also said they had settled some questions on the “architecture” of any agreement reached in Copenhagen, while acknowledging that it would fall short of a binding treaty.

Yet expectations remain high for a meeting that carries important weight not just for the environment but for a broad range of international issues, including trade, security, economic development, energy production, technology sharing and the survival of some vulnerable island nations.

So officials are now narrowing expectations and defining the areas where there is agreement, such as the need to halt and then reverse the growth of greenhouse gas emissions, although how and by which nations remain the subjects of intense dispute. Negotiators are also discussing what form any declaration that emerges from Copenhagen might take and how to ensure that any promises made there are kept.

Among the chief barriers to a comprehensive deal in Copenhagen is Congress’s inability to enact climate and energy legislation that sets binding targets on greenhouse gases in the United States. Without such a commitment, other nations are loath to make their own pledges.

The chief American climate negotiator, Todd Stern, has said that he will not go beyond what Congress is willing to endorse. His deputy, Jonathan Pershing, affirmed this last week at a negotiators’ meeting in Bangkok. “We are not going to be part of an agreement we cannot meet,” Mr. Pershing said.

Administration officials and Congressional leaders have said that final legislative action on a climate bill would not occur before the first half of next year.

European officials have been pressing hardest for some form of binding treaty modeled on the Kyoto Protocol of 1997, which the United States refused to ratify because, American officials said, it imposed emissions limits on developed nations while demanding nothing of rapidly growing economies like China and India.

American officials have said that no agreement in Copenhagen is better than a bad deal that cannot be ratified or enforced. And they note that it took four years after the initial negotiation of the Kyoto accord to complete it.

There is general agreement among international negotiators and knowledgeable observers that the parties to the Copenhagen talks, held under the auspices of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, will agree to continue discussions next year, and perhaps set a deadline for reaching a final agreement by midyear or December 2010 at the latest.

The rest of the outcome, even the form it may take, remains uncertain. The world’s biggest economies agreed at a meeting last summer in L’Aquila, Italy, on a goal of limiting global temperature increases to about 2 degrees Fahrenheit above current levels, though they did not agree on the means to get there or on how to enforce it. Such a goal is expected to be part of any declaration from Copenhagen.

Also likely to be included is a statement that wealthy nations should cut their emissions below certain benchmarks and that emerging economies should reduce their rate of emissions growth below a business-as-usual curve. No numbers were attached to either of these pledges, and that remains the stickiest of issues.

Another unresolved issue is the financial structure of any international climate accord. The wealthy nations have agreed in principle to support low-carbon growth in the developing world and to help those countries hardest hit by climate change to adapt. But the amounts of money, the programs and the countries that would qualify for that support and for cost-sharing among donor nations are highly contentious issues unlikely to be settled in Copenhagen.

There will probably also be a promise to create an international system to monitor, report and verify emissions reductions, although there is no consensus yet on who would perform these tasks and what penalties would be assessed for failure to comply.

There is also likely to be a commitment by most nations to produce and publish economic growth plans based on lower carbon emissions and an agreement by advanced nations to share clean new energy technology with developing countries.

“The most likely form any agreement will take will be a political declaration,” said Nigel Purvis, a former State Department climate negotiator in the administrations of Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

“It could be a statement by senior leaders, or it could be adopted by the parties as a formal decision,” he said. “That does not make it legally binding, but it sends a signal to the world of the direction the negotiations are going and give guidance to negotiators as they continue their work.”

Subject: Your CSR's are unprofessional, ignorant, and rude.

Greetings,

I have submitted an email through your website, complaining about your CSR's. I figured I would email you directly as well. I am wondering if you condone CSR's calling over and over a phone number that is registered on the National Do Not Call List? I also wonder if you would condone a CSR from calling again once they are notified that the company is being reported to the CRTC, for not adhering to the law?

I find it utterly disgusting wih how your CSR's have acted, particularly "Fred" and "Mike".

I do hope to hear back from you and I really hope that you were unaware until now of how your CSR's have been acting. However, if you simply google your company phone number you will see that I am not alone, and your company is getting a worse and worse opinion.

From another site, I got the information below. I cannot confirm it, but enough different postings point to the same thing that it's probably true.

When I answered, they did not comply with the law. (By the way, it's stupid to not answer, because they'll just call again and again. It's even stupider to answer -- then say yo're not there!) I was told they'd put me on their Do Not Call list.

Instead of merely whining here, more of you need to:
1) Complain to your lawmakers about the loophole that allows them to call even if you're on state or federal Do Not Call lists.
2) Complain that a "non profit" has a loophole even if it is not a charitable organization, or its charity amounts to 1% or less of its revenues.
3) Learn the law (It's easy to find, and pretty clear.) then sue them for even the tiniest infraction when they call you. If enough people file enough lawsuits, they will have to comply 100%, or go out of business 100% because their legal fees will exceed whatever they can make with their illegal tactics. Many people have been awarded (and collected) tens of thousands of dollars for illegal telemarketing. In Harris County, Texas more than one lawsuit resulted in awards exceeding $20,000 per call.

A whine is fine, but wouldn't you rather get cash?

I don't know where you get the MI address from, the phone number is listed as being in NV. The call was a pre-recorded message about "Second Notice" about car warranty. Did a little research. Callercomplaints.com identifies this number as being a Las Vegas, NV based number. The Nevada Secretary of State website identifies Associated Derler Services, Inc. as having been perminently revoked on 2/1/2007. The filing was under the name of John P and Patricia Giles, 916 SANTA HELENA, Henderson, NV. Apparently John and Patricia started another business four months after starting Dealer Services. This business, West Wind Aviation, is still in an active status. The address listed is: 2272 PERIMETER RD. SUITE 107, N. LAS VEGAS, NV. John is also listed as the principle of another revoked corporation, West Air Aviation, listed with the same address as West Wind. Google lists West Air's phone # as 702-639-6800.

I've asked them on three separate occasions to remove my number from their calling list, but they just argue with me about what a good organization they are. I will never make another donation to them, just because of this latest episode. Made one donation and a month after my check cleared my bank, I received a nasty letter, followed by another phone call, telling me that I should live up to my pledge to send money. When I told them I was looking at my statement showing that they had received their money, they said it took 'a while' to get things posted. Yeah, right! If they're that disorganized, it's no wonder there are so many complaints.

Just spoke with the Texas State Troopers Association to verify Statewide is doing their fundraising which they are. Was given the name of Diana at 1-800-237-3053 ext 107 to have our number removed from their list. Diana assured me she will remove our number from their database. She was very nice and helpful. I also reported Nathan Adams from their Garland office, 972-496-2217, as being extremely rude. She had a complaint on him last week as well. I am now going to call the Garland office and speak with the office manager, Zack, and report Nathan Adams' rude behavior myself.

To everyone stating it's pointless to complain, and the DNC list doesn't apply to these calls, take a look at FTC consumer alert 107, which is a Q&A on the DNC registry. Specifically, question 33:

#
Are telemarketing calls from overseas covered?

Yes. Any telemarketers calling U.S. consumers are covered, regardless of where they are calling from. If a company within the U.S. solicits sales through an overseas professional telemarketer, that U.S. company may be liable for any violations by the telemarketer. The FTC can initiate enforcement actions against such companies.

I dialed them back.
"Welcome to our voicemail system. You have reached the mailbox of 107.Thank you for using this voicemail system. Good-bye."
Obviously this is a shyster of some sort who doesn't want to be identified.
