secondly,, 19-21 caunce street blackpool is where you will find these shit bags!!!
thirdly,,, the name DAVID HOWARTH newcastle avenue blackpool.....comes up in one search i did .apparently he`s the clever CUNT behind this scam but cant i say for sure, so would`nt be good sport to introduce him to my baseball bat, unless someone can confirm this please.
lastly,,,, i always wanted to see the iluminations in the shithole of a town. lets collectively book a coach trip to the seaside and congregate

They took £49.99 from my son. We sent the pack back within the 7 working days and kept the evidence from the post office that we had done so. They didn't pay him back as promised, didn't even acknowledge his letter. So I threatened to take them to court. They've paid up. Not so keen to face the law are they. Ministry of Justice were a great help as were the OFT.

Ok I have to say im probably the only person who's about to say something positive on here but im so enraged that all you people are kicking off about paying for a service.. I had a call from this company they were very honest about the fact that there was a one off fee of 49.99 for the documents they issue out.. I have followed everything they have advised and am now half way through my claim! It is not a scam or a con it is basically a service offered for a price as like all services provided in our day and age! And for somebody like myself who knows nothing about the ongoings of the banking world and how to approach them im happy to pay a small fee and put it in the hands of someone else!!! If this was a scam my bank would never of acknowledge the forms and responded to them in 8 days! Get a grip people and if you dont want companies to call you offering a service call your network provider and tell them!!!

Just got a call from them from a slightly different number 01253 755 788 but they sounded dodgy. I looked them up on google and this site was the first listing so thank you for helping me to avoid these fraudsters. BTW they are asking for £59.99 up front now and offering a full refund of charges plus 8%. According to Consumer Direct the legal case regarding bank charges is still ongoing so everything WIilson & Bateman tell you is wrong.

BANKING SOLUTIONS BUREAU- have been well and truly stitched up by these arseholes, telling me they could get all bank charges back from last 6 years for fee of 4.99 when they actually took 49.99 out of my acconut. never give bank details as i fell for this bullshit. if they ring contact CONSUMER DIRECT IMMEDIATELY ON 084-540-40506 then report it to your bank and the police. These are horrible con artists taking from the poor so stop them NOW.

Have just had this company phone, was swept up in a very rapid and convincing hard sell conversation, broke rule number 1 about not giving over details (something i usually live and die by) and then after realising what a complete idiot I was called back to cancel the agreement (which will result in £49.99 being removed from my bank account). After further investigation I have found this site and now am aware I can kiss my money goodbye...please please please do not even bother to listern to these con men/women!! I feel such a fool and am so very angry.

took £49.99 out of my account as the said i would have all my bank charges in my account within 4 weeks. i explained to them what i had from the bank and the letters i sent and they said these were different. i looked them up on google and they have a web site. once all the paperwork came through that they said they would it was the exact same as i had already sent to the bank which i already had got free from the internet. i have phoned them back about 5 times now asking for my money bak into my account and i keep getting told they have 30 ddays. my advice to anyone is dont do do it. keep away

Rang me from 01253 755781 first. I picked up, and the other end hung up. Charming. I rang them back asking who it was and the lady explained she was calling from Reclaim2gain and asked me if I'd had any bank charges in the past 6 years. I said yes just to see what it was all about and told her to ring me back because I was on my mobile. I knew it wasn't my bank because I work for my bank. She rang me back and I said I was curious to know how she'd gotten my details. She said it was automated. I asked how did it end up being automated in the first place. She was just about to explain when.....the line got cut off. My advice is that do NOT give ANY sort of details of your accounts. Bank charge claims have ALL been put on hold for the time being because there is no final decision AS YET as to whether the charges or fair or not.

They rang my mobile! Asked me whether or not I've received any bank charges in past 6months, to which I stupidly answered with a no (I didn't think to hang up for some reason) and she said "okay, thank you" and hung up! So I hassled them. Rang back an annoyed them with senseless calls about the weather and all sorts. Eventually they turned on an automated message saying "Thank you for calling Reclaim to Gain, our ofices are now closed. Please call back between 10am and 5pm."

I win.

I have just received a call from these guys.
They are saying they have a 100% pass rate at claiming back bank charges. All you have to do is give them all your details over the phone!!!
Which of course I did not agree to. They wanted my address, card details, name of bank bank who I wanted to claim back charges etc....

He was very convincing and gave me all their company details, companies house number, web address and said I was welcome to look it up.
I did, they are a registered company but if you look up info on Touch100 who owns reclaim2gain its not good news. Touch100 seem to have set up all sorts of loans/credit companies and many have gone bust!!
I cant believe they expect people to hand over all this info over the phone. It cant be safe and dont do it.

Cheers.x

I received a call from 012-537-55780 yesterday, I see that this is associated with 020-862-00236 (Mike Cook - 12 Feb 2008), the man claimed to be from the Banking Rights Bureau and spoke about "Reclaim2gain" saying that I could claim back by bank charges.

He was starting to fish for information about my bank details but I became suspicious and asked where he obtained my number from because I do not divulge it! I am with Orange! He answered saying that my number was on a huge database starting from "05"! He persisted fishing for information and I stopped him by saying that I didn't know who he was and certainly was not prepared to discuss my personal details with him over the phone. He quickly rang off!

1. I am annoyed that he was able to obtain my number when I try to keep it private!
2. I am very angry to find that these people are fishing for personal banking details to use maliciously. These people need to be investigated and called to account!

Had a missed call on my mobile as I didn't get a chance to answer it! Didn't recognise it, so I Googled it and found this site - which is great! They don't sound like a decent company to me, looking at what others have written! Interesting to read about them actaully, especilly after seeing BBC's Watchdog programme last night talking about a company from Brighton conning people into buying un-needed warranties for satellite dishes without being clear who they were. Maybe a call to Watchdog would be interesting....!!

Got the call today 12.10 to my work mobile so God knows where they got the number from. The lady asked if I knew I could reclaim my bank charges and whether I had any to claim. I said no. She asked if she'd called a business number - I said yes. She said she'd remove the number from her system and then hung up. All took less than a minute but I wouldn't ever give any personal details to a cold caller (weirdly, only yesterday I was looking at reclaiming bank charges - but I'll be doing it myself thank you!)

This number was a missed call, but I wouldn't have answered it anyway. I always make a point of having all numbers listed that might be in the least bit important and if don't recognise the number I NEVER ANSWER IT! If for some reason you do, hang up straight away before they get a chance to get into full flow and don't worry about feeling rude. People who do this type of cold calling have thick skins! Someone once talked over me very loudly when I politely said I wasn't interested. Whatever you do don't get into a conversation by giving a response. Don't say anything after hello, Just HANG UP! they will eventually get the message! NEVER GIVE YOUR DATE OF BIRTH OR ANY KIND OF INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE EVER!

Very funny this one. I received a call from these guys and decided to check online before calling them back and hey presto! I get this wonderful site. So I called them back and yes they are 'Claim to Gain'. She asked me whether I had recieved any bank charges within the last 6 years but instead of answering her question I told her that she might be interested to know what people are saying about her company and to type in there contact number. She just stated ok and wasn't that interested in what might be said.

Thanks
