Are these guys turly any good as collectors? It seems they just use a telephone dialer to harass people; I visited my relatives last weekend, and the same 800-868-5598 shows on their CallerID also; is it true that after 2-3 months a collector will poass off the account to another agency? These guys are calling the relative of someone they may be looking for.
calls begin at 8:00am -- i let it go unanswered; they also call at my other home in a different area code; they call around seeking any relative or contact person to harass.
