about

whocalled.us is collaborative caller ID, useful for finding out who called and what they want. It was the first of its kind, released back in 2005.

publicity

whocalled.us has never been pushed. This includes through ads, spam, press release, blog tip off, etc.
That means the knowledge of its existence is spread entirely through search engines and voluntary word of mouth.
