The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,

Same here...everytime I answer this call they hang up. I've swore at them...it's sooo annoying. I've raced to the phone from the bathroom, thinking it was my husband calling!
They are calling my elderly grandparents and they have had health problems. I tell them to check their caller id.
