Wasn't home to answer the call. No message left. Called the number back...says to try my call again. That doesn't do any good.

AGAIN but from another number (9723000001)... Automated/pre-recorded... "Hi, this is Rachel from card holder services. There is nothing wrong with your account." Then it goes on to say something about lowering interest rates on my credit cards. Previously, I have hit the button to "talk to a live operator' and told them I don't have any credit cards, filed bankruptcy, remove my number, and 'can you say lawsuit?' The person asked me why I would sue my credit card company. I said, "I do not have any credit cards, filed bankruptcy...let me talk to your supervisor..." *dial tone* When I did deal with CitiCards/CitiBank, I actually talked to a Rachel, who sounded like this one, about trying to work something out. A bit too late, eh? I am on the DNC list!

At 11:45 pm, I got call from said number. I said 'hello' and a female voice said 'good bye'

Daily calls. I do not answer my phone from unknown numbers. No messages left.

Woman spoke with an Asian accent. Could not understand her. Told her that this was my cell phone and that I am on a do not call list! She hung up!
