Like many of you, I have been inundated with call after call after I placed an order for a product. I finally got fed up and answered. I took control. That's the key people. Take control. Don't let them dominate the conversation. Don't acknowledge that they have the right person, don't confirm your address. Take to offensive side instead of the defensive side. He tried to start telling me about giving me a $100 something for being a loyal customer and I cut the bastard off at the knees. He could not get a word in edgewise. Domination! That's what you have to do. By the time I was done counter-acting everything he was trying to say, he was practically begging me to let him put me on the Do Not Call list. He was so flustered by not being able to follow his script that he was totally speechless. Tried to tell me that I could call ........, but again I cut him off and told him that I had no intentions of calling anyone and he/they needed to just stop calling. Force people, force. Don't let them control you. Take control of the situation right from the very second you answer the phone. Don't give into their tactics. They may try to scare you into submission, but remember, YOU hold all the cards and YOU have the upper hand and the high ground. Okay, enough cliché's. Just take control and tell them to fuck off at the end and hang up. You'll feel better trust me. And god forbid anyone crosses your path in the following few minutes. haha.

It's only been an hour, but we'll see if this worked or not.

Based on most of the posts; this call is from a scammer related to a TV offer purchase. I recently purchased HD night driving glasses and the next day these unsolicited calls started. 6 in the past 24 hours. They do not leave a message. I never answer a call from an "unavailable name" with an 866 number. If they really want to "verify" anything, then they will leave a message! I have add this number to call block so I will only get half of a ring.

This number called saying they were one razor to verify my address and credit card number and I would get some savers magazine and free $100 in vouchers for gas. I told the guy I was not giving my credit card number over the phone he persisted that he needed to verify the card number for the package to be shipped. I told him I was already charged for my package and shouldn't need it again. My boyfriend even got on the phone and told him we didn't want it and he kept repeating the offer. Finally he got really nasty and said he wouldn't send it and hang up on him. We then called the number in one razor website for costumer service and they said they were a company that works with them and many other companies and connected me with them. The guy there said they were supposed to offer the extra service not force it on me. They were only given my address and last 4 numbers of my credit card and if I wanted the extra offer I would need to give it to them.

I ordered a chillow a couple days ago and got multiple calls from them today.

I tried to order Flex Seal, the people that holler on TV about their "Miracle" sealant. Yet to receive it. Now I have been bugged by TELEPHONE SOLICITORS trying to sell me a bridge to the moon, the Brooklyn Bridge and Lava surfing excursions. They cause me to cancel my debit card that I used to order their stuff with. Shipping charges are more than the price of the product. Stay away from them.

December 28th, 2013 Genie WA

Ordered a Switchblade trimmer a few days ago and the calls from this number have started to come in. Caller ID only says Toll Free and I don't answer those calls. They didn't leave a message. Received another call early this morning and didn't answer. I have since added their number to my blocked list.

These people are rude, there has to be a way to stop this type of calls

December 8th, 2013 mimi TX

the phone range at 8:15 AM Sunday morning and I thought they are prohibited from calling on Sundays, period!!! I didn't answer. Sunday is a day when people are busy trying to get ready for church, including us, and a day free of these pesky callers. They need to be reported and fined heavily!!!

December 7th, 2013 JH TX

Ordered a Funloom from the web and these guys called back with the "offer" to give me $100 of gas coupons. I was agreeable up until they wanted me to read them mu MC number to "confirm"" my master Card at which point I decided that it was a scam and told them to get lost. They were still talking when I hung up.

November 21st, 2013 Cee CA

Got four calls in the span of ten minutes. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. If they don't leave a message, I don't call back. Called again this morning, but only once. I ordered something online a couple days ago and from reading other comments, it seems to be connected with that. I blocked them, so if they call again, I'll never know!!!!

November 20th, 2013 pita PA

if you have comcast telephone service follow these instructions to get the number blocked. turn your phone on until you hear the dial tone. enter *60. follow the prompt to ADD numbers to your list. Type the number 1-866-379-2003. Listen for the confirmation the correct number has been added. Make sure the call screening feature on your phone is turned on. You can always call the comcast customer service number to help assist you if you are unsure about how to do it yourself.

November 16th, 2013 Bobbi AZ

I got a call from this number, asking me about some credit card purchase. I didn't know anything about it and told them that. The caller hung up. Caller ID showed it as QRI.

November 13th, 2013 FW CA

I purchased FlexSeal spray online.

This is a "marketing" caller, hired by FlexSeal "to confirm my shipping address". Yeah, right. They wanted to "give" me $100 in gasoline vouchers for signing up to some marketing scheme for $1.

Oh, please? Can I? Can I give you my email address too? Maybe you guys could arrange to have every piece of spam known to mankind delivered to my inbox, many times over, in perpetuity?

Asked them to add me to their "do not call" list. The guy said he would place my name on their "internal" do not call list.

F$%K FlexSeal. Never again. TV Products can go to Hades.

September 14th, 2013 DMC CA

Have received numerous calls from this number over the last few weeks and just tonight decided to answer (not recognizing the number) to tell them not to call. Turns out to be QRI with the same "budget savers" free $100 gas voucher, $30 a month program unless I cancel in 30 days program. Had to tell them 4 times that I did not want to sign up, don't send me the gas voucher and take me off your call list. These calls are a result of my order of Cutting Edge grass seed. They will be hearing from me too. They are extremely persistent, talk fast to try to confuse you and sign you up immediately before you know what hit you (they did not like my slow pace or questioning :) Thanks for everyone's comments and this forum. It's very helpful!

Ordered a Chillow Pillow a week ago. Received email notification today that it finally shipped. And now I get a phone call from this number. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. I suspected when they wanted my phone number last week to complete the order that I might be getting more than I bargained for. We'll see how many times they call.

Just letting you know that your Pharmacy prescription is ready. Joe probably has a phone number that was previously registered to a customer of the pharmacy. They won't call you unless you provide your phone number. As for caller ID, Wal-Mart uses an internal phone system at their home office that is then routed out. This is a number they are routing through and the caller ID system as it is does not recognize origination for routed numbers.

This is a company who under the guise of Flexseals "order confirmation", pushes a discount voucher program. They offer a hundred dollars in gas vouchers initially, but then they charge 1 dollar for the 14 day discount program trial, after that they charge your credit card $29.95 per month. I told them they could send me the $100 in gas vouchers, but I was not obligated to pay the $1 or enter their program, the rep the said they would keep the vouchers. They are not part of Flexseal, but are from a Company called Quality Resources. Very disappointing also my order with Flexseal, they could not send two different colors in the same box, and you had to order the second can bonus offer for an additional $10, thus making 2 cans a cost of $40 with S&H, probably would cost $8-10 if sold in a hardware store. Hope this helps everyone

August 10th, 2013 NA LA

Yes, after ordering Flex Seal, I received the same call from this number 866-379-2003. Someone stated that it was Budget Saver and that they wanted to send me a gas voucher. They also give me another phone number to contact 800-475-1942. They wanted my credit card information and street address over the phone. I told them I had given all that information on the internet when I ordered flex seal.

August 8th, 2013 KCH NY

I ordered two Chillow pillows off their website and something from HSN. I'm not sure which of those orders tipped off this barrage of calls. They called 5 times on Tuesday, 6 times yesterday (Wed.) and once so far this morning (Thurs.). I have the Number Guru app on my phone that blocks the call so that it doesn't ring and they're not able to leave a message. However, it still shows as a missed call. It's annoying to keep checking your missed calls only to find out it's these idiots calling again. After this morning, I went into my Sprint account and blocked the number there. So now they won't even be able to get as far as my phone.

I don't even take Rx Medications as the Supreme Court says that Drugmakers are not liable for any damage their potions cause, and you cannot sue them anymore. They called with Rx updates? On my CELL PHONE when I have never or will never use their dope.Don't try to find anything out,I wasted time by pressing 3 to opt out and the gave a number 800 925 6278 to call.It was a waste of time because it is a robot and no matter what the choice you need an account number or get the bums rush by the robot.I called the local WalMart as the robot advised and asked why is WalMart calling me on my cell phone?
She wanted some account number I don't have and said I can opt out.I told her the dope they sell there has no liability if it injures me and I would never use it.Why did they call me if I am not a customer. Then she hung up all frustrated. That's the corporate America slave wage answer is to just hang up on people if you ask a question they can't answer. What joke they are.Shame on us for letting it come to this.Go to hell Walmart. We're tired of paying for welfare for your part time employees that still qualify for welfare because WalMart is too cheap to pay a living wage.

I purchased concert tickets from Metro Entertainment. They're now calling daily and repeatedly from this number; I took their call by mistake this morning. Wanted to verify my mailing and billing address for the tickets, saying I'd be receiving them in a few weeks even though I received them about two weeks ago. What a joke. They were wanting to send me free gas vouchers and after 30 days if I didn't want to continue the plan I'd have to call a toll-free number, otherwise my credit card would be billed. Told rep I wasn't interested, she ignored me and went on about that I'd save SO MUCH money, again said I wasn't interested, again she ignored me. Then she transferred me to get an identification code for the unwanted mailing, so I hung up. They continue to call but as of tomorrow the phone number will be blocked. Go into Ripoffreports.com and you'll find many complaints about this company. I only found this company because it gave the appearance of being the provider of tickets for the organization where the concert will take place. Very misleading. I'll never give them my business again.

June 19th, 2013 Jaye Dee FL

I let it ride for a couple of days. They are blowing my phone up like crazy. What do they want? I don't care. Seems everyone here is in agreement, they need to stop. They won't even leave a message. Shows up in my caller ID as QRI. Well, I suggest you do what I did, Call Block. Most phone systems have it, and there are tons of apps for Smarty Pants phones. The app I have blocks the call, doesn't ring my phone, but keeps a record of the call. Perhaps the folks at QRI would like for us to report them to the FCC, or our Congressmen and Senators, no company should be allowed to call you more than twice, without at least the courtesy of a voicemail message! So, just CALL BLOCK them.

June 19th, 2013 CC AZ

Called this number and got the phone number to talk to a real person. After being transferred twice, I finally got a "Shonda" who was in charge. Told her in no uncertain terms they were scammers and that if the charges were not removed from my 18 year old daughters credit card - they would be hearing from AG of Oklahoma. Charged her $3 for "coupon saving plans". I asked why would she pay for coupons - they coe in the paper on Sundays for free. Then she said they are contracted by Online products (in this case ChilloPillow, to verify and protect them from identity theft...HA! Anyway, after I repeated that this was a scam about 15 times and telling her I that I would go to the AG - she agreed to remove the charges and camcel order. 866-575-4108 is used by Wal-Mart to send pick-up notices to cel phones. If the phone number being used for cel notices is not a cel phone, you receive calls without any messagees. Contact your Wal-Mart pharmacy and verify the phone numbers being use for cel phone and land line notifications. Also, if you are using the cel phone option, the land line may not be in use - verify when you call Wal-Mart.

December 18th, 2012 Donna D TX

This is a total scam. They wanted to verify delivery of concert tickets I purchased. I had seen this website before I answered so instead of verifying any personal information, I asked each time why they needed to verify by phone when the shipping address was different than the one she kept giving me and why they needed to call when it was verified by email with a signature for pickup. She had no answer besides to verify the tickets so I requested that my name be taken off of their call list.

This outfit calls everyday...4 or 5 times a day...beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 9:00 pm. They hang up on the 3rd ring. Never leaves a message. I think this is their regular notification system that tells your your prescription is ready - their normal procedure. They probably have a glitch from time to time and no message plays after they dial and connect.

Just got a call from this number and called it back. They claimed to be a company that I just ordered via the internet from and they wanted to give me $100 in coupons for $1 and then every 30 days my credit card would be hit for $29.99 if I did not call to cancel. I vehemently refused to let them do the $1 for $100 in coupons so that the $29.99 would automatically start after 30 days. It took a little convincing on my part, but he agreed not to do anything and just ship me my order.

Just called the number back. A girl picked up and said my name. I asked her who she was and she said she was calling to verify my address for my recent "Stompees" purchase. I told her that since i plced the order securely online and had the order number, that there was no need to verify anything to her. I then revealed to her that i knew what she was attempting to do (sell me something else) and i was not, nor will i ever be interested. I told her that her compny is never permitted to call me again. Then i just hung up.

Company called me 3 times last night while I was SLEEPING! When I called back, they said, "Hello Lena".. wtf? It was like a creepy phone call in a horror movie!! I said ,"who is this?"... she spoke so quickly I couldn't understand what she was saying except she wanted to charge my credit card $1 in addition to my recent purchase of "Wipe New", which I did order days ago after seeing it on TV. I told her that all I wanted was what I ordered and nothing more. She was quite persistent and I had to be as well. I got off the phone winning. Just tell these people they are not authorized to charge you for anything.

Calls started after ordering Michele Merciers detangling brush. Said they were verifying my address and wanted to send $100 gas voucher (declined, nothing is ever free). Hopefully no more calls now that I called back. She wasn't pushy but I don't like the fact that they call 4 times a day with no message.

Same experience. 3-5 calls at all times of day. I called the number back as they NEVER leave a message. Yes, they answer "Hello MYNAME" and went into the schpeel. Ordered Tummy Tuck, verify address, sending you $100 gas voucher". I said "Thank you. Not interested, please don't call this number again". He was very nice, said he was adding to internal do not call and it would be off within 24 hours. Said they are not a bank or credit card company but a third party sales service. This call came in after I placed an order with Michelle Mercier's company. After listening to my phone ring for days, many of these calls during dinner, TV and late into the night, we finally answered. This last call lasted several minutes during which the caller talked very fast. I have no idea what I might have agreed to. I just wanted to get this guy off the phone. I order off the internet to avoid these calls so this is very annoying.

Louis, you won't succeed in "legal action" when you don't even realize that your caller does not maintain this site or this web page. You will not get compliance with your orders until you deliver them DIRECTLY to your caller. Your caller cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.

I called back and it was supposedly a verification of the "ship to" address for a recent purchase. And then started the spiel for some 14 day trial of a special discount for only $1.00, $29.95 a month if I didn't cancel before 14 days 2as up. $120 in free gas vouchers, etc, etc. Being a firm believer in "if it looks too good to be true..." I declined. No one gives you $120 in free gasoline for $1 without a catch somewhere.

Jay, there can be only two reasons for collectors to call. They think you either owe a debt or can help flush out someone else who may owe a debt. ''Why they keep calling'' is because legally they can until you confront them directly. I've already discussed the best way to respond as a ''not me'' case like yourself my comment straight behind yours.

Caller ID says AT&T, and since I changed service recently, it probably is. Automated callers (good ones) don't alert the operator until the line is answered and won't play a recording until a human voice speaks - so don't think it isn't legit just because nobody talks riight away, or it hangs up when your machine answers. Telemarketers can scam the id's though. It really is an AT&T number, but that doesn't mean it's them calling.

I didn't know this was WalMart Pharm., so did not answer the calls. They let it ring over 25 times, hung up, then did it again. Finally, it immediately called back and let it ring non-stop. When I found out online that this is WalMart, I answered but no one was there. Maddening!!!!! They have to figure out a better way to do this. One option would be to allow the caller be shown as WalMart Pharmacy, not some anonymous ID.

Who Called Us has one of the finest systems for tracking the incidence of bogus phone calls on the net -- if not the finest. Comments are made that help "victims of harassment" identify their attackers, and give advice about how to report such calls to the FCC, the FTC, and the DNC.

Rants using vituperative language may make the writer feel better, but those message -- as Resident 57 and others define it here and elsewhere -- will never be seen by the offending parties.

Report the call, i.e., Who Called, Caller ID, and the Date to Who Called Us first, then get busy with filing reports to the other agencies concerned. File a comment, too, to describe your bad experience; there are six years of data about how intrusive these bogus callers are here at WCU; someone should be able to make a case to do something about them!!!!!!

Jennifer: Your issue has been echoed in other threads for collectors and junk callers. Every recycled phone number drags behind it the flotsam of former owners. Skip tracers are watching various databases and testing dead ends all the time for signs of life from their prey. You are not the first to report that the calls begin soon after mobile device activation, sometimes within minutes.

One point I've not pressed in this thread is that one should not rely on verbal demands to stop calls for strangers. Both federal law and the workplace culture of the high volume collectors permit them to assume you're a liar and keep calling. Turn up your volume on paper. It's called a ''cease-comm'' for short, and it is best sent USPS Certified with a return card. The recipient risks a lawsuit from you if your orders are ignored. You may already be due some payback if you can prove abusive tactics or foul words were used in an effort to collect debt. You might get some legal traction from a harassing or annoying call pattern as well.

Tamara: Yours is another very common issue the catcallers and collection trolls never accept as true. Crap One and lenders like it are primarily in the business of tricking people into digging the deepest debt hole possible, then refusing to send down any rope when help is needed most, laying blame entirely on the debtor. Their profits come from delinquency and not ''responsible behavior''.

With her account ripe for slaughter, your mom has run out of options and was forced to default. Our corpo-friendly ''rocket docket'' judges don't see it that way, and really can't in the face of contracts weighted heavily in the lenders' favor. A frequent plaintiff on the court calendars, Capital One will gleefully get her sued, adding greater burden to shrinking resources and possibly rising medical debt. All of this mess can be averted if its favorite attack dogs like Allied Interstate are swatted across the nose soon enough. Since your mother is in a strategic default, you must continue thinking strategically and raise disputes on paper as the FTC advises when collectors call.

One thing I missed back in September was Tony's claim that AI ''identified themselves'' as the original creditor, if I read his clumsy sentence correctly. That kind of deception is not unheard of from Allied Interstate and other large debt buyers and collectors. It's exactly the sort of thing to watch for as the annoying calls pour in, illegal practices which can help damage the opposition when you go to court, either to defend or prosecute.

Learn how to exercise your FDCPA rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot-gov. See also if your state laws are stronger.

People, let's not continue to follow the bad example of Megan, Xcx, and ''mad as heck''. You must deliver your no-call request to the actual caller, which does not maintain this site or this web page. Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints and cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. It is extremely foolish to publicize phone numbers you mean to protect in an open forum where any harvester and scammer can collect them.

My mother does have an account with Capital One but got behind after she retired because she had several heart attacks. We tried to keep up but it became impossible after they kept adding late charges and overage charges again and again. We asked them if they would stop adding charges so we could catch up and pay them off but they wouldn't do it so we just had to ignore them in favor of paying for things we could catch up on.

I have been receiving a rash of calls from this number lately; in excess of a dozen in the past three days! When I Google the number I can see that it must be coming from some type of marketing company. The thing that scares me is that the people posting note that the caller already has their credit card information.
I have always been very careful with online purchases and watch my accounts diligently. Now I will be checking 2-3 times a day to be sure nothing fishy is going on.
It all began at the end of November with one 888 number. Almost to the day I was able to stop the first number from calling me a second 888 number started. Now the calls have changed from an 888 prefix to an 866 prefix. It seems that when you tell one marketing company to take you off their list they turn around and sell your number to another company who hasn't been instructed to do the same.
I sure wish PayPal would bring back the "one use" credit cards that used to be available for their account holders. It was a wonderful extra piece of security!

Called 3 times before I said stop hanging up on me, you want to talk to my mother I will get her. Then told them I take care of her and again asked why they wanted her..they said it was a courtesy call but when my mother told them she wanted to cancel and was not interested 7 times, they told her they needed her card number to credit the amount back. This is when I stepped in. First words to me were please read the card number from left to right. I asked why he needed the card and he said they were going to send my mother 100.00 in gas and some coupons and required the card number. I told him the call was being recorded, asking confirmation that they needed her card to cancel an order in which I heard my mother tell him 7 times and asked if that was not adequate enough for a clear answer. He said ok, we won't send her the coupon and 100 in gas, have a good day and hung up..What a scam!! I have been getting 3-5 calls EACH day to my cell phone from 866-379-2003. I called it from another phone and there was a recorded message saying you could opt out by pressing 2 and so on. I finally decided to call from my cell and was shocked when the voice that answered did not say hello but called my by name in a questioning tone. Stunned I hung up. I finally called again and never verify who I was but here is the deal.. They were calling to tell me an item I bought off TV had been shipped. Then they tried to verify my address. I said if you shipped me something you have my address. I was told that in my shipment was a free $100.00 gas card and some sort of coupons or something that if I keep after 30 days they will charge my credit card 24.95/month but I could keep the gas card. I went off at that point explaining what I would do if my card gets charged anything! All these freebies on a purchase of 33.30. Horse Dung! The item I WAS buying was BuyMaxTall.com I plan to refuse the delivery. Hope this helps somebody else out there.

To all who say to "Pay your bills and quit complaining". I just got a new cell phone and number and they started as soon as I got the phone charged up 3 days ago. These calls aren't for me. Sometimes it is an innocent person getting harassed because someone didn't pay their bills. I will be trying to get off of their dialing list as none of these calls are for me or anyone in my household. I don't want some collection agency calling my phone all day long. I have already called 2 different places today to tell them that they have the wrong number and they said to expect other callers from what they were seeing with these peoples account. SO I now have to do a lot of foot work just to have a phone that doesn't ring every 5 minutes.

Barb: Not an easy question in the absence of a positive ID. You can, under TCPA and FDCPA respectively, revoke call permission from a sales caller or debt collector with a simple cease-comm letter, sent USPS Certified. If you have a ''prior relationship'' you can still halt the calls under the TSR.

Here are some links about all the alphabet soup laws:

Telephone Consumer Protection Act

Telemarketing Sales Rule

Various laws in brief from the FCC

Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (just turned 34 a week ago)

Victim: I also advocate individual action over waiting for a rescuer. However, we can't ''get a lawyer and sue them'' if we take your contradictory advice of blocking and ignoring collection calls. Either we gather evidence of violations and deal with the problem directly, or we huddle in a trench and hope the shelling stops.

A high volume collector like AI has many phone numbers to throw at your few, and their autodialers don't need coffee breaks or sick days. Sooner or later they will misuse their favored weapon, the telephone, and they will hand over legal ammo to fire against them. This does not mean every call must be answered, but everything they say and do should be monitored and studied carefully, then documented. That's a more constructive place to put one's frustration than rants against elected officials and regulatory process.

You are fools if you think the FTC and the Do Not Call program accepts indivudal complaints. It is a joke they play on us. Get a lawyer and sue them. Your corrupt congressman get his election contributions from these collection agencies so they will ignore anything you say. first of all you need to know who allows this type of treatment. Yes it is your congressman who voted to allow this. Call them and they say they can't do anythong. Which is a lie, they just want their election contributions. I email call my congressman regularly. Tell them you will not vote for them again and will pass the word around. The Do Not Call list is for telemarketers only. And as I said they do not investigate individual complaints nor does the FTC. I know they have forms to fill out. But that is trick and of no use. If congress is against you you do not have a chance. They make the laws. I get 70 to 80 calls a month from debt collectors. I owe no one any money and never have. They still continue to call. Never answer the phone or call them back. Buy phones with call block feaTURES AND SWITCH TO PHONE COMPANIES THAT HAVE CALL BLOCK. some cell phones allow you to select a separte ring for an individual. Select silent mode yfor these callers.

Seems autism is also part of a growth industry in fake charities. Making you hawk envelopes at your neighbors is an old ploy used by several of these firms. It may get you some angry door slams but no ''liability'' per se.

If anyone hears ''Wings of Hope'' or the name Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation, this is a dual scam, mismanaged by what's pretty much a for-profit ''charity'' and using the ever-irritating commercial fundraiser InfoCision for a henchman. See discussions under these numbers: 8883258583, 9018819984

Charity calls are exempt from federal DNC, even though the call centers pocket most of what these periodic campaigns collect. However, as commercial entities, these hired call centers are expected to honor an internal no-call list and add any number upon request. Break that order, the FTC declares, and ''the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.'' They are also covered to a point by other regulations for telepests, so you can kvetch about abandoned calls, bot calls to mobile phones, and so on.

Caller states she's calling on behalf of a fundraising program and that "autism is the fastest-growing disability in the country". She wanted me to agree to mail out 15 letters to my neighbors. Interesting ploy, since it may well shift the liability for the scam from the scammers to me.

Needless to say, I hung up.

They call both my house and cellphone all hours, about 20 times a day. Only one time they identified themselves from capital one. I told them I dont have any account with them and asked them to stop calling. It still keeps going. I just filed with the FTC and am going to see about call blocking on both numbers. After reading this, am hoping that this company allied interstate is taken down hard for their illegal activities.

Forgot to mention.....I've received calls from how many dozen people and phone #'s (99.8% of them business like collections, etc.) looking for Amanda Alton. I finally tracked her down (nothing bad, just out of curiosity and to let her know what was happening and where to tell these people to call) and found out she had my phone # last year before she went to cell phone. It's funny because she only lives about 3 miles from me.

July 21st, 2011 Steve Dogan WI

All I can say is that technique of mine of answering the phone saying: "______ Police Department!". Works PERFECTLY! The guy was like; "Does Amanda Alton work there?" I told him "not at the ______ P.D." His only response was "Oh they must've given me the wrong #"
DARN! I lovvvvvvve to do that! *COME ON! CALL ME BACK! I WANNA' GET YOU AGAIN!*
