The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number, All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want
internat'l call |
internatlcall calls from 15 phone numbers:
Get annoying calls form 403 310 2255. Following this thread it would appear to be telemarketing calls from Telus. I have sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as provided on this thread and hope that eliminates these calls on my business cellular that is with another service provider and will never be on the Telus network.
So annoying - literally received a phone call from these Hard Tanks people trying to update information, which I have given out, three times this week!!
Int'l call. Caller informed me that my Microsoft Computer was at risk of infection from viruses. Claims they got my number from an internet survey. Sounds like a scam, or worse, to me. They hung up when I started asking questions.
This number calls my house virtually 3 - 4 times every day. Leaves no msg, mornings evenings weekends, name it. And it seems a dead human being is on the other side because they never say a word. Now no one picks it
This number phoned me but there was no one on the line.
Both myself and my partner have had this number call but Telus do not have my partners number at all....they do have mine from our Internet setup but not hers :/
Hey Owner, when you come in to court you must come in to court with clean hands, your hands are dirty. I am on Welfare with bad credit so suing me will get you nowhere. If you give me your email, I will give you my address, owner. I love the smell of a Texas Courtroom in the morning! And I got sued, and guess what? No money, no collect!!!
Proud to be Mexican, execution-proof with bad credit!!!!
Don't like it? BRIBE SENATOR KIRK THE JERK WATSON!!!
I will never be a Telus customer. They are so annoying and persistent. This is my private residence and they keep calling here time after time. Take a HINT. I am not interested in changing from a company who does not annoy and try to lure customers. I am a senior semi invalid. I have to get out of bed to answer these phone calls and I am getting fed up with you people pestering me. And to top it off I can't understand the callers heavy accent. Tell them to geet a real job and stop being a pest.
I used to be a Telus customer( had no option for a while) until last year. I have been receiving calls from the same number 4033102255 after I decided to go to the other providers. I asked to speak to a supervisor today and he wanted to take more information from me. I did not give him the information. Why ask me for more information when you are the one called me first? In any case, they already have that information given to them by Telus. I called the 18005670000 and spoke with Debbie from Telus Privacy).. BTW I would never want her job even if I am paid a lot for it. She promised to remove my phone number from the list within 7 days. I hate Telus!
Just read some more of the comments below; The telemarketer is one of many 3rd party TM's for Telus. I know for a fact that my info was given to them by Telus. My info(name included) is specific to Telus only. If you ask to be removed from their list, they will redirect you to someone who will gather more information from you and thus you will receive even more calls.
Do not let a live(real telus agent CND) brush you off. This is their telemarketer calling you regardless of what they say.
same problem here for the last month or so. I phoned Telus Billing dept. and demanded compensation. I received 100 free long distance minutes. Next month I will do the same. Phone *611 from your cell phone. ask for billing...then ask for a supervisor to make a complaint too...then demand compensation for your time. Keep then busy with your issue for as long as possible. Ask lots of questions. For every call I receive from the 403-310-2255 number...I make two calls back at them. Make sure you navigate your way through to an agent from your country.
Called me today at 6:43PM, no one was there, tried to call it back.. nothing.. If Telus is going to call me why wouldn't they talk?
Take me off you calling list or I WILL cancel my mobile account! I have asked the agents several times...and they elect to hang up on me...crappy business Telus....to bad your telemarketing service doesn't match you wonderful commercials
Stop calling me already!!!
There was no one there when I picked up the call - no name - pressing info just displayed the #
Seems like this same message is coming from another source now. They still seem to be calling up with some of the same messages heard below, but for whatever reason, I am not able to pull up the new number. Has anyone got a similar call with a new number registered?
Our residential line received 5x consecutive evening calls (10pm-1130pm) in the same week, from #1 888 238 4817.
Telemarketers are all Filipinas who claim that OUR PHONE# HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR SPECIAL PROMO DISCOUNT ON CANCUN MEXICO TRAVEL PACKAGE(NO AIRFARE, JUST HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION). Asked how they got our #, they simply said we were REFERRED BY OUR CREDITCARD & TOP AIRLINES THAT WE CURRENTLY USED.
My husband was the 1st to answer politely. Apparently, he seemed "too nice" for the agents. A female agent transfers the call to her aggressive "supervisor" Ms. ALEX WAYNE(Who knows if these crook people use FAKE NAMES/ALIAS!) They were "V PERSISTENT" & since my husband couldn't just hung up he passed phone to me to deal with the ladies.
I simply said, "U can give us your phone# & we will contact U if we're interested." I asked for the name which they hesitantly gave. Next eve, again a lady telemarketer asked "TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND". When I told her WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL "IF" we're INTERESTED--she confidently said==> "YOUR HUSBAND ASKED US TO CALL BACK." To which I replied "I DONT THINK SO BECAUSE I WAS THE LAST ONE TO SPEAK TO U LADIES JUST LAST NIGHT." Then she hangup.
Again the following nite, I answered&there was silence. I think they recognize my voice, as the fiery wife and they just hangup but I'm v sure it's them because of the same NOISY BACKGROUND. Few hours later again we were about to sleep (1030+PM) a crazy woman named RUBY Morales called to speak to my husband-AGAIN. (Kind of like "HOOKERS" trying their luck to sell their "WOMANHOOD" to MY HUSBAND!)
I raised my voice and asked them back "DO U KNOW WAT TIME IT IS!" to which they simply replied in a condescending way "OwwwwKaaayy, ByeBye".
I am beginning to wonder how they got our # because it's a newly acquired line (over a month old) and so far we've only given our # to Canada government bodies and NONE to friends yet.
Could it be that our telcomm provider sell our # to these telemarketing companies? Very mysterious how these crooks collect phone#s.
ANYWAY, BEWARE. Once U entertain their call or simply by being POLITE THE 1ST TIME U talk to them--THEY'LL HUNT U CONTINUOUSLY everyday, EVERY NITE just before BEDTIME! To wives out there, get a hold of ur phone==>THESE CANCUN/SUNSET GRP TELEMARKETERS are like PROFESSIONAL HOOKERS, aggresively selling their stale charms of "womanhood" and FLIRT their way to your husbands!
BEWARE! REPORT TO POLICE JUST LIKE WHAT I DID and report them to any DO NOT CALL LIST in your country so that the individuals & the corporation itself will be fined a penalty of $15,000 if they still insist to call.
early in the morning this people keep on calling like 3 to 5x a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received two calls from them this morning, filed a complaint each time to the national do not call list (which I've been on since it was created.)
I'm sending an email to the email@example.com address advising them that I understand it "may take 31 days" to be removed but each time they phone I will report them.
I hate Telus!!!
Call 1 800 567 0000 and tell them you file harassment charges if you don't stop. The lady told me I'd be off the list in 2 working days.
They call from an Alberta number because they are Alberta based. People are more likely to pick up if it's not a 1-800 number.
I've just requested removal from their listing too.
NOTICE: BLOCK THIS NUMBER - IT IS A SCAM
This number keeps calling me, and does not say anything....
they keep calling my cell; have not picked up because I am at work and I do not return numbers I do not recognize - how do you stop these people???
These people are so annoying..They can't take no for an answer..
they keep calling- how do you stop them!
very noisy background
for sure a scam
This is a SCAM - @@@!!!!!
This number 1-888-238-4817 targets Filipinos abroad giving away free or discount vacations. They would mention they are from Cancun, Mexico or Texas. Same scam, different numbers, so beware. Last time, it was a different number who called me, I managed to get their head office address in Texas, I googled map it and found some old factory in Texas. All you people who like free or big discounts, beware!!!!
So by the looks of things, it's Telus??? but why would they call from an Alberta number like that???...
The company name is Call Select. The caller is trying to sell a long distance service. They call us several times a day, I am on the Do Not Call list, I called back to have my number put specifically on their Do Not Call List, I told a caller 1-2 months ago to stop calling, and just told another today after they called twice in 15 minutes. Next time, formal complaints are issued. This is, bar none, the most annoying telemarketer that I know of. If I ever had any interest in the service that they are selling, I would never do business with them simply because of their behaviour.
Go Away if you don't answer
they asked for my wife by her name and when i said she wasnt there they hung up,very noisy background.scam for sure.i am positive they are calling from the philipinnes they called at 11:30 pm eastern time.

Absolute Collection Service Inc.
421 Fayetteville Street Mall Suite 600
Raleigh, NC 27601
they called form a different number last night, told them not to call back, they did anyways, 4 more times, we blocked that number and today they called from this number. unbelievable!!!
They did open up a company in Fort Lauderdale. They called Accelerated Savings Inc. I worked there for one day. Everything there was very shady. I feel soory for all the pepole that getting those calls.
This number is a scam! A certain lady by the name nancy who claims to be working for a travel agency called me....she called a dozen times even though I told her that I'm not interested with the offer...she was really insistent and wont take a no for an answer...finally she hanged up on me after trying to sound soooooooo nice at first.....Please beware
They keep calling and leaving messages on our answering machine. When we finally were able to answer 2 of them, we pressed 2 to be removed from the call list, but got more calls afterward. When my husband answered this morning and got a rep, he asked for no more calls and they hung up on him. These people need to be horsewhipped, keelhauled, and shot several times before they are sued into oblivion.
Im in NB. I got 3 calls TODAY and 2 yesterday.
Im gettin a foghorn! I've pressed dont call me numbers, ive told them to remove me from their list.
i've tried everything. Made complaints, the whole nine yards.
I have to say that this company really did help me save over $3000.00 a year by reducing my interest rate. They may be annoying with all the calls, but the company did save me from all the credit card fees I was getting charged.
Listen Canadians this company use to be called JPM Accelerated Service I'm sadden that this company makes the good americans look bad but believe me were not all like that the owner Paul but not on paper he puts it in someone elses name is ripping ya'll off he's being sued for several things he even lost 3 peoples homes. As for lowering interest rates call your bank mention JPM and they'll lower your interests for free they changed there name because the banks in Canada got smart and want take the charge from this company so now that they changed there name the banks don't know who they are I tried to contact the newspapers up there as well as City Tv but they haven't gotten back to me I'l love to tell them the whole story and what there doing you should see what they do to the elderly if ya'll only knew they only call Canada and know where else now why is that think about and you thnks that bad they don't even pay there employees. If anyone can tell me who I can talk to about this comapny please let me know they need to be stopped oh and by the way they opened up another company down in Ft. Lauderdale and yep there calling ya'll.
I received a call regarding lowering my interest rates on my credit card(s). I listened to the lady whose name was Paula, I didn't have all the information that she needed so she said she would call me back in 30 minutes. The number on my caller ID (I live in Canada) was a local call 613-388-2311, I tried to call the number back but it didn't go anywhere. When the girl called me back I was on the phone so she got my voice mail and left me her name phone number and extension number Paula - 877-642-1755 ext. 217. I tried to call the number and I got the usual blurb of thank you for calling MGA Accelerated Services that they were unable to answer my call right now but to leave my name and phone number with a brief message and someone would call me back...then that was cut off and I got an operator saying that the voice mail was full and unable to take any more messages. I've tried to call it back numerous times of the day and get the same message.
mga accelerated servises at 1 877 642 1755. Called and they made out that they could reduce my wifes interest from 18.5% to to as low as 8% and that they controlled the credit cards not the banks. And for the only a one time payment of $700.00 they could reduce the interest. Har de har, we got in touch with Visa and they had no idea who these people were, and i think they were surprised to find they dont have control of there cards!!. They cancelled the card and replaced it. Do not hesitate to report it to the state police fraud squad, and your bank. Lots of luck.
Another number: 015-024-1079 CID: INTERNAT'L CALL
I pressed 1 and asked them to take me off their list, they hung up which is against Canadian and USA laws as far as i am aware.
Pressed 3 a million times, they call on average 5 times a week.
I just lodged a complaint with the Canadian Do Not Call department at lnnte-dncl.gc.ca, but as it is coming from the states, I don't imagine they will be able to do anything. So I also lodged a complaint with the RCMP (firstname.lastname@example.org), the Governor of Virginia (on his website contact link www.governor.virginia.gov and the Virginia State Police (BCICID@vsp.virginia.gov). Maybe they will do something to put these criminals out of business. If not, maybe Canadians should stop visiting Virginia...
Be nice. Sound interested. Blow a ref's whistle. Break a few ear drums. Send a message!
They call me in Calgary, Alberta several times a week. I have pressed 3 to be removed. I have pressed 1 and asked to be removed. I have pressed 1 and just got a dead line. I have reported to the Do Not Call people. Nothing seems to work.
They also represent that they are calling about "your current credit card account" which is a lie.
According to the DNC list's website, it should apply to companies calling Canada from the States. There also is the option to fine them $15,000. Why isn't this happening?
they have called me 12 times in 6 weeks!
go to phonebusters and report them... phonebusters.com
go to crtc's do not call list and file a complaint also...lnnte-dncl.gc.ca
they have called me 11 times in 6 weeks!
go to phonebusters and report them... www.phonebusters.com
go to crtc's do not call list and file a complaint also...www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca
Perhaps we should try to pool our resources, find a lawyer to possibly do a group lawsuit against these guys. When it comes to the Americans they sue for everything so maybe we should too!!!!!!
Sick of these calls, get them all the time and they won't take me off the list and just hang up. Every time they call now I file a complaint on the Do Not Call website, not sure if they are looking into this but if they get inundated with tons of complaints then something may get done. I also filed a complaint with phonebusters and I urge that everyone do this so that these agencies are aware that it is a widespread issue. I also emailed Marketplace hoping that they will do an investigation about this and air it on their TV show. Someone on another website phoned the police about this company but they said there is nothing they can do. They said as soon as you pick up the call, press the # button 20-30 times and it will screw up their system for awhile, so I do this every time they call so hopefully they can't make calls for a while, anything to make their lives more difficult!!
This call center hangs up on you when you ask to be placed on the Do Not Call list. Is there anyone who can help file a formal complaint against the company? I have tried numerous times to be placed on the list and get hung up on repeatedly. I have tried asking to speak with supervisors and still get hung up on. I would really like to complain as this call center is making all call centers look bad!
Sorry for the spam, But i should also add, It is a long distance number, And you need to call it from your home phone, If any one wants to give it a try , post here please. I don't have long distance on my home phone, So i can't try it to see if it works :(
I called aliant and they told me to call this number 18045182490 and press 1. It will take you off the list. This is not an aliant method, she told me that a customer told her the tip and it works so.
I am on the DNC list as well, They are breaking so many laws by calling me after telling them to stop.
I get this call about 3-4 times a day, at all Hours, i live in bathurst NB. If i find out who is doing this, i am going to smash there face into the pavement.. -.-'
by the way, I am from Canada. I have posted my number on the Do Not Call list in Canada, tried to add my number to the FCC list in the US, but it rejects my area code. I guess that international calls are fair game. I imagine that it won't be long until the call centers only do cross border calls to get around the Do Not Call rules.
these people have called me two or more times a day for well over a month now. Several times I have entered the selection to be removed from their call list. I have even spoken to one of their representatives pretending to be interested in their services for 5 minutes and then asked them told them that I wasn't working and all my credit cards were in default, thinking that they would remove me from the call list so that they wouldn't waste their time with me, but that didn't work either. I am going to start putting them on hold until they hang up from now on. They sure are a pain in the butt.
From New Brunswick they have called twice in 2 days now.
I have been getting calls from these people almost daily and sometimes twice a day for weeks. Perhaps we should see if we could find a whistleblower who works for them who would be willing to provide enough information to put them out of business. I'd be happy to kick in $10.00 to start a fund to provide a reward for the person brave enough to come forward. Anyone working for this company is probably not getting paid a whole lot and a cash incentive may be enough to stop these nuisance calls once and for all!
a little more information
here's an address
1220 Sarna Rd. Melbourne Fla. 32935
and another number 317-256-4025
I should mention hey've hit us here in New Brunswick Canada too!!!!!
And I'm SOOOOOOOOO getting a whistle today damn them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok..so I've got these damn calles 5 times a day, and every 30 minutes if I let the machine pick up for months now. 2 weeks ago I pressed their 2 to be taken off the list, and was told 24 hours. STILL getting calls so today I've been doing research and complaining! I found a direct number to "World Class Services" 1-888-878-1014
another number is 877-642-1755
I called the 888 number, and talked to a woman there in admin. She said she thought it was 30 days not 24 hours to be removed from the list, and informaed me that every time we press 1 to talk to someone we get placed to be called again!!!! even though the idiots are hanging up on me everytime I tell them to remove me. I told her to remove me from the list.
Then I looked up contact info for Virginia State Police - and I suggest everyone make complaints to them under criminal activity. I suggested they shut these idiots down before too many people get hurt by them. The scam they're giving me is Cardholder Services, wanting my credit card info to reduce my interest rate to a 6.?% They also have other scams including medical benifits, debt collection, you have won scam, etc etc etc...all requireing credit card information from the people called!!!!!!
I'm tired of the calls, I'm tired of the harassment, I'm tired of the hanging up on me, etc etc. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE....what the hell are they thinking, after we've told them to frigg off...if they continue to call 5 times a day we'll simply change our minds...stupid ass people!!!!!
they have hung up on me 7 times! once a very nice girl said I would be removed, but no such luck! I figured that it would take a few weeks to get off the list but it's been a month and they still call 5-6 times a week! I'm getting a whistle too or one of those air horns!
One of those "cardholder services" calls. Wow, am I relieved that there's no problem with my account! LOL It's a phishing scam.
I live in Canada. They call me about 3 or 4 times a week and I've been trying to get a company name or number out of them. Tonight I pressed "1" and told them I was interested in lowering my credit card interest rate and that I had a balance of over $4,500 on my card. Then I told him that my baby was crying and that I had to call him back in 5 minutes and asked for his number. The number he gave me was 1-877-642-1755. The guy I talked to was at extension 220 and his name was Keith. I tried the number back and got a recording (as it was after hours). The company is out of Florida. The name is MGA Accelerated Services. Their website is: mgaaservices.com Spread the word!!
I am going to try calling them in the morning and tell them off.
For those of you who are frustrated. I would suggest that you press "1" to get to a live agent and when they get on the line, blow a whistle as loud as you can or something. I'm dying to do that once, but my wife won't let me.
they call here several times a week. finally four days i called back and pressed 1 to be removed from their call list. they are still calling, so yesterday i pressed 1 and told them not to call me again bc i had already asked to be removed from their list. they hung up on me. so i called back 26 times and pressed 1 to be removed from their call list. sure enough they called back again that evening. i pressed 1 to speak to someone and told him very strongly not to call back. he hung up of course. they then called back twice last night and have called back 5 times so far today. i don't bother answering the phone when i see the number. i am so sick of these american bastards, it's unbelievable. but i really like the idea of the whistle, so maybe i'll talk to them again ... or maybe just give them a nice primal scream ...! how loud can i go?
These people are ruthless, they call week after week, when you ask them to stop they hang up, when you ask for a name they hang up, when you ask them who they are they hang up.
These guys are total assholes. They call, you press 3 to get off their list, and I swear the guy running the Company pulls on his wang. Every time you press 3 to get off the list, he's the only one who gets off. You ask politely to be removed from their list, and they hangup on you. I love the abuse. Talk about a pathetic job. You have to feel sorry for this bunch of losers. I think the next time they call, I'll see if they want a job doing something other than bugging people. Then again, maybe the they get off on rejection too. I can guarantee this dude is a foreigner. Probably crashed his taxi, and dreamed up the idea of pestering honest folk. Probably makes 5 cents a call.
I reported this today to Telus privacy dept. They said that they cannot do anything because there are no rules for calls originating outside of Canada.
I have already pressed 3, no result. I pressed #1 next time, and when I politely complained to the person who answered, they did not reply so I hung up.
Can we somehow insist that our government put a ban on these automatic dialing calls?
over the past few weeks I have been called by this number many times and lately I'm being called and faxed about 12 times a day. So I did some diging and found out that the the company is "US Lec of Virginia Llc." but trying to find out anything about them was time wasted. What i did find out was that the company that does the calling is www.paetec.com and their customer service number is 877.340.2600 have fun and be creative when you call them, I know I did. After reading everyones comments on this site I just wanted say that it is not the "credit cardholder service company" that is being rude to everyone it is the company that is calling an their behalf which is PAETEC. heres another little tidbit for everyone, PAETEC's founding principal is "PAETEC was founded in 1998 when CEO Arunas A. Chesonis and a core team of executives recognized that existing telecommunications providers were failing to respect the most important factor governing the long-term success of any business - first-rate customer service."
I am so sick of these American assholes calling me, I am going to get a whistle and blow it in the phone and hopefully blow the bitches ear drum out!
I have received over 30 calls in 1 week from these guys! They told me to keep pressing #3 to stop these calls & the guy said I have to repeat this for about a month!!!! before ou number is taken off the list. There is a way to STOP them! If you can get info about a Canadian office or Canadian phone number, then the DNCL will nail them. Maybe if enough people call in & complain about them, the CRTC will do something.
I get call from these bastards once or twice a day. Every attempt to have get them to stop goes nowhere.Apparently our Canadian National Do Not Call list is only for blocking calls originating in Canada. The U.S. Do Not Call list only works for U.S. area code numbers. It is about time countries put a stop to this harassment. No backbones I guess.
Have received over 30 calls from this number and I have asked every time to be removed from the caller list, I believe there is a law in the USA and now in Canada which prohibits returned calls form 1-800 numbers if asked to be removed form the list. This person is asking to reduce interest rates on your credit cards, and needs info on your accnt ect, I am sure if anyone gives him the information next time you check your card it will be maxed out. I filing a report with the Fraud Department, and police agencies to check this so called business out. When I try to talk to someone to stop the calls they hang up, not a smart move on their part, calls are falling under the category of harassment and if they don't stop then maybe legal action against the phone company who has been made aware of this number and has not stop its service should be the next step. Class action suits can be very expensive!!!!!!
Some bitch there said she was going to call me everyday after I told her off!
How do we get back at these rude bastards?
Also getting calls from this number .I am in Mississauga Ontario .Past three days at 10.30 am . Did search and found this page .Most annoying ,
Got called 4 times over a period of a week!
1. Answered, ask who they were, told them I was on the do not call list... they hung up.
Complained to National Do Not Call List (Canada)
2. Answered, talked a bit and tried to get info... they hung up.
Complained to National Do Not Call List (Canada)
3. Answered, banged the phone on the desk a few times... I hung up.
Complained to National Do Not Call List (Canada)
4. Answered, pressed 3 to get off the list. Hoping...
Complained to National Do Not Call List (Canada)
Now looking for other ways to stop these crooks.
Can't someone stop these people it is ridiculous. Even when you try to speak to someone about removing your name they are extremely rude
I'm tired of being called by criminals from the United States, located in the great state of Virginia. Cardholder Services is just a simple fraud. Why don't the telephone companies or the cops stop them????
This phone no. is calling res homes, all over Alberta, Canada. Since they are probably restricted in the US from making harassing calls, they are now targeting people in Canada. Unfortunately, our Federal 'No Calling' phone list, only covers Canada & not the USA.
Its a card fraud from a dick names Michael. Recorded message.
The owner of (804)518-2490 is United Service in Petersburg, Virginia 23803. The carrier is US LEC of Virginia. To file a complaint, go to www.richtech.com/members/database_profile.cfm?member_id=821.
This that they are saying is a SCAM so you guys out there that will receive this call please dont provide your information, just hang up
they called saying they will charge me for info on a trip to Cancun. Appears to be a scam
If you take a few minutes to search on the Net about this topic, you can quickly realize that the Credit Card scam related to gifts and/or low interest rate offers has been going on since at least, 2003. I've read enough on this subject to come to the conclusion that these call centers (wherever they are located in the world) operate without any fear of being caught. They cause hundred of thousand dollars losses daily to the credit card companies and guess what? The credit card companies pass their losses to the users who are…you and me. As of today, these pirate call centers are still operating in full force across North America. They have found the loophole for escaping from FBI and RCMP. The typical “model citizen” usually reports the fraud to the attorney or local police. I have news for you. You can file as many complains as you want to the authorities, they just can’t catch them! You can threaten of reporting their annoying calls to the phone companies, you can swear, being rude, vulgar with them – They are the ones controlling the game. They just hang up (laughing) until they receive a call from the next gullible person (and the wheel keeps turning). Whatever you do or say, you won’t be taken off their automated calling list. The heads of these scam acts like a computer virus. They are very much up to date with the changing law enforcement techniques and like a moving target, they disappear in the field. You can find numerous blogs and discussion forums related to this scam (this one is one of them). For every thread on the Net that exposes their illegal activities, they have members posting a message denying complains of people who got ripped off. They introduce contradicting information in blogs in order to confuse people who are unsure about the legitimacy of their offers. They have fake web sites, fake names, fake addresses, etc. Based on these facts, I think the only thing that can be done is to interfere with their practices. How can this be done? By “putting a stick in their wheel", hitting the weakest spot – their need to grab personal information from you. I’ve been practicing for quite a few times now and you’d be impressed by how patient they become when they feel that they have you as a fish on their hook. Again, the only power you have over them is to spend as much time as you can to waste THEIR time. This time you spend with them is time that they can’t use for screwing other people. I've learned a lot from reading in threads on the Net. Here is what I started doing: the principle is to play the game of being interested by their offer, providing fake information, pretending, acting, and creating delays. I hear you say that you don’t know how to reach them because whenever they call you because your call I.D. shows: 123-456-7890 (or any other spoofed phone i.d.). Didn’t I tell you they were smart? Here are a few numbers that still work as of today: 1 800-501-0100 (to reach the vacation trip scam) | 1 888-786-6201 or 1 800 943-3250 or 1 800-961-9830 (to reach the MCS credit card interest rate scam). If you need more numbers you can with a little effort “google” the name of the organization along with in the search field and it should pull more numbers to call to. Finally, here is my recipe for a great "obstruction" session upon these scammers: 1) take a hands free phone (portable is even better as you can still conduct you home activities) 2) get them to go through their entire sales pitch by encouraging and acknowledging every once in a while 3) make it last as long as your time permits (they are the one assuming the charges of the “1-800” communication). 4) When you feel that they suspect your “game” (or when you’re bored whichever comes first), find a nice and polite way to tell them that they've just wasted 15-20 minutes (sometimes more) of their precious time stealing other gullible people. I guarantee you that you will get some reaction at the other end of the line. Give them a ride and flood their phone lines! Make their life as miserable as they do to us. HEARING THEIR FRUSTRATION IS A GREAT REWARD AND PURE PLEASURE. Don’t be intimidated if they threaten you of anything, they are totally harmless.

Call came at 5:30PM on a Saturday to my direct line. Called earlier in the day also but hung up when I answered. Vanessa asked about our address, what floor we were on, our suite number. Then she asked if we shared the floor with anyone else and corrected me when I said we didn't. I told her to call the office manager on Monday.
Ils viennent de me proposer une carte de crédit que j'ai refusé. Pour enlever un numéro de la liste des compagnies sollicitantes, appellez 1-866-580-3625. Bon repos de sonnerie!
Rang--no message--then later a vibration then something came up saying there was s text message... but looked and nothing.... WIERD

THis is Dell, they get your number when you call them regarding orders or such and then they harrasse you. THey call over and over pretending to be other people, asking for personal information, saying inappropriate stuff on the phone. Don't ever give out your number, this can happen.
Sounds like overseas's call center person calling from Hard Tanks??? Can't really tell from accent. Has called business where I work 4 or 5 times this week. Starts asking to verify things like company name, address, phone, etc, also list of current VP's of Marketing, Operations, HR, etc. This "Hard Tanks" company calls every year at this time to "update records". Finally fed up with them, I came to this website to research what others had to say. Lots of useful info here, including crossreferencing "Lawfirm's" comments below about "Harte-Hanks", which turns out to be a global marketing firm. Called them, spoke with nice person about removing our company from their call list. (Don't know if it works, but takes up to 72 hrs.) Also read "Andy's" comment about company Primus, who sells ID masking phone numbers. Makes sense since the number on our caller ID is same but results in many different stories here.
Get calls all the tme from this number....never anyone on the line if you pick it up. Never an message left if the answering machine is on. Tried to call the number back and got the message we're sorry the number you have called in not in service.
I like the suggestion that Gil gave...brilliant! But for me, these clowns are calling my house #. Usually 2-3 times a day, seven days a week!! Tried calling back...same as everyone else; not a valid #. As per jvo's comment, I am NOT a MBNA client and I would certainly give them a piece of mind if someone would talk to me when I answer the goddamn phone!
According to tollfreenumbers.com the number is registered to a phone company that does alot of work with india
They've called at least 6-7 more times in the past 2-3 weeks.
called with master card for business owner but required home address, called number back to get caller (company) name - but number is not in service
DELL COMPUTERS - I got a call from this number when i was disconnected from a DELL Computer Sales Specialist. I was just her wanting to follow up and continue designing my system.
are all of you mbna clinets? if so that would explain the calls. answer once, say you're not interested, request to be taken off the list and they will stop calling. if you ignore the calls they will continue.
Gil - that is such a good idea!!! i am going to try that - I get so many calls and I am so sick of it!!!
No message left on machine.
It was a call from the same dude with the thick, thick Indian accent saying he was from Bell Mobility and that I was chosen for a promotion of a new cellphone under a new plan. It really struck me wrong since I just got a new phone through Bell and he didn't know any of my details and was trying to get information from me. Very suspicious and the call cut out before I could even hang up on him.
i just want to know who is the owner for this number
since last week i noticed i got missed call in tha midnight at this number
These are outgoing calls only (their number is not in service, as they have incoming redirected). They are a scam company, trying to sell you a number of things which they need your c/c info for. DON'T GIVE IT OUT!
If they are calling your cell phone, this is how I deal with unwanted callers. I don't have Roger's call blocking, and don't know if they offer it for cell customers, but this works great:
Store the number as you usually would, in your phone directory. I put an "!" in front, then something like "scammer" or "hosebag" to describe the call (different names as they move up the annoyance scale ).
Next I set the ring type to silent.
When they next call from that number, my cell doesn't ring, and I only get a short beep, after the call, to let me know a call has come in. I just clear the notification and never have to deal with them at all.
I simply do not answer when name does not shows. No message left
Now, before the conspiracy theories take overhand:
Calls from 604-550-7000 are from any private/unlisted subscriber at Primus TalkBroadband VoIP in Canada.
More info at: www.dslreports.com
OK, found this site by accident since I've received tons of calls from Hardtanks (or some spelling) claiming they're just verifying info from last year or previously provided. Googled and seems related to what others have gotten here but not sure if the calls came from the number of this thread. Was nice to them when first received these calls 2yrs ago but now I was told to say we're not allowed to provide titles and finally I've had it today. Jack asked if he could put the same info from last year. I said ok but I'm not coroborating anything lol -that nipped it ! I think I may hang up next time.
this number calls daily , when I put them to voicemail (at work) they zero out and ask for another person
It is Telus and now they are calling about 4-5 times a day. I am ready to scream!
i've been called approx 3 times a day for the passed 1 1/2 weeks -- very irritating.
MBNA Mastercard selling travel insurance.
Called twice in one hour. I've seen on other websites that when you answer it is dead air!!!
Who do we report these mother fuckers too?
Gimme a break!
They've been pulling this scam for months now.
Called 3 times yesterday. Never left a message.
Same here. Cannot call back.
Received on my cell phone and called # back from work phone and get 'I'm sorry, the number you have dialed is not correct. Please check your number and dial again'
this number calls constantly, if you call this number its not a number that works. i put it on hold on my cell phone. been connected over 6 minutes i may leave it to see how long it stays connected
I too have had problems with Harte Hanks - but I'm going to do try to do something about it.
If you want to report your problems with this company, please contact us. Future litigation may follow.
Did not recognize telephone number with strange area code on caller I.D. after coming home from work; but when I call back, I got a recorded message saying the number has been disconnected. The telephone number is probably routed somewhere else, probably the carribean or aboard to another forwarding telephone number.
Sounds like its a bogus call. Don't know anyone connected to this phone number and I never talked to anyone either. Please - always be leary if suddenly a weird name or number comes up. Especially if they are talking about your credit card acct and you have had the same ones for awhile. Why would these people be calling you out of the blue now? Sick of these scamming people.
Did not leave message.
called ID says VARIOUS CO. but I tried calling the number back and it says the number is out of service or d/c...British Coumbia..
This company is supposedly called MRS Associates - who will hang up immediately if you want to know who they are or to have them stop calling. They are, allegedly, located in Cherry Hill, NJ and several other locations but not in Florida, the displayed number.
Something about an expired auto warranty.
yep i get this call every day, multiple times, along with a few other numbers
probably all the same jerk offs using diff numbers to see if i will actually answer. i don't. they don't quit and the phone company says they can't do anything about it
This North Miami Beach, FL call came to me in KS on 3-21-08, Tuesday @ 12:51pm. I did not answer it and no message left. Others report a credit card rate reduction scammer, and in another case, mentioned upcoming expiration of auto insurance. Other sites advise the flip of the number is Sandi Lawrence of North Miami Beach. At any rate, it's a scammer. Nuke it.
woman called about lower interst on credit card. just press 1. i hung up, did,t press anything
I received another call from these jerks today so I did some investigating. Lawrence Sandri is a retired FBI special agent so his name is probably faked by someone with a grudge against him. I've asked the Miami field office if they can do anything about this.
I am leaving messages for them (play music for 5 minutes, then send the message. If enough people do this, the cost to them will start to build.
I would like to know what Bell Canada can do to stop this annoying ringing at all hours of the day and no one there. Something illegal ; something not right ; ????????
When I answer no one is there and so I hang up
This is about the 7th time these people have called. I have advised them they are in violation of National
No Call Law, but they ignore it. Always wanting to save you money on credit card interest. One time it was a woman and when I told her I wsn't interested she became irritated and said she would just pass the savings on to someone else and banged the phone down. I have reported them to the No Call Registry as of last night again.
Lawrence sounds like hs is sitting on a rock in India. It is absolutely a scam to get into your credit report and attach your idenity.
No message left...There's a scammer around every corner.
From information gathered from other sites about this number, it is very likely these calls are coming from overseas where they are not obligated to follow the 'Do Not Call' list and are 'fishing' for information.
May not be the case but I doubt the calls are actually comming from Florida or the name connected to the number.
There is a device you can buy and connect to your phone line so if anyone calls your number, they get a message indicating the number they called has been disconnected when in fact it is still in use.
If you get a call from this number and manage to keep them on the line somehow, have somone call the number while your on the line and I'll bet you get the same message.
Didn't leave a message on the recorder.
Ugh. 19 pages and counting. My work cell is very similar to this number, so guess what? I've been getting a LOT of return calls from people about this. If they dial the number, it's obviously disconnected. However, if they hit redial on their phones, it simply calls a local number and bypasses the area code. My prefix is 305, so I've been hammered with calls.
So the number is disconnected; we know that. Someone is spoofing the number and, more specifically, S. Lawrence. Surely something can be done on this. Something I was thinking was a call trace. You'll need to check with your local telco, but I believe on mine it's *72 or something like that. I used this recently when I received obscene phone calls from a couple of kids using "Private Caller."
The calls were sent back to the telco, and then I had to contact the local police department (NOT 911) and open a case. Once I had the case, I had to provide it to the telco, and then the two of them connected to obtain the necessary info. Ultimately the calls were traced (took about a month and a half), and the parents of the kids were notified (per the detective I spoke to). Keep in mind that these initially cost me about $8 or so to do. I was able to get the telco to waive the fees, though.
Why couldn't something like this work? If it points to the 305 area code but is masked, surely the telcos could truly find out where it's from.
They've called us several times and left messages about "Your automobile warranty has or is going to expire. Please don't be caught driving without this important coverage. This is a total scam be very wary of these people.
Got call this evening. Automated woman's voice saying that I might have won a cruise. Press 1 to talk to them, 2 to be removed.
Pressed neither and reported to do not call (was seeing scam reports all over googling the number).
I received a call from this telephone number (305-654-1842) twice within a hour span. I also ended up here.
Called and said I won a trip to Florida. Asked for phone number- gave it to them, asked if I had a credit card, said yes, they hung up.
ok folks...you seem to be missing out on prime opportunities to go off...I mail back credit card offers with nothing in the prepaid envelopes just so it costs them twice or sometimes I put a smiley face flipping the bird....when this automated called me twice, the first time she hung up on me...called my other line so I acted all nice and asked what can you do for me and when she asked for my information I politely asked could she suck my....she hung up...now am I pissed or is she? hmmm...have fun with these jokers and then report them..don't let them steal your sunshine.... I'm thinking if they call again my credit card is going to be however many numbers they need and my name will be buck nakid or i.p. freely... jokers..
I received 2 calls from this number, am @ 11:59 was out, did not leave message.
This afternoon @4:59 ,answered, Lady said"Congratulation's you just won a cruse.
Ya ,right you keep it and hung up.!Name on ID LAWRENCE SANDRI, These people need help.
I have reported to DO NOT CALL.
Nothing to add. Just reporting for statistics. Not the first call from this number.
I could not be more sick of the voice of "Heather from Account Services." Especially as I have two phone numbers.
I did not answer, but when I called back it said that the number was disconnected. I t came up as Sandri Lawrence
They call me and when I answer its something about "Your automobile warranty has or is going to expire. Please don't be caught driving without this important coverage. Press 1 to be connected to a customer service representative. I did and spoke with a rep who said they do not have the ability to remove me from their phone list but if the message plays again - at the end there is an instruction to press 2 or 9 (she didn't know) that is supposed to remove you from their system. - We shall see -
I did some research, here is Sandri Lawrence's address... 980 NE. 170TH STREET APT.2164 MIAMI FL 33162 Send her a nice letter. Tell her it's not nice to call people and scam them.
I keep getting these calls all the time. "Heather" tells me I can reduce my credit card rate, even though I have no Credit Cards. I pushed 1 to talk to someone, he tells me why am I bothering him if I have no credit cards, calls me the F-word, then hangs up. Nice, huh?
This person is calling my Cell to sell me on the idea of her cutting down my credit card interest rate. She was very rude when I asked for her company name. I will report this to South Central Bell TELCO in North Miami as this is where it is listed.
This person wouldn't even let me ask a simple question without being very rude.
She was crude and very verbose with her filthy language when I attempted to ask a question, telling me I was talking over her.
just had my purse stolen, received this call several days after and when they did not speak i asked, "are you the person who stole my purse" then they hung up... also received a call from another company claiming my macys card was late and they wanted to have me pay it over the phone.. the card was only 4 days late and i've never been late but thought it was strange they'd be calling after only 4 days late.. i even hassled the guy for that fact.. be careful
Got a call from this number on my caller ID this morning. They left no message.
Here we go again. I had recently blocked a couple of the most recent all-too-cheerful "Heather from account services" caller's numbers, but I just had to add another number to the blocked list: 3056541842 . This time, when I pressed "1" to speak to a human, I simply asked, "Do I have to contact the Attorney General in order to get off of your calling list?". Of course, they hung up on me. I hope the economy turns around so these pitiful people can get real jobs... I'm going to report them to the Do Not Call Registry, in case it makes any difference (sigh).
All from "Florida" - all from "Disconnected Numbers" when you all back; all credit card/warranty scam related:
Perhaps: MRS Associates Inc. 3 Executive Campus, Ste 400 Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 888-224-6577
Called today; spoke to "Rick Freedman (Friedman?] - who said they were 'affliated with a company in India' but 'could not divulge their name' - said he didn't know about the calls, but stated that the
company in India did 'many different sorts of things.' Rick kept saying 'huh' in a bored, couldn't care less about this' tone. Will be reporting him to the FCC - suggest you all do the same. Maybe
that will change his attitude. I definitely believe he is connected to these ILLEGAL, if not CRIMINAL calls.
All I know when I picked up. It said you can lower your monthly bills on your credit card up to 6%. I just hung up after this. Then came to the computer to type in the phone number to figure out who it was.
Did not answer.........no message left.
Calls daily. Message about better rates, etc. for my credit card. Several options to choose from - opt out of this call, etc. I don't trust them, so I hang up. Just put them on my "decline calls" list - thanks to Comcast phone service.
I received several calls from this phone number.
Apparently, they used a forged caller ID of this number. When I
called it, I got a recording saying that the number that called me
was disconnected. The marketer in particular calling me on these
occasions was "Warranty Activation Center" in Florida to renew
my auto warranty. I don't have one, nor do I want one.
Even if I did want one, I don't want to be marketed to, by
ANYONE, for ANY reason, EVER.
I pressed option 1 to get to a representative and I asked the name
of the company. "Warranty Activation Center in Florida", was
what I was told. I searched for the name/number on Google and
found this site. The number that called me was (305)654-1842.
I'm on a "Do Not Call registry" and have been for years. I've asked
to be removed from their calling lists, yet they insist on continuing
to call my home at all hours.
I'm reporting them to the FCC, let 'em get fined several thousand
dollars, it'll be an EXTREME pleasure reporting them. Where do they
get off sharing my contact info.? WHY doesn't congress pass a law
forbidding unwanted marketing in all forms (mail AND email, not just phone)? They're
wasting thousands of man hours, wasting tons and tons of paper,
and ticking people off, who
Recv'd call at 10:38am on 3/24/08. I have recv'd calls from this number before and have pressed 2 to be removed from their calling list. Obviously it didn't work because they keep calling. They are offering a lower int rate on my credit card. This time I pressed 1 to speak with a rep. A woman answered, didn't get her name or the co. name but I told her I was sick of the calls and demanded I be removed from their calling list again. She verified my number and said she'd remove it. I didn't believe her. I will be reporting this but what good will it do since the name and number that shows up on the caller ID isn't valid. When I called it back I receive a recording stating the number is disconnected.
03/24/08 At 11:05am. They called me, and said they can lower my credit card interest press 1 to talk to a customer service representative. When I pressed 1 I got a guy calling himself Michael of Consumer Credit Company. I asked him why they keep on calling me when I'm on the do not call list. His repley was " Your mother sucks cocks" then he hung up.
got a call from this number at 10:04 on 3/24/08. Didn't recognized the name (Lawrence Sandri) or number so I let it go to. Voicemail but they left no message.
Did a google search and found this site. I will now report them.
Once again, calling to offer me an "extended warranty" on my vehicle that is about to expire... Funny how I don't even OWN a vehicle. However, to waste some of their time, I pretended to be ignorant, claimed to have 4 cars and asked which he was calling about. Played it dumb... finally said one was a 2006, but when he asked for the model, told him it was "green"... this made him chuckle, but he said he could not pull up my information without knowing the model. That's when I bellowed into the phone that I did not want their scuzzy scamming butt calling me anymore and I did not even OWN a vehicle. Don't know what he may or may not have replied... I hung up on him.
Do these idiots REALLY get people to fall for this??
Promised lower interest rates for credit cards. When I requested a number to call back at a later time, they hung up.
Recorded message said it was credit services calling about my credit card and that everything was fine, but that this was my final notice to lower my credit interest rate. Press 1 to be connected to a live operator; 2 to be removed from further notices. Recorded voice said her name was Heather.
Automated caller left message on voicemail (female):
and we're calling in reference to your current credit card account. There is no problem currently with you account. It is urgent, however, that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lower interest rates. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you, and have a great day.
Received a bunch of these recently, but this one is the only one with the discontinue option.
I didnt answer it i just looked up the number and found this web site.
Recorded message saying "this is your credit card company" and that they were giving me final notice about the opportunity to lower my interest rate. They didn't say what credit card company. They wanted me to press 1. I hung up.
claims to be able to cut down my credit debt - same msg as from a different number and female caller
I've been getting this call for a while now. I was actually home to pick it up. The person I spoke with claimed to work with Wells Fargo and 500 other banks. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said, "No you may not." When I told her that I wanted to be taken off her list, she said, "We're going to call you 50 more times to piss you off." I called Wells Fargo and was told that they don't work with any outside vendors to place outbound calls to credit card holders. Any ideas how to stop these people?
this number called me; called i.d. said "lawrence sandri" and the recordered message said 'press 1 to talk to an operator about lowering your interest rates.' pressed 1 to ask them to stop calling and the spade who answered hung up on me.
Like one of the other posters, this pre-recorded message said something about my credit cards and wanted me to press one. I didn't do it
because I figured it was phishing scam. Be very careful with these kinds of scams!
Received call on business cell. Didn't recognise number thought might be a supplier about a Purchase Order. Call said something about Auto warranty expiring. I disconnected.
Call made threatening message regarding credit and stated this is your last chance.
Calls me daily. Offers an extension on expired auto warranty. Won't leave message if machine answers. When choosing option to be removed from their call list, a male recorded voice says, "Thank you, you've been removed." Then I get another call the very next day. Sometimes before 7 am and sometimes after 9 pm. I'm on the Do Not Call registry but that means nothing here. If I call them back when doing a *69, I'm either told the number is disconnected or it's a working number but having operational difficulties and I should call back later. I've been dealing with this for three or more weeks and I've reported it to my State Attorney General.
recorded message from Heather at Account Services some garbage about lowering my credit card interest rate to 6.9% BIG HAIRY deal I pay my account IN-FULL every month so I really don't give a hoot what the interest rate is. It is really strange I have received this call I bet 15 times in the last 6 months and every one a FINAL NOTICE. Perhaps Heather and her kind need to find a guy with numb nuts and take care of that situation, it would probably be more fun and could potentially make her one heck of a lot more MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on the DNC - complaint page here I come
Recording with a female voice, claiming they can lower our interest rates. This person is on several complaint lists, and has been report to various government agencies for trying to extort information, harrassment, etc.
A call from this name and number came around 8pm tonight - we did not answer and a message was not left on the voicemail. I got online to try to get some info about this number and came across many hits about this name and number. We live in Michigan and for now, we have nothing to do or to report but am glad we had caller id!!
They got my Sprint cellphone number, how? I do not know, I rarely give this out.
Computer recording selling car warranty. I called Sprint, they told me there is nothing they can do about it!!!! Maybe they read this and they will block that number on their database. Go Sprint, do something, and be helpful to your (few remaining) customers!!!!
Same here. Call at around 315pm on 3/21/08. Caller ID said LAWRENCE SANDRI. I didn't answer, but called back to get a recorded "number has been disconnected."
After receiving my second call from this name and trying to call the number back, where I got a recorded message from the phone company saying this number has been disconnected, I called my phone company and asked them if they could find out who really called. She tried the number and got the same message. She added a feature to my phone line called Call Trace. They have more sophisticated ways of finding out who is really calling. After 3 successful traces these people will be prosecuted because what they are doing is against the law. If you are getting repeated calls from these scam artisted I would highly recommend getting the call trace.
No message, called in middle of the day. Thanks for the information here!
Called on 3/19/08 at 10:24 am est +3056541842 showed on caller id called on 3/20/08 at 5:44 pm est Sandri Lawrence on caller id..Left no message. I do not answer unknown callers. Reported both times to do not call registry.
Yes, I had the same problem. What is even crazier is that I attempted to call BANK CARD SERVICES trying to give them the information and they wanted to question me... I explain to them, the fraud unit, they didn't need my info... but simply be aware that folks were calling from the number 305.654.1842 with a caller I.D of Lawrence Sandi ... they said they couldn't follow-up unless I gave my informaiton... I thanked them and wished them well... Life is something to live for... lol
This is Heather and so on and so forth and push 1 to talk to operator and 2 to not receive notices i have pushed 2 so many times i pushed 1 and asked how they got my number i have never even owned a credit card in my life and that i was on the do not call list she tries to talk over me and then i said listen and she then hung up on me
I too got this call. I am pretty sure that if any of you have ever written a check or used a credit card in a casino, this is how they got your information. A little over a year ago I was notified in writing that an employee at a gambling institution had stolen information from a computer. I believe I was told that they were only able to steal the last 4 digits of your c/c or check #. The woman I talked to said the feds were prosecuting this person. Anyway, I think he sold all of everyone's information to several different scammers. Some of you may also get e-mails with various spelling of your name. Don't even bother trying to trace the people because they are all pretty slick. I've also filed a complaint on the government web-site.
I just received a call on my answering machine to call right away to reduce my credit card interest rate. this is the third time that this number has called me 305-654-1842 Sandri Lawrence. I am sure that this is a scam because my credit card company emails me regarding any information
Called and I did not answer I looked on the caller ID and did not recognize the name so I googled the number saw this and glad I did not answer! I like the whistle idea though I may try that next time I see this number!
Received phone call at 9:45am with automated message that said to lower interest rate press 1. I pressed 1 & waited a few minutes a a rude young man came on phone & said he could offer me 0% forever off my credit cards. I told him 0% forever is unreal. He then told me "What the hell is the matter with you" I told him him I didn't want his svces & I was on a DO NOT CAll LIST & he yelled at me " I don't care what list your on & WAH WAH WAH " I told him I will find out where he lives and kick his ass. I told him he was a little bastard & he hung up on me. People beware of this scam artist. Senior citizens especially beware since I am one. HE does not know I have connections with undercover police and will have this investigated.
when they called I asked her who are you? and she said we are consumer services we work with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. I said why would you call me when I don't have any of those cards. she hung up on me. instead of trying to steal from hard working people get a job like the rest of us.
time is running out...on my car warranty.
