Who Called Us

I am on both do-not call lists. Why can't these scamming criminals be stopped?????? So much for honest tax-paying citizens. I am so tired of these rat-bastards breaking the law and getting away with it.

This is a nuisance call that refuses to stop calling when you follow the menu and press "1" to speak to a live representative. Evidently, if you answered an email and investigated whether you could lower your card rates, they keep calling you even though you did not want their services. They should be investigated by attorneys general for this harassment.

Whoever this is called my WIRELESS phone, which is illegal. The caller ID on my wireless phone merely shows the number, but not the name. I believe it was a "robo dial" as they left an "automated" message. The part of the message I got said something about "interest rates."

Fix my credit???? Just keep calling no matter what you do. Ask them, don't call me! Many DNC complaints!!!
Another today. Maybe enough complaints they will do something.

I love when these so-called credit reduction scammers try to pull one over on people like me without a credit card.

Scam to lower my credit card rates. Told me I needed to call immediately (it was a message left on my machine) but didn't leave a callback number.

you know it is wrong when there are NO DASHES between the numbers that comes up on caller ID.....just unplugged the phone.......until next time......

When we register on the federal do not call list it should make this company pay a large fine for the calls it makes. I have had 7 calls from them in two months.

Company was listed as Service Info on my phone. This is a scam company that has been calling me under several different numbers since at least March 30, 2011. They've "called" me from this number as well as numbers in Utah, Montana, Florida, Anonymous, and EVEN MY OWN NUMBER! Its too bad its so easy for them to fake the number they're calling from.

If you get a call saying that there's nothing wrong with your credit card but you have an opportunity to reduce your interest rates just hang up.

I received this call today as Credit Services. I asked that my name be removed and the operator hang-up on me.

It is too bad the consumer protection agencies don't have any real teeth. If they did companies like this one would be out of business after three verified complaints for violations. I am beginning to believe the rumors that are going around about solicitors are starting to use the National Do Not Call Registry listings as their own personal calling lists.

Did not answer this. They called even though our number is on the DNC list.

Scam. They are one of those that call and ask you if you want to reduce your interest rate on your credit cards.

Had a missed call a sec ago but don't recognized the #.........but I am receiving these # every now & then..I believed it is a scammer!

got a call from this number. called back and got a busy signal.

They called me this mornig at 11:49. There is no option to have your number removed from the calling list. I pressed 9 to speak to a representative and when they asked me if I called to reduce my credit card interest, I told her no, I wanted my number removed from their list. She was very pleasant and said she would put my number on their do not call list. We shall see.

I feel your pain. These calls are coming from a Massachusetts-based credit card scammer. Since they are calling from outside Canada, our DNC registry doesn't affect them, unfortunately. Your only recourse may be to block this number, if you have that option.

They also call from (978) 570-2340. Block that one, too, for good measure.

Called again today. Left no message. Obviously telemarketers

a voice recording called telling me to press number 1 if I have a credit problem or press another number to be taken off of their list.
Probably a sham unless it's a credit card company that does not respect do-not-call lists for Canada.
