It shows up on Caller ID as St Farm Ins (State Farm Insurance). It is dishonest of citi to do this.
this bank keeps calling my number looking for the person who used to have my number and ive asked them to stop they even get rude to ME for not being the person theyre looking for !!!
If I could refinance, I would also. They harass people that they know will pay. I think it is a scare tactic many times. They will call you if you failed to include the late charge in your payment. Good grief! And, you call customer service and get someone named Pam (really name Pathima Narashinka) or Ryan (Philanka Pakalapti) that can barely navigate the English language. When you ask for someone in America that speaks the American English, you get transferred and someone else with the same accent answers; you hang up, dial customer service again, and the cycle starts over. SOOOOO ANNOYING!!
It is Citi Mortgage and they are VERY harassing. If I could refinance I would but home values are atrocious right now as most people know. They call several time during the day and when I tried calling back I heard music and then it said the number was disconnected. These people are awful I wonder if any action can be taken against them as I cannot block their number.

Calls several times a day, never leave a message, and hangs up when answering. Call backs to the number claims it is not in service.

I have had a mortgage 3 1/2 to 4 years and my payment has always been paid on the same date every month which has never been after the grace period. They constantly call and harrass one of there best customers. We are weeding out all the accounts we have with them because they do not take care of the good customers they have, but they modify everyone who has had late payments. Their business motto is to screw the good customers and help the ones that don't pay!
CALLED MY HOME PHONE AND LEFT NO MESSAGE.AFTER LOOKING IT UP IT SAID IT WAS A SPOOF NUMBER THAT HIDES THE REAL NUMBER OF WHO'CALLING

Citigroup calling to "remind" you that you have a mortgage payment due. They start calling usually BEFORE it's due and way before it's considered "late".
