Got the same message about lowering my credit card rates.. The problem is I don't have any credit cards.

2012-02-11 05:07:42 UTCWibble

Well, that's cute. The site accidentally my previous post.

Anyway, 971-217-9xxx belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, and I've never ever received a legitimate call from any number they own. They have prefixes/thousands blocks in WA, OR, MT, and ND, and all are worth blocking if you have an Asterisk box handling your calls.

2012-02-10 05:59:32 UTCBillieBob

Rachel from Card Services called with a robo-message about lowering my credit card interest rates. Pressed 1 and ----- another deaf tele-creep. Boat horns RULE!

2012-01-31 20:42:19 UTCJacquie

Filled yet another complaint to DNC. They refused to take me off their list. Call repeatedly from different numbers so I cannot block them.

Reported as a DNCL violation

Watch out for these scumb bags at Delta Outsource Group. I left some information a while back on here. Bad, crooked, bottom feeders. Their tactics are are not human...connected with Obama fringe element. That should tell it all....

2012-01-27 21:05:33 UTCcarla

AFter reading all the other comments, I'm tempted to use what my son used to do. He was a teenager and would answer these calls with " Hey ma. Ya hear, they's wants us to get a credit card. No one else has let us do that since we declare bankruptcy. Do ye think we could have one fer about Fifty Thousand? Ma & I would like to take the kids to DisneyWorld and we'd like to be able to buy a car for the trip there. You think we can get one cuz no one else will give us one since I got arrested for meth dealing and they took everything away including the car and house. Ma will be so happy, she'll be able to get money to bail little Frankie out of jail too, etc. etc.

2012-01-26 20:21:48 UTCMarj

I am so angry!!! I have attempted to stop the calls by pressing 3 as directed. This time I waited and talked to a person. She spoke with an accent, so I asked if she was in the U.S. She stated she was in Florida.(caller ID says ORP. I stated I wanted the calls to stop, that I had reported it to do not call. She said they were only part of credit cards and they were calling was because someone at this address/phone#/credit card # had over $4k in debt. I stated we had NEVER owed that much not even on a house and that I wanted the phone calls to stop. She aid she only dealt with the credit card of lower interest, and that SOMEONE had debt and that's why we were called. I said I wanted it to stop and the company must have some way for it to stop..... she hung up. What good is do not call??

2012-01-24 01:45:45 UTCJack Flash

Ahhhhhhh, Linda. Report them to the Feds?????!?!?!?!?!? Nothing more attractive than a woman with a sense-of-humor. Read down this list....please stop you guys...."asked them to stop calling"...."pressed 3 and it didn't work"....OMG, you're killing me....I'm on the floor and think I wet my undies I'm laughing so hard. Your better than the Comedy Channel.......

2012-01-23 19:09:04 UTCLinda

It was Rachael. She was already talking when I picked up the phone. I wanted to tell her to shove a grenade up her twat, but it was a recording. Guess I'll have to report her to the feds instead.

2012-01-21 23:17:27 UTCbob

actually, this might be truth in advertising - I couldn't have a LOWER INTEREST in these scumbags.

2012-01-21 22:21:18 UTCJDT

Tele-marketing scamsters. I agree the "gubberments" ia a joke about Do not call and it is just a waste of the taxpayer money, like almost everything else the "gubberment" does. These clowns must contribute a lot to all these politicians. Don't get pissed off, just block them and enjoy life.

2012-01-21 18:01:07 UTCBob

Pressed 1. Male answered the phone. Since they had called I wanted to have some fun at their expense. When I heard it was a man's voice, I acted as if I knew the caller. I said...Hello!!!! Mr Head yes?...He said....excuse me? I continued and said to him....Richard yes??? Yes it must be because I know your voice and you asked that I call you by your nickname...Dick instead of Richard.....So....Dick Head how are you today? I was shocked ..he hung up :-)

2012-01-20 20:31:13 UTCkharper

2012-01-20 00:01:07 UTCbob

lower interest is right - I could have no lower interest in these scum shites.

2012-01-19 17:21:48 UTCMichole

I don't even have a credit card....this is a phishing scam!

2012-01-18 23:41:00 UTCmin

I wish these people would give up.

2012-01-18 21:58:47 UTCJ.R.

called twice in last hour. Typical "lower your credit card interest rate" call. The first time i pressed '3' to be taken off their list. The second call I pressed '1' to talk to a representative and told her to take me on their list. They hung up.

2012-01-16 22:18:56 UTCDebi

Person was rude when I mentioned the do not call list -

2012-01-16 21:35:50 UTCFrauded

This number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They
will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this
establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.

2012-01-16 19:17:03 UTCpwr

Another flagrant violation of DNC. Your government at work. The government does nothing to enforce DNC. The Commerce Dept. should be eliminated, all the useless employees fired, and the money saved. That is a start on reducing our horrific federal deficit.

2012-01-16 16:41:02 UTCrrjohnson15

nuisance call. Spam for sure. I hate unsolicited calls.

2012-01-14 01:59:15 UTCSmoke

If we can get Bin Laden, we can get Rachel from Card Member Services…

Next time you get a call from Rachel, go ahead and talk to a service member, tell them you want to “Kill Rachel” and then, “You are coming for them too!” Then hang up on them.

I would think after thousands and thousands treats they might get the message their scam is no longer works. Think about it? How many times would you like to hear this treat in a day?

This is the new “I Want To Kill Rachel Fan Club” membership is free…

Tell everyone you know, once everyone hears about us and starts firing back the scam will die.

2012-01-12 23:56:28 UTCMika

scumb sucking pigs. your fine government at work...they do nothing...and that communist obma ain't gonna do nothing about these bottomfeeders.

2012-01-12 00:13:56 UTCFED UP

dumbass scam artists. Shit has more brains or class than these jackasses.

2012-01-11 21:09:06 UTCUgh

They call all day every day. They call from various numbers. I asked them THREE times to stop calling, but they call back from other numbers. They just called again. I told them for the 4th time to stop calling. The rude woman said "You don't understand. We WILL keep calling. And you can't stop us." She laughed them hung up. I have reported this company three times to DNC as well, but obviously their trick of calling from various numbers keeps them from getting in trouble.

2012-01-10 23:03:49 UTCDeb

I'm on the DNC list and by the grace of God, I have no debt. Why are these idiots calling me???? I've asked repeatedly to be removed from their list and I've reported them repeatedly to DNC. That was a big waste of time.

2012-01-09 18:07:37 UTCbobkat

Robo-call to DNC-Listed number

2012-01-07 18:46:04 UTCChuck

Partial message left about lowing interest rates. Same scammers, different number. FTC complaint filed, for all the good that will do.

2012-01-05 17:32:40 UTCTICKED OFF

TRASH FROM OFF SHORE ENTITY TO BE SURE, NO MESSAGE JUST NUMBER 971-217-9515 ON CALLER I.D.
ON DO NOT CALL LIST TOO, WHAT GOOD IS IT?

2012-01-03 21:39:13 UTCBob Fried

Telemarketer: Are you interested in lowering you mortgage interest rate?
Me:Do you check the National Do Not Call list before making calls
Telemarketer: If I did it would take me years to make a single call. Hang up.

2012-01-02 18:36:30 UTCAllen

Spam, probable phishing scam.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
