Caller reached a Do Not Call number, which carries legal repercussions. The caller responded, and I quote, "I don't give a fuck." REPORT THIS NUMBER.

Initially received a pre-recorded call saying "this is your FINAL warning regarding your credit card account" ... then gets into credit call interest rates. I took the call to tell the representative my number on a Do Not Call list. He said he didn't call me, that I called him when I hit the #1. His spill was that he could give me a much lower interest rate than my current CC, and I could transfer a balance to that lower interest rate. His whole goal being to get me to provide him my current CC#, soc. sec. #, etc. I've complained to the FCC a dozen or so times on this "CARD SERVICES" company. I spoke with a FCC representative who informed me that they, and I quote here "pass the information on to proper authorities to investigate, but doesn't know if they do anything with it or not" ... oh wow ... so what in the devil is the purpose of the Do Not Call list if businesses will not honor it. He did not know. Telemarketers SUCK!

The usual automated message regarding lower interest rates; when I told the guy that the number was being reported because we were on the No Call Registry, he went "ooohhh" mockingly. I was hanging up anyway so I don't know if he continued past that point.
Recorded call. I connected to a person and told her that I was going to report them (I did). My number is registered and I have asked them many times before not to call. Can't block them because they keep using different numbers.
