I have received numerous calls from these clowns! One time I called this number back and was told this the March of Dimes. If the March of Dimes is using a commercial fund raiser to call, then they get NOTHING from me from now on. A commercial fund raiser will take from about 80% to 95% of your donation and give the REST to the charity. I don't know what it's going to take to convince these commercial-fund-raising idiots to quit calling me, but I plan on blowing a whistle in their ear everytime they call from now on. Maybe if I can deafen a few of them, they might take the hint.

Calling for the March of Dimes. I called back, listened through the message and after a few seconds it gives an option to be removed from the call list by pressing 1. I did so, so if it's legit I should be removed from their call list.

Wasted my friggin' money and called them back. Got a recording that said it was the March of Dimes, they're sorry they missed me, and will call back later. No option to have number removed or anything, but at least I know to answer and will talk to someone to have number removed.

This is the second day this number has called ... today I answered and there was "heavy breathing" ... noise in background but no one spoke ... creepy.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
