How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.

I have since learned that this is most likely a telephone boiler room being operated out of the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
This is a telephone boiler room for numerous charitable organizations, including: Jaycees, American Legion, Associations of the Deaf, Enlisted National Guard Associations, Salvation Army, Special Olympics, MADD, Children's Wish Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis, etc. These people are relentless in calling you, and will not leave a message on an answering machine. In order to get yourself put on their "do not call" list you have to know which one(s) of the hundreds of clients might be calling you. It's a losing proposition; I'm guessing about the only way out is if you can have their particular number blocked by the telephone company.
repeated calls from this caller, no message no ID execpt for Kansas City. several times per week, often followed immediately by similar calls from other unidentified callers. Sustpect a ring down of marketing company or some scam or other. Advise do not answer.
