the FCC for robodialing your cell phone. The FCC has a
specific form to report robodialing. With enough complaints,
they will address it. Sounds like if everyone made a complaint,
this would disappear as a poblem.
Called on my cell phone; how they got that number I don't know.
Called my pay-per-minute cell, shame on them, with a number I have NEVER given to ANY company, just 3 friends. So they are dialing cell numbers AT RANDOM. Didn't recognize caller so didn't answer. Do they care? No, they left voice mail, so I ***STILL*** have to ***PAY*** to receive their garbage.
Supposedly calling about "your credit card" with "your last chance" to "lower your rates" because "the Federal Reserve just lowered interest rates". (Um, wasn't that about three years ago?)

It's Rachael's friend Ann at Credit Card Services calling my cell phone saying that this is a very important call about my credit card. Press 1 to speak with some jerk who hangs up on you when you ask to be removed from their call list.
Credit Card services - Another one of those calls where they say, This is an important call regarding your credit card. Everything is fine with your card but we are calling to help you lower your interest rate. Then you are asked to push 1 if you are interested and then a person with no ethics comes on and asks if you are calling regarding lowering your interest rate.
Since they called on a support line I just ask them what support problem they are calling regarding and inform them for the 1,000th time that this is a call support number which of course does no good because they just hang up without saying anything.

Returned call says "person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time." The only reason I bothered trying to call is that I live in NY but my fiance is from CA and this is a CA exchange - and they also called HIS number 4 hours later so we were checking to see if it was actually someone we knew. Lame.

called my cell late morning. said my credit was fine, but wanted to offer lower interest rate. i stayed on the line to see who was there.. call ended with no response. i called the number back and it said the voicemail of mike emmerson was full!! Ha!! i'll try again with the Do Not Call list, but somehow these idiots get through... how can they be identified and prosecuted?
Received a call from this number. My phone rings 3 times then they hang up. I received calls from another number in Oregon. Check your phone bill, they may have attached a charge if you answer.
Next time you get an unsolicited call, answer the call and what ever they say act like you are really interested. Do not give them any personal information, but lead them on. When they start to get irritated or start pushing hard for personal information then you ask them.... How does it feel? And when they say what? Tell them you are not interested in anything he has to peddle, you just wanted to waste his time, the same way they are wasting your time by calling your cell phone.

called on my cell phone. I listed to spiel and then pushed 1 to talk to someone live. Male voice assured me he was live person and I asked what gave them right to use my cell phone for credit card lowering interest I told him never to call again and he kept talking over me so I said "Listen you SOB and he lit into me with a tirade of filthy mouthed adjectives including f---ing bitch and hung up on me. These people should be prosecuted.
Jackasses robodialed andsay they're Credit Card Services and tell you nothing is wrong with your current credit card account and then tell you to press "1" to speak to a representative about lowering your interest rates. I swear if I get another one of these I'm going to reach through the phone and strangle someone.
