Number is spoofed. Identity Theft Warning. Recorded message prompt connects you to an 'associate/representative'. Caller tries to obtain your credit card information under the guise of lowering your interest rates. Caller does not know what credit cards you hold. Caller will not identify the company they represent, or provide contact information, nor confirm the name shown on caller I.D. Caller I.D. shows "Screen Process" with fake/spoofed number. If caller is challenged or pressed for information, she (in this instance) becomes rude, defensive, and derogatory, before hanging up. If you call number back listed on the I.D., it reports as "disconnected". Filed a report/complaint with the DNC/FCC.

I get these calls constantly, every day! I owe no one, my car has a factory warrenty, so now, I press one, and when they answer, I either scream at the top of my lungs, or I call them losers, and tell them their scam has been all over the news and the papers so they need to get a life and slam down on them! If they are gonna waste my time, and be rude to me, I am done! I am going to strike first! And turning them in is such a joke, I have turned them in to the do not call list at least 20 times, nothing! Another good use of your tax dollars!

2009-03-06 17:41:35 UTCkv

Sadly, the recording says, "This is your final courtesy call..." yet we receive this message over and over AND OVER again!

2009-03-04 20:06:33 UTCConcerned

This number pops up every other day and, if I don't answer it, another call comes in from ID UNAVAILABLE shortly thereafter.

screen call. credit card renew at lower rate

2009-02-26 20:49:45 UTCRossi

Call came from Manitoba, California at 13:54 Hours on 2-19-09. Call not answered and no message left.

Checking other sites, it appears this number is used for several scams including auto warranty, and also schemes to lower your credit card rate. But, whatever, junk them.

not sure what this guy is up to, but i'm about to take at trip to his damn house!

Well they are at it again. Got the call and just as soon as the voice said, press one to reduce
your interest rate, Press 2 to lose chance forever,I hung up. Don't you just love a dumb ass.
What the kicker is, they are not even professional. Press 2 to lose the chance forever sounds
like third grade to me.

2009-02-20 23:42:40 UTCMaryann

When answering phone computer generated message states that this is your last chance to reduce your interest rate on your credit card. Press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 to lose chance forever. Pressed one to find out who is calling and request them to remove from list and stop calls. Female gets on phone (does not identify herself) I inquire as to who she is calling for and she immediately got nasty. I reminded her that they called me not the opposite. She proceeded to tell me " you need to calm the F___ck down B__tch." She hung up before I could respond. I am not happy with this form of harrassment. Want calls to stop from this number immediately. Would like them put out of business for their rude, crude business practices.

2009-02-19 19:24:39 UTCChris

Very rude and got angry when I pressed for details on who they were...."Mathew" told me to enjoy my debt and hung up on me.

2009-02-18 17:42:53 UTCLaura

Credit Card interest rate - when I got through to a person she wanted to know who she was speaking to.
I gave her my first name and asked what the name of the company was and she HUNG UP on me.
RUDE..............

These parasites need to be eliminated.
If we have any "brothers" in Jacksonville that can vet an address and a condition that would be great to see a post as to who these dirt wads really are. They are gutless cowards who flagrantly thumb their noses at the laws related to telephone solicitation.

2009-02-16 17:24:10 UTCPaul

Told the lady her employer was a criminal enterprise violating Federal law, and she was a criminal too - laid a guilt trip on her before she finally hung up

2009-02-13 21:04:26 UTCJesus Christ

I'm on the phone with them now... Keeping them waiting... Same old scam... They want your credit card and personal info to scam you out of hundreds of dollars...
Keep calling and I'll keep your feeble minded telemarketers busy!

Now to file yet another complaint with the FCC & FTC... They are pretty useless but you never know....
These companies Versa Debt (now dissolved) Americare Software Solutions VP Marketing LLC and others...
Bogus companies are based out of GA but linked to a company called QA Groupe
qagroup.com
385 CenterPointe Circle
Suite 1305 Altamonte Springs, FL 32701

Flood the FTC and FCC websites with complaints and maybe someone will pay... (Although I doubt it)

2009-02-13 20:22:59 UTCScott M.

Call was prerecorded announcement "Please wait for important information regarding your credit card account..." I get calls from this scammer outfit frequently. They violate the National Do Not Call Registry. Attempt to call back that number resulted in fax machine answering this time. Other times, I get a faked "this # has been disconnected" announcement from an answering machine (it is not the phone company's authentic announcement. Following the prerecorded, if you press "1" as prompted and speak to a person, they will either ID their company name as "Account Services" and explain they "...work with both Visa and Mastercard", or hang up immediately. However, once I got a fairly new employee of theirs on the line who got curious when I explained that I know they're scammers. He said he was 16yo and had just started working there 2 days earlier. His physical location was Georgia & he DNK why his call appeared to be coming from a FL area code. He seemed genuinely surprised to hear about his employer and said he would check into it.

2009-02-13 18:35:47 UTCJT

This is the same recorded message that has come through from various other numbers. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and am tired of receiving these calls; I wish the authorities would put a stop to them.

2009-02-11 02:41:11 UTCRob

These are total scumbags trying to steal your credit card information. After getting numerous calls, I pressed "1" and asked them the name of their company and some guy said, "absolutely sir, I just need to verify your card number and personal information to verify first." I responded, "sure, I am going to give out my credit card information to a company that won't even tell me what company they are." I then responded, "Would you like my social security number and driver's license number as well?" Shockingly, she said, "yes, that would be very helpful." I told her that she is a scumbag and the slime of the earth and that I would have more respect for her if she was a hooker exculsively for midgets with HIV. She then hung up on me.

2009-02-04 01:39:12 UTCHans

Just got called from these obviuos scams and they did not even come on the phone. When I returned the call I got a distinct fax machine beep.

Lately (Jan/Feb 2009) these kinds of calls are on the rise. What happened to the DNC registry?

2009-01-29 00:51:15 UTCBrian

Got this call on my Business phone. Recorded message said they would reduce my credit card interest rate. I pressed 1 to talk to an operator. It rang for about a minute before someone answered, then the jack-ass on the phone said "we're going to tell you the reason for this call", and then continued to say it was about reducing my rate and said "let's make sure you qualify - Do you owe at least $4,000 on your charge cards?". When I said no, they asked "how much do you owe?". I told them about $13 since I just made a payment today. The a$$hole hung up on me without saying another word. Who are these b@$tard$? I'd like to let them know how $hitty their 'service' is!

2009-01-27 18:51:49 UTCBonnie

Why can"t these low-lives be stopped? I thought that was the purpose of "Do not call".

2009-01-22 17:00:00 UTCdebbie

this number has shown up many times on caller id no message is left but it is getting to really annoying what is screen process anyone know and where do u report these bogus calls to

2009-01-22 00:22:40 UTCMJ

I don't answer calls with unknown names. They did not leave a message

2009-01-21 17:31:25 UTCKS

Pressed one and spoke a woman. She said she could lower our credit card rates. I told her I do not have a credit card and she hung up on me. I have received several calls from this number with a recording that says press "1" if you want to lower your rates.

2009-01-20 23:05:47 UTCDee

I get these calls all the time. This time I decided to press '1'. When a person answered, I started asking questions about who they are & how they got my number. They hung up. BTW, pressing '2' to be removed from the list is a scam, too. It doesn't remove you.

2009-01-17 21:59:14 UTCTakenu2

There's got to be some WAY to stop loosers like them... Lets see if they can get by MY Pit Bull!

2009-01-16 19:11:48 UTCPete

Got the call yesterday and pressed "1" and began a conversation, they wanted my name and then I asked what company she worked for and she said "for all the credit card companys" and these companies wanted her to lower my rates. She said that they mailed my this offer in all of my credit card statements and I must have thrown them out. So I asked her why would a major credit card company want my to lower my rates with another company????? I called her a dumb ass and she hung up!!

Got another call today from the same number and this time they asked if I had credit cards with interest rates over 12% and with a greater than $3,000 balance. When I asked her what rate she would give me (knowing they are full of it) she danced around the question telling me that she needed my credit card info to see if I qualified for the lower rate, then I told her she was full of crap (not the word I used) and she hung up.

I am also on the DNC, but these people have been using various numbers from Florida the past few months...........

2009-01-16 18:50:33 UTCDRLJR

These scammers called again - ignored the call.

2009-01-16 17:05:04 UTCck

When I finally got through to speak with someone, "April" answered the phone. She asked if I was calling about my debt. I quickly told her "no" and asked to be put on the do not call list. She hung up. I doubt the calls will stop - what can we do?

2009-01-15 20:04:04 UTCanon

the guy threatened "I'm going to fuck you up" when I asked who he is, they are criminals and must be prosecuted.

2009-01-09 19:02:08 UTCBarbara

I get this call and many others everyday..I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. I always check on this website and usually find out it is a BAD call. We are on the do not call list also but I guess that means nothing..

2009-01-06 19:14:44 UTCDRLJR

Ignored the call since I do not answer calls like this.

2009-01-06 16:34:07 UTCFed UP

Answered and it was a recorded message saying that "I have to act NOW to get a new lower rate on my CC.. To press 1 to give my CC info or 2 or do what ever..Whats funny is I don't have any CC..SO YEAH, THEY ARE SCAMS...

CALLED --Caller ID shows Screen Process 904-359-4745. I did a search showed number assoicated with Willie Handy, FL. May not be the poerson number, but they may have last had the number. However, that's the name associated with the number

2009-01-05 16:41:37 UTCAnnoyed

I pressed one and as soon as they answered it was "can I have your card number to verify who I am speaking to?" I said "I'd like to know who you are, I am on a do not call list" and was hung up on. So sick of these scam artists.

2008-12-27 05:09:03 UTCLaurie

My husband was scammed by these folks. I'm embarressed to even say. I thought he knew better about given out card info & he thought it was legit. Needless to say they got us for $795. It's in dispute but who knows--my foolish husband gave them the info so I think we may be screwed.

2008-12-23 23:20:40 UTCJim

I am on the state and fed's No-Call List. They must not be legit, or they would leave a message.

2008-12-11 16:17:33 UTCTerry

Didn't answer, but I did try to call back and got a fax signal. Glad I looked it up here. I also don't answer 800 calls that I don't recognize. Best way to avoid scams!! Thanks for the info.

First time I've received a call from them. I'm also on the DNC list. No message from them just the caller ID, and I also refuse to answer the phone if I don't know who's calling.

I didn't answer (I never answer calls when I don't recognize the caller). They didn't leave a message. I'm on the DNC registry, but that doesn't mean anything to certain lowlifes.

2008-11-19 20:48:01 UTCMary

They hung up on me half a second after i asked why they were calling us, since we are on the Do Not Call Registry. When I tried to call the number back, determined to speak to someone I kept getting a busy signal

2008-11-19 18:13:45 UTCKen

Was a recording. Did not say who they were, just that my special offer was about to expire. Press 1 for more info or 2, not to be called anymore.
I press neither, just humg up.

2008-11-18 23:16:58 UTCJune

Didn't leave a message, just called and left this number and name on the caller ID. Thanks for the help from the rest of you

2008-11-18 19:05:44 UTCMJ

This is a scam outfit as far as I can tell.
They are trying to collect credit card info. The first time they called I told them to put me on their no call list and they hung up.
They called about an hour later and when I tried to find out some information (company name, etc.) they hung up.
Don't trust anything coming in on this line. I'm going to try to report it to the attorney general and anyone else who will take action.

2008-09-20 00:43:14 UTCmj

call sounded rather ominous-almost threatening a repo of sorts.neither auto we own is under warranty-no doubt a scam!actually was a message left on answering machine asking me to press 1 for something, 2 for something else.do not comply--a real scam!

2008-09-19 22:10:56 UTCMarie

Answered this call and was told I owed $5000 in fees and taxes on my warrenty service. Obnviosly a scam. They wanted my credit card or bank information. Beware, this is definetly a scam. I have reported this to the State of Florida.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
