The calls I receive are from 503-465-4064. Usually a woman named Beth, sounds like she has a mild southern accent or something. I've received collection calls before, she's quite pleasant sounding compared to others. Some calls I have received automated voice mails from, but it seems to be a majority from Beth. The last automated message I received included a website, www.fsapay.com Reference number and credit account number (last 4 digits) required. I'm not sure what account this would be connected to, though, so I can't access their website without the credit account information. They are persistent, though.

Very hateful talking person named Keith demanding I send check to him, claiming I owed money on a Visa I knew nothing about. He said I might not remember because it could have been 15-25 years ago!! I demanded all documentation showing where I ever signed buying anything on this so-called account. Said he could not provide any of that, but would send a letter showing balance if I agreed to mail him check. Told him that meant nothing, as anyone could make up a letter and I knew he was trying to pull some kind of scam. Then, he wanted to know my SSN, which he would have known if I really owed him anything--definitely did not give to him. Finally made me so mad, I told him never call again and hung up! Beware these con artists!

They called me and asked for someone I never heard of.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker or something like Nomorobo.
