How do I stop them from calling?

They just hang up, don't know who they are
This is definitely the National Recovery Associates, they are lieing thieves!! Have you ever known a debt collecting company to be liers and a bunch of dirt bag scums! There are as bad as our dumbass Obama the Dumma lieing butt so called president. For one thing National Rife Association is a honarld organization not like all these debt collectors, its lowest scum of a job, if feel sorry for anyone to have to take a job with these dirty prick heads.
Called the number back and they identify themselves as the Nat'l Rifle Association. They call us from 7 different numbers (husband is a member).
This is weird, different replies from people. I called the number back, and the recording says its the National Rifle Association. Unless the same people are doing that and debt collection.
Dialed *67 and then called them back. # is identified as the National Rifle Association. Contrary to what "Just Curious" indicated, I believe they are indeed the NRA. My husband, like "Jennifer's" is a member. My husband and I have talked to NRA staff at this #, who are promoting either fundraising or political issues. However, since my husband has asked them to stop calling and to put us on their internal do not call list, and because they continue to call, I will take further action, such as notifying our State Atty. General's office and possibly the the national DNC registry.
I followed the procedures that "Jennifer" outlined earlier. No problem. I wish NRA's procedures were required by everyone else!!!

And...this is the National Rifle Association, for which my husband is a card carrying member. I have spoke with them before and they are looking for donations. They also called alot during election time to encourage us to vote for McCain.
However, they call alot for my husband and I would think that if it was a scam(like some people are claiming) then they would be more than satisfied to try to talk me out of my credit card #. But they always say they will try him later.
I called them back and got a "Thank you for calling the National Rifle Association. We are sorry we missed you. We will try back in the next few days. If you want more information on the National Rifle Association, press 1."

Sometimes it is listed as "TOLL FREE NUMBER" and sometimes it is listed as "NRA," FALSELY *IMPLYING* that it is the National RIFLE Association. It is NOT!
It is apparently a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY!
To my knowledge, we do not owe anyone anything except current bills (which are paid in full monthly).
We HAVE gotten calls for a Samuel Perez (whose number is similar to ours), but the collection agency does not quit calling OUR number, even after we looked up HIS number---FOR THEM---via a QUICK, 30-second, SIMPLE, 411.com REVERSE ADDRESS SEARCH (we asked the address they listed him at).
They KEEP calling back, even though we have told them repeatedly NOT to call US back & that we have NO idea who the guy is. We have reported their calls to the FEDERAL DO NOT CALL NUMBER (888-382-1222), but they KEEP CALLING.
