Who Called Us

Legit call since I just purchased a vehicle and they were calling to welcome me to their company and to provide information regarding their website, payment information and contact information.

I just got a car and they are confirming information.

They call all the time, asking for people who don't live here....or we have never heard of and ours is a new number. They use many names. Beware...they are out to get something.

They keep calling for one of our employees at a hospital based emergency ambulance unit with over 18000 calls a year. As a dispatcher I don't have time for this non-sence. They keep asking for another number she can be reached at.Thank goodness for no number give out policy.They call back i'm going to tell them to stop calling this number.

I called the number and just waited until I got to the car loan section, pressed 7, talked to an operator, and had my number removed. Supposedly, someone had used my number in applying for a car loan. My area code is for Indiana; however, when I moved south, I kept the same cell number.

telemarketer!...dont answer your phone...they shouldnt be calling anyone who is on the do not call list

They have been calling us for two weeks now and I continue to tell them we have nothing to do with them and have never heard of them. Worse part is they call my husband at work also and that has caused major problems. We have never dealt with these people and would never deal with them after this....Told them if they call again I am turning this over to the prosecutors office for harrassment...Have told them to take our number off thier list and they claim they have..then why do they continue to call???

They called me to talk to a freaking cousin of mine!!!!

They asked for someone named Alvarez. I asked if they were dialing the correct #. They would not tell me the company name.

The call is an automated system for Santander Bank. There are numerous class action lawsuits against Santander for violations of the FDCPA and TCPA. My suggestion is to Google "Santander Class Action Lawsuit" and go from there.

Google search give Santander Financial which tookm over my van loan from Citi. We are two payments from paying the thing off and they sent us a letter giving the two month payoff (about twice one payment) giving a deadline for that payoff and asking if we need help paying this thing off. The letter was worded very ambiguously wanting us to think that our final payment was that amount. I'm presuming they are trying to get us to re-finance the van...just can't stand losing our interest.

how many times must i tell these people that they have the wrong person, the wrong number? they call at least 3 times a day

Husband bought a new car 3 weeks ago, they are calling 2 times a day. Payment isn't even due yet!! Won't tell me what they want, same girl calls. I am assuming this has something to do with the car loan because they've never called before. I tell her he works 100 hours per week, you won't reach him, she starts to ramble off their number for him to call them, I said are you open at 10-11pm, she says no until 8pm. I said then send him the info in the mail and stop calling here.

I honestly feel like drving this car off a bridge. How many different ways can these guys call for something that is so trivial?

...It was Santander, calling about my Ex's car. We have been divorced 14 years and must have put me down as a reference when she bought her 2006 Mazda.

Santander, been calling me for 6 months about an overdue vehicle that I do not have and never had! I have told them over and over and they keep calling over and over. I try to be understanding but enough is enough. I told them come and repo the vehicle if you can find it! Both of my cars are paid off and have been for over 6 years.

Santander starts calling 1-2 days after a payment is due.

I have been getting calls from this number for a week. Today, there was an automated message on the voicemail, which was halfway through its message by the time it was recorded. Lucky me, I got the message in Spanish.

this number continues to show up on one of our cell phones. We have no knowledge of an account related to this #; I think it may havesomething to do with the previous owner of our new cell #

Answered. Automated voice said "call from" followed by someone's recorded voice, saying a name not intelligible. Was given options... 1 to accept call, 2 to listen in on voicemail, 4 to record but not listen to voicemail. Pressed 2 and was told that the caller did leave a voicemail. System then prompted me for my PIN. I have no idea what this would be as I have no idea what this system is.

They called twice today at the business number, asking for a person as I told him the person is not here and refused to leave msg, so I said don't bother calling here if you can't leave msg and hung up on them.

what's me to call concerning my account - I have no account with them geez.
