The automated switchboard is a pain - very time consuming but be diligent - - - the people at this number can pull your debt from the collection company.
If they get enough complaints about a specific company they can fire that company.

I received this call on my cell phone which was very bazarre as very few people have my cell number. It was automated and they said they wanted to speak to someone who is not me. It then asked you to push buttons to confirm you were this person or not, then they asked that you call them back on 1-866-491-7400
conserve-arm.com, CONSERVE COLLECTION AGENCY - will call and call. I've seen other reports online that this company will repeatedly call your employer.
