I had the state wrong..it is Florida, not CA.
This company is being sued by the state of California and STILL continuously calls saying how serious my situation is. I do not talk to them anymore. The are an illegal company and there numerous threats they make to people are certainly not within the guidelines of "collection agencies".

They called my work and left a message with no company name or why they were calling. She just said I had to call her today or she would need to take it further.
If you ever do answer a call from them, record it, if legal in your state. Then use the recording in a complanit against them, also, upload it on the web.

This number keeps calling my cell number and asking for someone that i don't even know. I have asked them multiple times to remove me from there records and that the person they are calling is not at this number. I have spoken to the manager and he stated my number is not in his system but again today recieved another call from these people. Called again to day and got there mailing address to send certified mail to stop calling me and learned the address is in jacksonville, FL. Reps name that keeps calling is : Rebecca Free at ext 433.
