How do I stop them from calling?

Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

First time call from this number. This recorded message was female with English accent. Had been getting multiple calls from 623-321-3204 (Phoenix, AZ) with similar wording for a Scott Prishella (phonetic). Suspect it's also from same company looking for a Scott Pershal (phonetic) this time. I filed complaint with Do Not Call Registry yesterday so apparently they've switched gears.
Got call today,recorded message.If they call and it's a recording,press the # button 6-8 times,it messes with their computer.If it's live,just say "hold on please" then lay the phone down and walk away,they're paying for it.You can hang up when you are ready.
Have received repeated calls from 866-938-8060 (Source RM) asking for "Gilbert." I told them twice they have a wrong number and would report them to the Federal Trade Commission if they did not stop calling me. They were very nasty and said "What is the Federal Trade Commission going to do?" I hung up and called the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357 and they were very nice. I filed a formal complaint. The lady at FTC suggested having my phone company block the number. The FTC has lawyers who will go after these morons for harrassing innocent people. Do NOT put up with these fools at 866-938-8060. Report them to the FTC. No one deserves to be harrassed like this, especially when they have a wrong number.
Rcvd same call. Similar circumstance. Old past SOL. Bottom feeders trying to take what ever they can get.
The call comes from 336-584-4900 and they leave the 866-938-8060 number as a call back. It's a collector trying to collect on an old debt past the SOL. They probably buy old debts for a few pennies and then try to collect whatever they can from you. None of the money they receive would even go to the original creditor, because it has been long, since "charged-off as a bad debt." I don't even bother answering or calling back.
