Who Called Us

For those of you that do not know this.. if you have a bank account with wells fargo and you have a auto loan thru wells fargo, they will take the money directly out of your bank account and there is nothing you can do about it. They do not warn you they just transfer the money from your account to your auto loan.

They start calling at 6:30 am.. even after I told them when I was going to pay them.. they said they would record it in my "info" so I would not get any calls.. B.S!

These people really don't know when to stop. I have talked to them numerous times and they have been getting their payments on time. And one representative tried to get loud with me because i called and wanted to know why they were automatically drafting money out of my account after i had called and told them to do so, I EVEN HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER!!! And he still tried to get an attitude. These people will never get my business again nor will I refer them to anyone.

These people are INSANE and do nothing but harrass!! They call before a payment is even due. They call and say payment has not been made even after a payment has been cashed by them. The calls come from over 50 different numbers that I have noticed. I do not answer any calls from them anymore. It doesn't matter what I say or prove anyways they think they are always right. Their left hand does NOT know what their right hands are doing. I am paying off this loan ASAP and I guarantee they will still call me after loan is paid in full just like they do when I am current with my loan and payment has been made. If they need to say something to me they can leave a darn message!! WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE CAN KISS MY BUTT!!!!

These Wells Fargo jerks REFUSE to stop calling - I've had more than TWENTY calls just today.

Wells Fargo will KEEP YOU ON THEIR AUTODIALER no matter WHAT!!! Do NOT answer ANY of their calls, you just dance with them every time you speak to them, it does NO GOOD. Simply ignore their calls and pay them when you can pay them! Doing ANYTHING else with them (other than the original arrangement you make with them) does NO GOOD, they will NOT stop autodialing you.

Again these people call, today alone 9 times, they HIDE behimd unplubished phone numbers, block their number from reaching caller id's, what kind of folks run this company ???

Yes it is wells fargo collections department.

You make arraignments with them and they still call, asked them not to call on Sundays and they still call, now they just call from this number and say nothing don't believe any crap about working things out and never, never give them your spouses work number because they will call there many many times harassing the heck out of them.

Also my neighbor got a call from them and they were able to tell me how many months I was behind sure would love to get even with them for that.

Sorry about the rant but just want to let you all know they will stop at nothing to go after anyone who owes them money.
Next time I would rather borrow money from the mob at least they are honorable.

Everytime we pay a car payment to these idiots they key in our account number wrong and then continue to call us 15 times a day when its not even our fault that they keyed it in wrong!!!!!!

Not sure what they want. I do not have any vehicle loans or any credit card debt. BUT i did get a Pier One change for 10% off the purchase. I will look up what company i wrote that payment to. I paid it in full early and only use cards once in a while and pay it in full each time.....so, not sure what they want....

Seems like everyone has the same story about these folks. I am only 1 week late on my payment and the calls are coming in 6-7 times a day minimum. they act like paymenst are not being made. i only have 12 paymemts left with them and i can't wait until i'n done. i could see if i don;t pay my bill, great then call, but if you see paymentys coming in ontime, sometimes two payments a month..LEAVE THAT PERSON ALONE!!!!!

These people start calling at 8 am even though I have told them not to call so early. I have a payment arrangement with them already to get caught up. I am only 2 weeks late and they call at all hours. I don't answer their calls anymore, just send them my payment when I'm damned good and ready.

I have no affiliation with Wells fargo. They call looking for a "Stacy" between 10 and 15 times a day all day everyday. Its 10:15 AM and they've already called 4 times today. They called just 5 minutes ago. I picked up the phone and blew a whistle into the receiver. I will keep doing it until every one of their customer reps goes deaf.

We do not have a auto account with them. I don't believe this is really Wells Fargo.
BTW we don't have a listed number. They are calling my cell phone!

WELLS FARGO WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! I echo the other comments. They must hold half of all phone numbers ever issued! They call 20 or 30 times a day, around the clock. I have several programmed in my phone, so when I hear a particular ring, I can ignore it. You can behind or you can be three months ahead and they still call. Isn't there a law about harrassment? And most annoying, if you give information to a rep, someone else calls back within the hour and has absolutely no clue what was said. They say they put in "notes" for reference; BS! They don't put in squat. It must be an awful life to work for minimum wage making calls at all hours of the night and day because you can't find something better to do. WELLS FARGO WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!

If you pickup or let the voice mail pickup their system will continue to call. You number will just reset into their systems que and will recall you when the que loops around again. Change your number and don't list it.

Yes, Wells Fargo does suck!! My daughter is behind on payment due to work hour shortage and has made arrangements to catch up. They still call 10-20 times a day demanding payment immediately knowing she hasn't received her paycheck and that the arrangement made was for payment on the first of the month! Talking to a supervisor does no good either as it's a "different department" that calls each time. I have a privacy controller on my phone and have blocked about 10 numbers for them so far (which they seem to get around as the a couple of the numbers are already on the blocked list). Six more months and will be refinanced through a different company with drastically lower payments on an over-priced vehicle!!!!

These fools call over 10 times a day. I just ignore them and then they leave an annoying sound... no message. Then some idiot named "Saleem" calls once, I don't answer... calls back and tries to sound stern. Please... get another life.

Get a free phone number from netzero--give that to wells fargo. From netzero's website you can block them--even the the automated numbers! You can see who calls you from netzero's site. Ahhhh, the silence is golden!! I love it!!! hee hee

I spoke with an attorney and found out that it IS illegal for them to harass anyone other than the debtor to collect a debt. Since then, I have begun recording their calls, documented the calls and I will have them prosecuted for telephone harassment and telephone misuse. After that, my son is going to sue them. They'll owe him more than I owe them. Sad part is, I'm only 2 weeks behind in my truck payments. After it's paid off, I'm going to do something that will shock them.

WOW! I thought I was the only one being harrassed. I have made the payments online and they see that the payments will be made and they continue to call me. They call more than the normal amount required and it needs to stop. I'm at the point where I just hang up when they call. Oh by the way I'm only 3 days late for my payment and this is becasue it takes two days for them to pull it fromt he online system. I'm looking into trading my vehicle and going with another finance company!

Wells Fargo Auto Finance will NEVER get my business again. We talk to them at least once a week, point out to them that we have insurance, have had it since December, and that they errantly billed us for insurance in january, they are NOT getting the $ from us, and they still call. Next call that comes in that I know is them will be "Let me talk to your supervisor" before anything else is said, and if they don't get this squared away immediatly, the next call will be answered with, "let me speak to your legal department"

This is beyond debt collection at this point, because it is not a valid debt.

Wells Fargo keeps calling even after I informed them via voice and e-mail they have the wrong phone number. They replied via e-mail that they would stop. That was 5 days ago, and they are still calling at least twice a day.

they have left a message and called 25 time in 3 day, get a clue theres no money for you here.

Today is 22 Jan 07. We are 12 days late on our car payment with Wells Fargo Auto and they call many times a day. First time this morning was at 8:30am and 2nd call was at 11:15am. I told them to make note that I know that we are late. They call everyday several times a day. I have told them that their calling is harrassing and they get very nonprofessional with me. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and usually Supervisor apologies. These people are so annoying. Wells Fargo has so many phone numbers. I have put them in my mobile phone and usually ignore them when they call now. But on my home phone, there is no name on the CallerID just the phone number. There needs to be a law against so many calls a day.

I agree, these people call like 10 times a day & leave a message saying to call them back. I can't believe this is legal!

Calls 10-20 times a day, starting at 6am, dosent finish calling until about 9-10pm, a recorded message is left on my voice mail asking for someone who is not me, has both my cell phone number and home number and calls both numbers an equal amount of times. this is getting out of hand

I made a payment 3 months ago Western Union with confirmation number and gave them the confirmation number and everything! Everytime I call they say taht someone in THAT dept is researching it but they still need another payment in the mean time. Unbelievable!!! It has taken them over 1 month and they still have "no reply" yet from the dept. supposedly researching it. They seriously have issues there!

Call alot made payment online still calling... Crazy!!!! Actually made payment for last month and this month online. Not even 30 days late yet. Just 2 weeks.

This number is definitely Wells Fargo. They suck.

I'm paying a late payment in increments and they just keep calling. When I take the calls and tell them they "make a note of it" but continue calling all hours of the day and night. Even at 10 pm! It's harassing is what it is. And it's never the same number they call from.

Got a call from this number, no message was left, nothing showed on caller ID. So I called it back, turns out to be Wells Fargo. Shit they've got more numbers than the phone book can hold!!!!!!!!!!!! They are so annoying! Why won't they leave me alone.
